Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The embodiments of the application provide a video providing method aiming at the technical problems that in the related art, the mode of providing videos for users cannot meet the requirements of users for watching video resources of various platforms, and the user experience is not good.
According to the video providing method, the first video result and the second video result are respectively searched from the basic entity library and the whole network entity library according to the search words of the user to generate the search results and are provided to the user, the search results of a plurality of platforms are provided to the user according to the search words of the user, the requirement that the user watches video resources of each platform is met, and user experience is improved.
A video providing method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium according to embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The following describes a video providing method provided in an embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a video providing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the video providing method of the present application may include the steps of:
step 101, receiving a user search term.
The video providing method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be executed by the video providing apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present application, and the apparatus can be configured in an electronic device to provide video search results of various platforms to a user according to a search term of the user. The electronic device may be any hardware device having a display screen and capable of playing video, such as a smart television or other smart terminals, such as a smart phone, a computer, a notebook computer, a wearable device, and so on.
Specifically, the user search term may be sent to the video providing apparatus in a voice manner, or may be sent to the video providing apparatus in a text manner or in other manners, which is not limited in the present application.
The search term may include one or more of any video-related terms such as name, genre, actor, director, year, etc., which is not limited in this application.
Step 102, searching a first video result from the basic entity library according to the search word, and searching a second video result from the whole network entity library.
The basic entity library is a preset specific video resource library, and can be set arbitrarily according to needs. For example, when the electronic device is an intelligent television, if the video resource on demand of the intelligent television is cooperated with the a platform, the video resource library corresponding to the a platform may be set as the basic entity library. Or, for example, when video search and play are performed in the B platform, the video resource library corresponding to the B platform may be set as the basic entity library.
The whole network entity library is a video resource library which is established in advance according to video resources in other video resource libraries except the video resource library corresponding to the basic entity library. For example, if the video asset library corresponding to the basic entity library is a video asset library corresponding to the platform a, the entire network entity library may be established according to the video asset libraries corresponding to the platforms B, C, D, and so on. In specific implementation, the full-network entity library can be established according to all the existing video resource libraries except the video resource library corresponding to the basic entity library.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the video resource library corresponding to a certain platform may be a set of all video resources of which the platform has a copyright.
Accordingly, in order to search the second video result from the network-wide entity library, the network-wide entity library is also required to be established in advance.
Specifically, the entity library of the whole network can be established in the following way: firstly, video resources of a plurality of video resource libraries are obtained, and then the video resources from the plurality of video resource libraries are combined to form a whole network entity library.
During specific implementation, the video resources of the video resource libraries can adopt a cloud end butt joint mode, and the video providing device provides a data capturing interface to capture and store the video resources in a warehouse so as to form a whole network entity library.
It will be appreciated that each video asset in the network-wide entity library may correspond to a tag identifying the video asset, which may include one or more of the title, genre, actors, director, year, etc. of the video asset.
In specific implementation, a correlation threshold value can be preset, video resources in the basic entity library, the correlation degree of which with the search terms is greater than the preset correlation threshold value, are used as first video results, and video resources in the whole network entity library, the correlation degree of which with the search terms is greater than the preset correlation threshold value, are used as second video results.
And 103, generating a search result according to the first video result and the second video result, and providing the search result to the user.
It can be understood that when video results with the degree of correlation with the search terms greater than the preset correlation threshold are searched in both the basic entity library and the network-wide entity library, the video results in the basic entity library and the network-wide entity library may be the same, and then, in the embodiment of the present application, a first video result searched from the basic entity library and a second video result searched from the network-wide entity library may be compared, and a search result may be provided to the user according to the comparison result.
Specifically, a first tag of the first video result and a second tag of the second video result may be obtained, then, a similarity between the first video result and the second video result is generated according to the first tag and the second tag, if the similarity is greater than a preset threshold, the first video result is used as the search result, and if the similarity is less than the preset threshold, the first video result and the second video result are used as the search result.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the similarity between the first video result and the second video result may be generated according to the first tag and the second tag in a preset manner.
For example, the similarity between the first video result and the second video result may be determined as a ratio of the number of the same words included in the first label and the second label to half of the total number of words included in the first label and the second label. For example, assuming that each word included in the first label of the first video result is A, B, C, D, E, respectively, and each word included in the second label of the second video result is B, C, D, E, F, since the number of identical words included in the first label and the second label is 4, and half of the total number of words included in the first label and the second label is 5, it may be determined that the similarity of the first video result and the second video result is 80%.
Or, when the preset words in the first tag and the second tag are the same, that is, the similarity of the first video result and the second video result is considered to be greater than the preset threshold, and when one preset word in the first tag and the second tag is different, that is, the similarity of the first video result and the second video result is considered to be less than the preset threshold. For example, the similarity between the first video result and the second video result may be considered to be greater than a preset threshold when the name and the actor in the first tag are the same as each other, and the similarity between the first video result and the second video result may be considered to be less than the preset threshold when one of the name and the actor in the first tag is different from the other one of the name and the actor in the second tag.
It should be noted that, the above example of generating the similarity between the first video result and the second video result according to the first label and the second label is only an illustrative example, and in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may arbitrarily set a manner of generating the similarity between the first video result and the second video result according to the first label and the second label as needed, and the present application does not limit this.
It can be understood that, when video results having a degree of correlation with the search term greater than a preset correlation threshold are searched in both the basic entity library and the network-wide entity library, the number of first videos searched from the basic entity library and the number of second video results searched from the network-wide entity library may both be 1, or the number of first video results or second video results may be multiple, or the number of first video results and second video results may be multiple.
When the number of the first video results and the number of the second video results are both 1, if the similarity between the first video results and the second video results is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset threshold value in the above manner, the first video results can be used as search results and provided to a user; if the similarity between the first video result and the second video result is smaller than the preset threshold, the first video result and the second video result can be used as search results and provided to the user.
When the number of the first video results or the second video results is multiple, or the number of the first video results and the number of the second video results are both multiple, the similarity between each first video result and each second video result needs to be generated according to the first label of each first video result and the second label of each second video result, and when the similarity between a certain first video result and a certain second video result is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, the first video result is used as a search result, and all other video results are used as search results and provided to a user.
For example, assume that the first video result A, B was searched from the underlying entity library and the second video results B', C were searched from the network-wide entity library. Then the similarity of the first video result a and the second video result B ' S1, the similarity of the first video result a and the second video result C S2, the similarity of the first video result B and the second video result B ' S3, and the similarity of the first video result B and the second video result C S4 need to be generated from the first label of the first video result A, B, respectively, and the second label of the second video result B ', C, respectively. If the similarity S3 of the first video result B and the second video result B' is greater than the preset threshold, and S1, S2, and S4 are all less than the preset threshold, the first video result A, B and the second video result C may be provided to the user as search results.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the application, if the number of the second video results searched from the whole network entity library is multiple, the similarity between the second video results may also be generated according to the second label of each second video result, and the second video result with the largest degree of correlation with the search word is selected as the search result from the multiple second video results with the similarity greater than the preset threshold. Each second video result may correspond to a different video resource pool, or may correspond to the same video resource pool, which is not limited in the present application.
For example, assuming that the second video results B, B ', C are searched from the full-network entity library, in this embodiment, the similarity S1 of the second video result B and the second video result B', the similarity S2 of the second video result B and the second video result C, and the similarity S3 of the second video result B 'and the second video result C may be generated according to the second tags of the second video results B, B', C, respectively, and if the similarity S1 of the second video result B and the second video result B 'is greater than the preset threshold, and S2 and S3 are both less than the preset threshold, and the second video result B is more related to the search word than the second video result B', the second video result B, C may be provided to the user as the search result.
In addition, when the search results are provided to the user, the video results may be sorted in the order of the degree of correlation with the search terms from large to small, and provided to the user according to the sorted results.
It can be understood that, if the electronic device is a smart television and the cooperation platform of the smart television is the a platform, the smart television may not be able to directly play the second video result searched from the video resource libraries corresponding to other platforms in the search result. Then, in this embodiment of the application, for the second video result, an installation address of an APP capable of playing the video result may also be provided to the user, so that the user directly installs the APP according to the installation address provided by the video providing apparatus, and then watches the video.
That is, in this embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 2, after taking the first video result and the second video result as the search result, the method may further include:
step 201, a video resource library to which the second video result belongs is obtained.
Step 202, acquiring an identifier of an APP of the video resource library, and acquiring an installation address of the APP.
And 203, displaying the installation address of the APP and prompting the user to install when the search result is displayed to the user.
It can be understood that when a whole network entity library is formed according to video resources from a plurality of video resource libraries, the video resource library to which each video resource belongs can be marked, so that the video resource library to which a second video result belongs can be obtained according to a marking result, the identifier of the APP in the video resource library is obtained, the installation address of the APP is obtained, and the installation address of the APP is displayed and a user is prompted to install when a search result is displayed to the user.
Specifically, the installation address of the APP may be displayed on a video detail page corresponding to the second video result, or may be displayed on other pages, which is not limited in this application.
For example, after the first video result a and the second video result B, C are assumed as search results, video asset libraries to which the second video results B and C belong may be obtained, and the video asset library to which the second video result B belongs is assumed to be B, and the video asset library to which the second video result C belongs is assumed to be C, identifiers of APPs corresponding to the video asset libraries B and C respectively may be obtained, and installation addresses of APPs corresponding to B and C respectively may be obtained, so that when a search result is shown to a user, the installation address of the APP corresponding to the video asset library B may be shown on a video detail page of the second video result B, and the user is prompted to install, and the installation address of the APP corresponding to the video asset library C is shown on a video detail page of the second video result C, and the user is prompted to install.
The user can be prompted to install through a voice broadcasting mode, or through characters or other modes, and the method and the device are not limited in this application.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the video resource pool to which the second video result belongs may also be displayed in the search result, so that the user knows from which video resource pool the second video result originates.
It can be understood that, in the related art, assuming that a user wants to watch a "game of right" of video resource played alone on platform a, if the video resource played on demand on his home smart television cooperates with platform B, the user will not search the corresponding resource result when searching for "game of right" in the smart television, and the user can only find APP corresponding to platform a in the application market first, and after installation, enter the APP to search for "game of right" again to watch video, which is a very complicated operation mode and wastes time and energy of the user when the user wants to watch video resource of other platform, but the mode provided in the embodiment of the present application can directly provide the installation address of APP of video resource library to which the second video result belongs when the search result includes the second video result of other platform, and the user does not need to search APP in the application market any more, it is also necessary to search for videos after installation, thereby simplifying the operation mode and saving the time and effort of the user.
The following describes, with reference to fig. 3, a process of providing a video to a user according to a user search term in the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, assuming that the basic entity library is a video resource library corresponding to the platform a, after receiving a search word of a user, the basic entity library and the whole network entity library can be searched, if a search result includes a plurality of video results, a search result page is entered, and according to the above manner, for the video resource in the video resource library corresponding to the platform a, the video resource is directly displayed, for the video resource not of the platform a, an icon of the video resource library to which the video resource belongs is displayed, and in a video detail page corresponding to the video resource, an installation address of an APP of the video resource library to which the video resource belongs is displayed, and the user is prompted to install the video resource. If the number of the video results contained in the search result is 1 and the search result is the video resource of the platform A, the video detail page can be displayed, and after a user clicks a button with a playing function, a player of the platform A can be directly opened to play the video resource; if the search result contains video resources which are not platform A, a video resource library which the search result belongs to can be displayed, after the user selects the video resource library, if a third-party APP is downloaded in the electronic equipment (namely, the APP of the video resource library which the second video result searched from the whole network entity library belongs to in the embodiment of the application), a video detail page of the third-party APP can be opened for video playing, if the third-party APP is not downloaded in the electronic equipment, the installation address of the third-party APP can be displayed, after the user selects the application detail, the third-party APP can be automatically downloaded, and after the downloading is completed, the video is automatically played by entering the APP detail page.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, assuming that the user search term is "i want to watch a drama", the search result page may contain both the first video result searched from the underlying entity library and the second video result searched from the full-network entity library. In fig. 4, the video in the video cover map including the playback source and the icon is the second video result, and the others are the first video results. Wherein, the playing source refers to a video resource library to which the video belongs. Assuming that after the user selects the second video result a1 of the full-network entity library to enter the video detail page, as shown in fig. 5, as long as the corresponding video repository is selected, if the APP corresponding to the video repository is not installed in the electronic device, the APP will be automatically installed, and after installation, the APP is automatically located to the second video result a1 for playing.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, all operations of the user may be implemented in a voice manner, so that from search to play control, the voice operation covers a core scenario, and gives a prompt for the voice search operation to the user, thereby providing a closed-loop voice experience for the user.
In addition, when the user selects to play a certain video from the search results, if the video is the second video result searched from the whole network entity library, a prompt message can be broadcasted or displayed to the user before playing so as to remind the user that the video is from the third-party video resource library.
In addition, it is assumed that the video providing apparatus is an application software a, and a video resource library corresponding to a system player of the electronic device is a basic entity library. In the embodiment of the application, the customized version APK installation package of the application software a can be integrated on the end, if the video selected to be played by the user from the search results is the second video result searched from the whole network entity library, and the video resource library to which the second video result belongs is the video resource library corresponding to the third party application B, the third party application B can be called up to play the video through the deeplink of the APK of the application software a, and if the video selected to be played by the user is the first video result searched from the basic entity library, the user can directly enter the system player of the electronic device to play the video.
In an exemplary embodiment, video results are not searched in the possible basic entity library and the whole network entity library, and at this time, other video resources can be recommended to the user or a prompt message that related resources are not found is displayed.
In addition, for videos that the user has viewed at other third parties APP, the video providing apparatus may also record a play history, which is displayed on a play history page. The display elements may include: cover art, episode name, play source. Therefore, the user can conveniently continue to watch the video through the local play history of the system. In the specific implementation, after a user clicks a viewing history, if the APP of the video resource library to which the video belongs is downloaded, the user directly jumps to the detail page corresponding to the APP to play the video; and if the APP of the video resource library to which the video belongs is not downloaded, jumping to the corresponding APP detail page. As shown in fig. 6. After the user clicks the video A, if the APP of the video resource library a is downloaded, directly jumping to a corresponding detail page of the APP to play the video; and if the APP of the video resource library a is not downloaded, jumping to a corresponding APP detail page.
Therefore, the video playing records of the platforms watched by the user are locally recorded in the system, so that the user can conveniently and directly watch the videos of the platforms through local recording.
