Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
It should be noted that the electronic device in the embodiment of the present invention includes a foldable screen, and the foldable screen includes a first partial screen and a second partial screen, that is, the foldable screen can be understood as including two screens, in the following embodiments, the foldable screen includes the first partial screen and the second partial screen only as an example, and the content display method provided in the embodiment of the present invention is exemplarily described.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device may be a foldable electronic device. The foldable electronic equipment is capable of changing the size and the number of the display screens in a folding and unfolding mode according to the requirements of users. Specifically, the foldable electronic device may be a foldable electronic device formed by a plurality of electronic devices in a hinged manner, or may be a foldable electronic device including a flexible screen (screen is foldable), which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Generally, the screen state of the foldable electronic device includes two states, i.e., an unfolded state and a folded state. When the included angle between all two adjacent display screens in the foldable electronic device is greater than or equal to a first preset included angle (for example, the included angle between two adjacent display screens is greater than 150 °), the screen state of the foldable electronic device is considered to be the unfolded state; when the included angle between any two adjacent display screens in the foldable electronic device is smaller than or equal to a second preset included angle (e.g., the included angle between two adjacent display screens is smaller than 30 °), the screen state of the foldable electronic device is considered to be a folded state. That is, the electronic device may determine the screen state of the electronic device by determining a relationship between an included angle between two adjacent display screens in the foldable electronic device and the first preset included angle or the second preset included angle. When the screen state of the foldable electronic device is the folded state, the folded state further includes two states, namely, a folded display state and a folded standby state.
When the included angle between any two adjacent display screens of the foldable electronic device in the folded state is greater than or equal to a preset folding display angle (for example, the included angle between two adjacent display screens is greater than 30 °), the screen state of the foldable electronic device is considered to be the folding display state, and at this time, the foldable electronic device is in the display state; in a folded state, if an included angle between any two adjacent display screens of the foldable electronic device is smaller than a preset folding standby angle (e.g., the included angle between two adjacent display screens is smaller than 30 °), the screen state of the foldable electronic device is considered as a folding standby state, and at this time, the foldable screen is in a standby state.
Illustratively, the foldable screen is a display screen which can be folded and/or unfolded to change the size and number of the display screens according to the user's requirements, that is, the foldable screen includes at least two display screens. Illustratively, the foldable screen may be a flexible screen or a combined foldable screen composed of a plurality of display screens. The flexible screen is a screen which can be bent and folded.
The content display method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by using specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the foldable screen of the electronic device is in the folded state, if a user needs to view system information (for example, time, electric quantity, signals, and the like) or notification messages (for example, short messages, chat information, and the like), the user may input a part of screen area (for example, an upper right corner or a lower right corner of the foldable screen, and the like) in the foldable screen of the electronic device, so that the electronic device may expand the part of screen area, and thus display corresponding display content in the part of screen area.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the screen of the foldable electronic device is a flexible screen, and the screen can be bent according to the input operation of the user.
Specifically, if the user needs to view the unread messages received by the chat application program, the user may input a position of an upper right corner area (where the upper right corner area has an association relationship with the chat application program) in the foldable screen of the electronic device, so that the electronic device only expands the upper right corner area, thereby displaying a rectangular display area to display the unread messages received by the chat application program for the user to view. Therefore, the user does not need to input for multiple times, the electronic equipment is triggered to completely unfold the foldable screen, and then the unread message can be displayed in the screen by the electronic equipment after the identification of the chat application program is input, so that the operation of the user can be simplified in the embodiment of the application, and the content display efficiency of the electronic equipment is improved.
An embodiment of the present application provides a content display method, and fig. 1 shows a flowchart of the content display method provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to an electronic device. As shown in fig. 1, a content display method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include steps 201 and 202 described below.
Step 201, in the case that the foldable screen is in the folded state, the electronic device receives a first input of a user.
In an embodiment of the present application, the electronic device includes a foldable screen, the foldable screen includes a first partial screen and a second partial screen, and the first input is a folding input of the first partial screen by a user.
In the embodiment of the application, when the foldable screen of the electronic device is in a folded state, a user can perform folding input on a first part of the screen of the foldable screen, so that the electronic device exposes a first area of the first part of the screen and a second area of a second part of the screen, and displays target content associated with a target area in the target area.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first input is an input of a user for the first area, and the first input is used to expand the first area in the foldable screen to display the first area and the second area.
Alternatively, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may determine whether the foldable screen is in the folded state by determining whether an included angle between the first partial screen and the second partial screen is smaller than or equal to a preset included angle (for example, 30 °).
It should be noted that, when the foldable screen is in the folded state, it can be understood that: the first partial screen and the second partial screen are folded inside to protect the screens, i.e., the display surface of the first partial screen faces the display surface of the second partial screen when the foldable screen is in a folded state.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first partial screen and the second partial screen may respectively display contents, so as to display two different contents; alternatively, the first partial screen and the second partial screen may constitute a combined area to collectively display one content.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when the foldable screen of the electronic device is in the folded state, the first area in the first partial screen may be any one of: an upper left corner region of the first partial screen (i.e., the upper left corner region of the first partial screen when the foldable screen of the electronic device is in the unfolded state), a lower left corner region of the first partial screen (i.e., the lower left corner region of the first partial screen when the foldable screen of the electronic device is in the unfolded state), a left half region of the first partial screen (i.e., the left half region of the first partial screen when the foldable screen of the electronic device is in the unfolded state), and so on.
The electronic device is taken as a mobile phone for illustration. As shown in fig. 2 (a), the foldable screen of the mobile phone is schematically shown in an unfolded state, wherein the foldable screen includes a first partial screen 10 and a second partial screen 11, and the first partial screen 10 and the second partial screen 11 may form a complete foldable screen. As shown in fig. 2 (B), the foldable screen of the mobile phone is shown in a folded state, and when the foldable screen of the mobile phone is in the folded state, a housing of the mobile phone is shown in the drawing, where the region 12 is an upper left corner region of the first partial screen 10 (i.e., the upper left corner region of the first partial screen when the foldable screen is in the unfolded state), the region 13 is a lower left corner region of the first partial screen 10, and the region 14 is a left half region of the first partial screen 10, and the region 14 may include the region 12 and the region 13, and the user may input the regions, so that the mobile phone displays the corresponding screen region.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first input may be an expansion input of a first area (for example, an upper left corner area of the first partial screen) in the foldable screen by a user, so that the electronic device displays a rectangular display area corresponding to the first area.
Step 202, the electronic device, in response to the first input, exposes a first area of the first partial screen and a second area of the second partial screen, and displays the target content in the target area.
In an embodiment of the application, the target area includes at least one of a first area and a second area, the first partial screen and the second partial screen are disposed opposite to each other when the foldable screen is in the folded state, the second area is an area corresponding to the first area in the second partial screen, and the target content is content associated with the target area in the electronic device.
It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may expand the first area to display the first area and the second area (i.e., reveal the first area of the first partial screen and the second area of the second partial screen) according to the first input of the user.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first region and the second region may be combined to form a rectangular combined region.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, in a case that the target area includes a first area and a second area, and the target content includes a second content and a third content, the second content is a content associated with the first area in the electronic device, and the third content is a content associated with the second area in the electronic device.
It should be noted that, the second area is an area corresponding to the first area in the second partial screen, and may be understood as follows: the second region is any one of: an upper right corner region of the second partial screen (corresponding to the upper left corner region of the first partial screen), a lower right corner region of the second partial screen (corresponding to the lower left corner region of the first partial screen), a right half region of the second partial screen (corresponding to the left half region of the first partial screen), and so on.
Optionally, in this embodiment, when the electronic device exposes the first area and the second area, the electronic device may display only the target content in the first area, or the electronic device may display only the target content in the second area, or the electronic device may display the target content in an area where the first area and the second area are combined, or the electronic device may display the third content in the second area while displaying the second content in the first area.
When a foldable screen of an electronic device is in a folded state, if a user needs to view some contents in the electronic device, the user may directly perform a folding input on a first portion of the screen, so that the electronic device exposes display regions (for example, a first region of the first portion of the screen and a second region of a second portion of the screen) associated with the contents, and displays the contents in the exposed regions, that is, the electronic device may directly display corresponding contents by exposing a portion of the region in the foldable screen according to the folding input of the user, and the electronic device may display corresponding contents in the screen without completely unfolding the foldable screen of the electronic device by the user, so that the operation of the user may be simplified, and the efficiency of the electronic device for displaying contents may be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, in a case where the target area includes a first area and a second area. The step 202 can be realized by the step 202a or the step 202b described below.
Step 202a, in response to the first input, the electronic device exposes a first area of the first partial screen and a second area of the second partial screen, displays second content in the first area, and displays third content in the second area.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second content is associated with the first area, the third content is associated with the second area, and the second content and the third content are different.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first area and the second area may be two independent display areas, that is, the second content is displayed in the first area, and the third content is displayed in the second area, which are not mutually affected, and a user may input the content displayed in the first area or the second area respectively to update and display the first area or the second area.
Illustratively, in conjunction with (B) in fig. 2, as shown in (a) in fig. 3, when the foldable screen of the mobile phone is in a folded state, the user may input into the upper left corner area 12 (i.e., the first area) of the first part of the screen of the foldable screen, so that the mobile phone may unfold to reveal the upper left corner area 12, and simultaneously reveal the upper right corner area 15 of the second part of the screen of the foldable screen, so that the mobile phone may display system information (e.g., time, etc.) in the area 12 and display unread messages received by the chat-type application in the area 15.
Step 202b, the electronic device reveals a first area of the first partial screen and a second area of the second partial screen in response to the first input, and displays the target content in the combined area.
In an embodiment of the present application, the target content is associated with a first area or a second area, and the combined area is an area formed by combining the first area and the second area.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may expand the first area to display the first area and the second area in response to the first input, and configure the first area and the second area into one combined area to display the second content or the third content in combination.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may display the second content and the third content in the combination area, that is, the second content and the third content are simultaneously displayed in the combination area.
Illustratively, in conjunction with fig. 2 (B), as shown in fig. 3 (B), when the foldable screen of the mobile phone is in a folded state, the user may perform a folding input on an upper left corner region 12 (i.e., a first region) of a first portion of the screen of the foldable screen, so that the mobile phone may unfold to expose the upper left corner region 12, to simultaneously expose an upper right corner region 15 of a second portion of the screen of the foldable screen, so that the mobile phone may combine the region 12 and the region 15 to obtain a combined region 16, and display the system information and the unread messages received by the chat-type application in the combined region 16.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may display the second content in the first area and the third content in the second area, respectively; or, the electronic device may combine the first region and the second region to obtain a combined region, so as to display the second content or the third content in the combined region, and therefore, the electronic device may display the content in multiple forms, so that flexibility of displaying the content by the electronic device may be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when the electronic device displays the second content in the first area and displays the third content in the second area, the user may perform a second input on the first area or the second area, so that the electronic device configures the first area and the second area into a combined area according to the second input of the user, so as to display the second content or the third content in a combined manner.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second input may be any one of: a long press input by a user to the first area or the second area, a tap input by a user to the first area or the second area, a slide input by a user to the first area or the second area, and the like.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when the second input is input to the first area by the user, the electronic device may display the second content in the combined area; when the second input is input to the second area by the user, the electronic device may display the third content in the combined area.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may display the second content or the third content in the combined area in a preset display manner.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the preset display manner may be any one of the following: zoom in on the display content, display details of the content, and the like.
It should be noted that, when the content displayed in the first area or the second area of some content that the user needs to view is not complete enough (i.e. the first area or the second area is small), the electronic device may be triggered by the input to be displayed in the first area and the second area in combination, for example, the display of interface content such as browsing pictures, video chatting, background on-hook games, map navigation, etc. may be displayed in the combination area.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the user may trigger the electronic device to adjust the size of the interface in the display area through the second input, so as to display the content in the combined area formed by the first area and the second area. Illustratively, in conjunction with fig. 3 (a), when the mobile phone displays system information in the first area 12 and displays an unread message received by the chat-type application in the second area 15, as shown in fig. 4 (a), the user may perform a long-press input on the second area 15, as shown in fig. 4 (B), the mobile phone may combine the first area 12 and the second area 15 to obtain a combined area 16, and display details (e.g., text) of the unread message received by the chat-type application in the combined area 16.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the user may trigger the electronic device to switch to displaying the content in the combination area to displaying the second content in the first area and displaying the third content in the second area through a third input.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic device displays the second content in the first area and displays the third content in the second area, the user can perform the second input on the first area or the second area, so that the electronic device combines the first area and the second area to form a combined area, and the content displayed in the area corresponding to the input of the user is displayed in the combined area, therefore, the electronic device can display a certain content in a larger area, and the display effect of the content displayed by the electronic device can be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 in combination with fig. 1, before "displaying the target content in the target area" in step 202, the content display method provided in this embodiment of the present application further includes steps 301 and 302 described below.
Step 301, in response to the first input, the electronic device exposes a first region of the first partial screen and a second region of the second partial screen, and acquires target position information of the first input and target area information of the first region.
In this embodiment of the application, the target position information is used to indicate a position of the first input, and the target area information is used to indicate an area occupied by the first region in the foldable screen.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may detect a position of the first input, so as to determine the target position information and the target area information according to the position of the first input.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the target location information may be any of the following: an upper left corner region of the first partial screen, an upper right corner region of the second partial screen, a lower left corner region of the first partial screen, a lower right corner region of the second partial screen, a left half region of the first partial screen, a right half region of the second partial screen, and so on.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may obtain, through calculation, an area occupied by the first region in the foldable screen and an area occupied by the second region in the foldable screen, so as to obtain the target area information.
The target area information may be further understood as: specific values of the area of the target region.
Alternatively, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may determine the target position information and the target area information in a form of a coordinate system, for example, the upper right corner of the foldable screen in the folded state is determined as the origin of the two-dimensional coordinate system, the right boundary of the foldable screen is determined as the vertical axis of the two-dimensional coordinate system, and the upper boundary of the foldable screen is determined as the horizontal axis of the two-dimensional coordinate system, so that the target position information and the target area information are determined according to the coordinates of the target area.
Step 302, the electronic device determines a target area according to the target area information.
Optionally, in this embodiment, with reference to fig. 5, as shown in fig. 6, before the step 302, the content display method provided in this embodiment may further include a step 401 described below, and the step 302 described above may be specifically implemented by the step 302a or the step 302b described below.
Step 401, the electronic device determines a size relationship between the target area information and the preset area information.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may determine a ratio of an area of the first region to a total area of the foldable screen, so as to compare the ratio with a preset ratio, so as to determine a size relationship between the target area information and the preset area information; alternatively, the electronic device may determine the size relationship between the target area information and the preset area information by judging the value of the area of the first region and comparing the value with the preset area value.
Step 302a, in the case that the target area information is smaller than or equal to the preset area information, the electronic device determines a region formed by combining the first region and the second region as the target region.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when it is determined that the ratio of the area of the first region to the total area of the foldable screen is smaller than or equal to a preset ratio, the electronic device may determine that the target region is a region formed by combining the first region and the second region. For example, when the ratio of the area of the target region to the total area of the foldable screen is less than 1/4, the electronic device may determine a region formed by combining the first region and the second region as the target region, thereby displaying the target content in the combined region.
It can be understood that when the area of the first region is small, the target content cannot be displayed solely through the first region or the second region, and the first region and the second region need to be combined to form a complete region, so as to display the target content.
And step 302b, the electronic device determines the first region or the second region as the target region when the target area information is larger than or equal to the preset area information.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when it is determined that the ratio of the area of the first region to the total area of the foldable screen is greater than or equal to a preset ratio, the electronic device may determine that the target region is the first region or the second region. For example, when the ratio of the area of the target region to the total area of the foldable screen is greater than 1/4, the electronic device may determine the first region or the second region as the target region, thereby displaying the target content in the first region or the second region.
It is understood that when the area of the first region is large, the electronic device may display the target content by displaying the target content in one of the first region or the second region without combining the first region and the second region to form a complete region.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may further determine a display mode of the target content according to the target area information.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may acquire first input target position information and target area information of a first region, so that a region formed by combining the first region and a second region is determined as a target region when the target area information is less than or equal to preset area information; or, when the target area information is greater than or equal to the preset area information, the first region or the second region is determined as the target region, so that the electronic device can flexibly determine the target region, and the display effect of the display content of the electronic device can be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, with reference to fig. 5, as shown in fig. 7, after the step 301, the content display method provided in this embodiment may further include a step 303 described below, or the step 302 may be specifically replaced with the step 303 described below.
Step 303, the electronic device determines the target content according to the target position information or the target area information.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, different pieces of location information correspond to different display contents, and a user may preset the display content corresponding to each piece of location information. For example, the electronic device may associate an upper left corner region of the first portion of the screen with the system information to display the system information in the upper left corner region of the first portion of the screen when the region is revealed; the electronic equipment can associate the upper right corner area of the second partial screen with the unread messages received by the chat application program, so that the unread messages received by the chat application program are displayed in the upper right corner area of the second partial screen when the area is exposed; the electronic device can associate a lower left corner region of the first portion of screen with the target application to display an interface of the target application in the lower left corner region of the first portion of screen when the region is revealed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the electronic device may determine, according to the target position information of the target area, the target content associated with the target area, so as to display the target content in the target area.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the manner of displaying the target content may be any of the following: display primary content (e.g., display identification of unread messages), display specific content (e.g., display content of unread messages), and so forth.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may determine the displayed target content and the display mode of the target content by determining a ratio of an area of the target region to a total area of the foldable screen. For example, when the ratio of the area of the target area to the total area of the foldable screen is less than 1/4, the electronic device may display the target content by displaying the main content; when the ratio of the area of the target area to the total area of the foldable screen is greater than or equal to 1/4, the electronic device can display the target content by displaying the specific content.
It can be understood that when the area of the target area is small, the electronic device may display the target content in a display manner that displays the main content, that is, the displayed information is less; when the area of the target area is larger, the electronic device may display the target content in a display manner that displays specific content, that is, more information is displayed.
Illustratively, in conjunction with fig. 4 (a), as shown in fig. 8, when the ratio of the sum of the areas of the first area 12 and the second area 15 to the total area of the foldable screen of the mobile phone is greater than 1/4, the mobile phone can display more system information (e.g., time and weather) in the first area 12 and display specific contents (e.g., text) of the unread messages received by the chat-type application in the second area 15.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when the target area information is greater than or equal to the preset area information, the electronic device may determine the display content according to a region formed by combining the first region and the second region. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4 (B), when the area of the region 16 formed by combining the first region 12 and the second region 15 is larger than the preset area, the content of the unread information and the picture title displayed in the combined region 16 at this time may be switched to the unread information and the preview picture content.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may determine the target content and the display mode of the target content only according to the target area information, where different target area information corresponds to different display contents and different display modes.
When step 301 and step 302 are executed, step 202 is specifically: the electronic device displays the target content in the target area.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may obtain the first input target position information and the target area information of the target area, determine the target content displayed in the target area according to the target position information or the target area information, and determine the display mode of the target content displayed in the target area according to the target area information, so that the electronic device may display the content associated with the area in the display area in a corresponding display mode, and thus, the efficiency of displaying the content by the electronic device may be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, with reference to fig. 7, as shown in fig. 9, before the step 303, the content display method provided in this embodiment may further include a step 402 described below, and the step 303 may be specifically implemented by the step 303a or the step 303b described below.

For example, in a case where the electronic device reveals an upper left corner area of the first partial screen and an upper right corner area of the second partial screen, the electronic device may display content corresponding to the application 1; in the case that the electronic device reveals the lower left corner area of the first partial screen and the lower right corner area of the second partial screen, the electronic device may display content corresponding to the application program 2; in the case that the electronic device reveals the left half area of the first partial screen and the right half area of the second partial screen, the electronic device may display the content corresponding to the application program 3.
Step 303b, the electronic device determines the target content associated with the target area information from the N first contents.
In this embodiment of the present application, each of the N first contents is associated with one area information.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, a user may input the plurality of area information and the N first contents on a setting page, so as to set a corresponding relationship between the plurality of area information and the N first contents.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, a user may preset one first content corresponding to each area information, so that the electronic device determines a correspondence between a plurality of area information and N first contents, where one area information corresponds to one first content.
