Technical Field
The present invention relates to a roller module, and more particularly to a light-emitting roller module for a mouse.
Background
The mouse is used to control the cursor on the computer screen and operate the computer or the computer. In addition to the left and right keys, the wheel of the mouse is the key most commonly used by users, such as: the web page browsing or cursor moving is performed by rotating the roller, or the middle key signal is output by pressing the roller, or the switching of different functional modes is performed.
In order to make the user more comfortable to operate the mouse, many ergonomic designs are also widely used for the mouse housing, as shown in fig. 1, the mouse 9 includes: the housing 91 and the roller 92, the housing 91 includes an upper cover 911 and a base 912, and the control end of the upper cover 911 has a slant design from right to left to right, so that the fingers of a user can be more comfortably placed. In addition, the wheel 92 is usually provided with a lighting function to enhance the convenience of the mouse in a dim environment and to attract the eyes of consumers. As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the roller 92 has a groove 921, and a bottom surface of the groove protrudes with a rotating shaft 922; the light emitting module 93 includes a circuit board 931 and a light emitting unit 932, and the light emitting unit 932 is configured to emit light toward the roller 92, so that the roller 92 generates a light-emitting visual effect; the middle key switch module 94 is disposed below the rotating shaft 922.
In the prior art, when the light emitting module 93 is disposed above the rotation shaft 922 (as shown in fig. 2A), the light emitting module 93 is too close to the upper cover 911, which affects the tilt design of the upper cover 911. When the roller 92 is pressed, the light emitting module 93 does not descend along with the roller 92, so that the light emitting unit 932 is too close to the inner peripheral surface of the groove 921, and the brightness of the roller 92 is changed, or even light leakage occurs. When the light emitting module 93 is disposed below the rotating shaft 922 (as shown in fig. 2B), the rotating shaft 922 blocks the light emitted by the light emitting unit 932, so that the brightness of the roller 92 is reduced. On the other hand, since the shaft 922 abuts against the middle key switch module 94, when the roller 922 rotates, the shaft 922 rotating along with the shaft continuously rubs against the middle key switch module 94, so that the roller 92 is operated to generate abnormal sounds or even damage the middle key switch module 94.
Therefore, how to provide a light-emitting roller module, the arrangement of the light-emitting roller module can not affect the inclined design of the control end of the mouse, and the problems of brightness reduction, brightness change, light leakage and the like of the light-emitting roller module can be avoided. The outer surface of the first side plate 231 has a first opening 2311 and a pressing member 2312 disposed at one side of the first opening 2311, and the accommodating space S is communicated with the first opening 2311 and the light source opening 2331. In the present embodiment, the pressing member 2312 has a pressing portion 23122 and a connecting fixing portion 23121. The pressing portion 23122 is used for pressing the triggering portion 402 of the middle key switch module 40, the fixing portion 23121 is used for carrying and fixing the light emitting module 26, and the surface of the fixing portion 23121 has a first locking hole LO for locking the light emitting module 26. The second side plate 232 has a second opening 2321 penetrating through the center thereof, and the blocking portion 2131 of the engaging member 213 is capable of being forced into the second opening 2321 by being retracted, so that the second side plate 232 is blocked at the position of the necking portion 2132, and the second side plate 232 and the engaging member 213 are pivoted to each other, such that the roller 21 can rotate relative to the inner wheel 23.
The annular light shielding member 25 is disposed around the recess 211 and is used for covering a gap between the roller 21 and the first side plate 231 of the inner wheel 23, and the annular light shielding member 25 does not affect the relative rotation between the roller 21 and the inner wheel 23. In another possible embodiment, the annular light shielding member 25 may be disposed at the edge of the outer surface of the first side plate 231 and cover the gap between the first side plate 231 of the inner wheel 23 and the roller 21.
The light emitting module 26 includes: the circuit board 261 and one or more light emitting units 262. The circuit board 261 has a second locking hole 2611 corresponding to the first locking hole LO and a relief opening 2612 corresponding to the stop portion 2131 of the locking member 213. The light emitting unit 262 is in the form of top view (top view), which is disposed on a surface of the circuit board 261, and the light emitting unit 262 may be: a light emitting diode unit, an organic light emitting diode unit, a quantum dot light emitting diode unit, or an electroluminescent unit. In the present embodiment, the circuit board 261 partially penetrates through the first opening 2311, so that the light emitting unit 262 is disposed in the accommodating space S, and the relief opening 2612 disposed at one end of the circuit board 261 can avoid the interference between the circuit board 261 and the clamping member 213. On the other hand, the fixing portion 23121 is used for carrying a portion of the circuit board 261 that is not disposed through the first opening 2311, and a locking member (not shown) can be sequentially disposed through the second locking hole 2611 and the first locking hole LO, so as to fix the light emitting module 26.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a partial perspective view of a light-emitting roller module according to the present invention. In fig. 5, the rotating shaft 214 sequentially passes through the sliding hole 10211 of the supporting member 1021 and the polygonal shaft hole 301 of the encoder 30, and the polygonal shaft 2141 can be inserted into and fixed in the polygonal shaft hole 301. In addition, since the light emitting unit 262 is disposed in the inner wheel 23 (as shown in fig. 4A and 4B), the light emitting unit 262 can be prevented from being damaged by electrostatic discharge (Electrostatic Discharge, ESD) generated when the wheel 21 rotates due to shielding of the inner wheel 23.
Referring to fig. 6A and 6B, fig. 6A and 6B are schematic diagrams illustrating the operation of the light-emitting roller module. In fig. 6A, the light emitting unit 262 emits light L upward, and then the light L passes through the light source opening 2331 (as shown in fig. 4A and 4B) and is transmitted to the roller 21. The circular light shielding member 24 and the annular light shielding member 25 can prevent the light L from being transmitted out from the opposite sides of the roller 21. On the other hand, the light L can be transmitted from the position not covered by the circular light shielding member 24, the annular light shielding member 25 and the rim 22, so that the light-emitting roller module 20 generates a light-emitting visual effect. Compared with the conventional mouse roller structure, the roller 21 of the present invention has no rotation shaft in the groove 211, so that the freedom of mounting the light emitting module 26 can be improved. On the other hand, there is no problem that the brightness of the light emitting module 26 is reduced due to the installation under the rotating shaft; and the problem of light leakage caused by installation above the rotating shaft or the problem of influence on the inclination design of the control end of the mouse. In the embodiment, although only an embodiment is proposed in which the rim 22 is made of an opaque elastic material, in practical application, the rim 22 may also be made of an opaque elastic material, so that the light L can be transmitted from the position where the rim 22 is disposed after being transmitted to the roller 21.
In fig. 6B, when the user presses the light-emitting roller module 20 with the finger F, the inner wheel 23 moves downward along with the roller 21, and the light-emitting module 26 is disposed in the inner wheel 23 and also moves downward along with the inner wheel 23, so that the light-emitting unit 262 of the light-emitting module 26 and the inner peripheral surface of the groove 211 of the roller 21 can be kept at a fixed distance, the brightness of the light-emitting roller module 20 can be maintained, and the light leakage problem can be effectively avoided by the synchronous displacement arrangement mode.
Compared with the mouse roller structure in the prior art, the light-emitting roller module provided by the invention has the advantages that the arrangement of the light-emitting module of the light-emitting roller module can not influence the inclined design of the control end of the mouse, and the problems of brightness reduction, brightness change, light leakage and the like of the light-emitting roller module can be avoided. On the other hand, the pressing piece for pressing the middle key switch module does not rotate along with the roller, so that the abrasion of the middle key switch module can be reduced at the same time; therefore, the present invention is an creation with great industrial value.
The present invention is modified in this way by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
