Abstract
本发明公开了一种手部关节动作采集装置,包括手套,在手套的外侧面,在每个指关节或每个指与掌的连接关节位置两侧,分别安装固定一个线性霍尔传感器和一个磁钢,在虎口靠近根部位置两侧也分别安装固定一个线性霍尔传感器和一个磁钢,手套的掌背外侧面上设置通讯模块,通讯模块通过导线连接所有线性霍尔传感器。本发明结构简单,体积小,精度高,制造简单,成本低,且可以精确采集每个关节,用于VR或随动机器人的信号采集。

本发明涉及一种手部关节动作采集装置,属于VR和机器人技术领域。
背景技术
现有的手指动作采集器大多采用电位器、弯曲电阻、肌电传感器、视觉捕捉等,要么结构复杂,要么采集精度不高,要么制造和使用成本很高。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单、采样精度高且制造成本低的采集装置。
为实现该技术目的,本发明给出的技术方案是:一种手部关节动作采集装置,包括手套,在手套的外侧面,在每个指关节或每个指与掌的连接关节位置两侧,分别安装固定一个线性霍尔传感器和一个磁钢,在虎口靠近根部位置两侧也分别安装固定一个线性霍尔传感器和一个磁钢,手套的掌背外侧面上设置通讯模块,通讯模块通过导线连接所有线性霍尔传感器;设定手指关节伸直状态和完全弯曲状态分别对应线性霍尔传感器输出电压信号的两个值,将两个值的中间值与关节运动状态进行线性匹配,手指的弯曲动作带动手套,改变磁钢和线性霍尔传感器之间的距离和角度,引起线性霍尔传感器输出变化的电压信号,通过实时采集该输出电压信号从而确定关节弯曲状态;设定虎口开合状态位置分别对应虎口位置线性霍尔传感器输出电压信号的两个值,将两个值的中间值与虎口开合的距离进行线性匹配,虎口开合引起虎口位置线性霍尔传感器输出变化的电压信号,通过实时采集该输出电压信号从而确定开合状态。
进一步的,所述通讯模块内置电源或连接外部电源。
本发明的有益技术效果是:结构简单,体积小,精度高,制造简单,成本低,且可以精确采集每个关节,用于VR或随动机器人的信号采集。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的手部关节动作采集装置,包括手套6,在手套6的外侧面,在每个指关节或每个指与掌的连接关节位置两侧,分别安装固定一个线性霍尔传感器1和一个磁钢2,在虎口靠近根部位置两侧也分别安装固定一个虎口处线性霍尔传感器4和一个虎口处磁钢3,手套6的掌背外侧面上设置通讯模块5,通讯模块5通过导线连接所有线性霍尔传感器;设定手指关节伸直状态和完全弯曲状态分别对应线性霍尔传感器输出电压信号的两个值,将两个值的中间值与关节运动状态进行线性匹配,手指的弯曲动作带动手套,改变磁钢和线性霍尔传感器之间的距离和角度,引起线性霍尔传感器输出变化的电压信号,通过实时采集该输出电压信号从而确定关节弯曲状态;设定虎口开合状态位置分别对应虎口位置线性霍尔传感器输出电压信号的两个值,将两个值的中间值与虎口开合的距离进行线性匹配,虎口开合引起虎口位置线性霍尔传感器输出变化的电压信号,通过实时采集该输出电压信号从而确定开合状态。
本发明结构简单,体积小,精度高,制造简单,成本低,且可以精确采集每个关节,用于VR或随动机器人的信号采集。

1.一种手部关节动作采集装置,包括手套,其特征在于:在手套的外侧面,在每个指关节或每个指与掌的连接关节位置两侧,分别安装固定一个线性霍尔传感器和一个磁钢,在虎口靠近根部位置两侧也分别安装固定一个线性霍尔传感器和一个磁钢,手套的掌背外侧面上设置通讯模块,通讯模块通过导线连接所有线性霍尔传感器;设定手指关节伸直状态和完全弯曲状态分别对应线性霍尔传感器输出电压信号的两个值,将两个值的中间值与关节运动状态进行线性匹配,手指的弯曲动作带动手套,改变磁钢和线性霍尔传感器之间的距离和角度,引起线性霍尔传感器输出变化的电压信号,通过实时采集该输出电压信号从而确定关节弯曲状态;设定虎口开合状态位置分别对应虎口位置线性霍尔传感器输出电压信号的两个值,将两个值的中间值与虎口开合的距离进行线性匹配,虎口开合引起虎口位置线性霍尔传感器输出变化的电压信号,通过实时采集该输出电压信号从而确定开合状态。
