Description

Air conditioner fault detection method and device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fault detection, and particularly relates to a method and a device for detecting air conditioner faults.
Background
In recent years, with global temperature rise and great improvement of living standard of people, air conditioning equipment has gradually become one of electric appliances essential for life, and with market competition becoming more and more intense, the working efficiency and safety of the air conditioner increasingly become one of the main factors influencing the core competitiveness of products.
In practical use, air conditioning system faults caused by refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling amount occur occasionally, which seriously reduces product competitiveness. On one hand, the leakage of the refrigerant can reduce the working efficiency of the air conditioner, and meanwhile, the leaked refrigerant is discharged into the atmosphere, so that the ozone layer is damaged, and a series of hazards such as greenhouse effect and the like are caused; on the other hand, the leakage or insufficient filling amount of the refrigerant can reduce the cooling performance of the compressor and greatly increase the exhaust temperature, so that the service life of the compressor is shortened, and even the compressor is burnt and exploded. Therefore, it is necessary to detect the refrigerant leakage or the insufficient filling amount in the air conditioner in time.
At present, the refrigerant leakage phenomenon is generally found when the user installs the air conditioner and then feeds back that the air conditioner does not refrigerate or the refrigeration effect is poor, and the refrigerant leakage amount of the air conditioning system is more or the perfusion amount is not enough and the gap is larger, often causes larger influence to the life of the user, and directly starts the compressor when the leakage amount is more or the perfusion amount is not enough and also can cause permanent damage or even explosion to the compressor.
In the existing air conditioner fault detection method, only the comparison between the indoor coil temperature and the set coil temperature is used for judging whether refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion occurs, but when the refrigerant does not leak or insufficient perfusion and the difference between the indoor environment temperature and the indoor coil temperature is large, the indoor coil temperature also changes sharply, so that the difference between the indoor coil temperature and the set coil temperature is large, and the refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion occurs in misjudgment, therefore, the refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion detection method in the prior art has single logic judgment and is easy to cause misjudgment.
Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art to provide a reliable, safe, fast and accurate method for detecting refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling amount.

Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system structures, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner fault detection method, including:
and S101, acquiring the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure of the air conditioner, the suction pressure of the air conditioner and the supercooling degree of the air conditioner.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the air conditioner has no fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling quantity and has the fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling quantity, the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree have different mapping relations, so that whether the air conditioner has the fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling quantity can be judged by monitoring the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree.
Step S102, when the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree are detected to meet a first preset condition, judging that the air conditioner has a fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity; wherein the first preset condition comprises:
the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to a fourth preset temperature, the exhaust pressure is less than a first preset pressure, the suction pressure is less than a fourth preset pressure, and the supercooling degree is less than a sixth preset temperature;
or the outdoor temperature is greater than a fourth preset temperature and less than a fifth preset temperature, the exhaust pressure is less than a second preset pressure, the suction pressure is less than a fourth preset pressure, and the supercooling degree is less than a sixth preset temperature;
or the outdoor temperature is greater than or equal to a fifth preset temperature, the exhaust pressure is less than a third preset pressure, the suction pressure is less than a fourth preset pressure, and the supercooling degree is less than a sixth preset temperature;
the third preset pressure is greater than the second preset pressure, and the second preset pressure is greater than the first preset pressure.
In the embodiment of the invention, the supercooling degree of the air conditioner is one of necessary judgment conditions, and when the air conditioner has a fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion amount, the supercooling degree is certainly lower than a temperature; under different outdoor conditions, the alarm value of the exhaust pressure is different and rises along with the rise of the outdoor temperature; the alarm value of the suction pressure does not change along with the change of the outdoor temperature; the alarm values of the corresponding exhaust pressure at different room temperatures and the alarm value of the suction pressure are combined with the supercooling degree of the air conditioner to serve as detection conditions, faults of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion amount are detected, and the detection accuracy can be improved. The first preset pressure, the second preset pressure, the third preset pressure, the fourth preset pressure of the suction pressure, the fourth preset temperature of the outdoor temperature, the fifth preset temperature and the sixth preset temperature of the supercooling degree of the exhaust pressure are set according to actual use conditions, and data of different types of air conditioners are different; specifically, when the preset values are set, a large amount of outdoor temperature, exhaust pressure, suction pressure and supercooling degree data of each type during air conditioner refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion fault and during normal operation can be acquired through the moving loop system, data statistical analysis is carried out, and each preset value capable of judging the air conditioner refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion fault is acquired.
The air conditioner fault detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of firstly obtaining the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure of the air conditioner, the suction pressure of the air conditioner and the supercooling degree of the air conditioner as detection conditions; judging whether the air conditioner has a fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity by judging whether the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree meet a first preset condition, and judging that the fault exists when the first preset condition is met. The first preset condition includes: the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to a fourth preset temperature, the exhaust pressure is less than a first preset pressure, the suction pressure is less than a fourth preset pressure, and the supercooling degree is less than a sixth preset temperature; or the outdoor temperature is greater than a fourth preset temperature and less than a fifth preset temperature, the exhaust pressure is less than a second preset pressure, the suction pressure is less than a fourth preset pressure, and the supercooling degree is less than a sixth preset temperature; or the outdoor temperature is greater than or equal to a fifth preset temperature, the exhaust pressure is less than a third preset pressure, the suction pressure is less than a fourth preset pressure, and the supercooling degree is less than a sixth preset temperature; the third preset pressure is greater than the second preset pressure, and the second preset pressure is greater than the first preset pressure. When the air conditioner has no refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling quantity fault and has refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling quantity fault, the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree meet different relations, the fault method detection method establishes perfect detection logics of four conditions of the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree, and ensures the accuracy of fault detection.
In some embodiments, before the obtaining of the outdoor temperature, the discharge pressure of the air conditioner, the suction pressure of the air conditioner, and the supercooling degree of the air conditioner, the detection method may further include:
acquiring the temperature and the load of the air conditioner within a preset range of the position of the air conditioner;
and when the temperature in the preset range of the position of the air conditioner is lower than a third preset temperature or the load of the air conditioner is lower than or equal to the preset load of the air conditioner, acquiring the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure of the air conditioner, the suction pressure of the air conditioner and the supercooling degree of the air conditioner.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to further improve the detection accuracy, eliminate the influence of air conditioner load change caused by temperature change in the preset range of the position where the air conditioner is located, prevent the misjudgment of the fault detection of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion amount, and before the detection of the fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion amount, the temperature and the load of the air conditioner in the preset range of the position where the air conditioner is located can be obtained. If the temperature in the preset range of the position where the air conditioner is located is detected to be greater than or equal to the third preset temperature and the load of the air conditioner is greater than the preset load of the air conditioner, it is indicated that the load of the air conditioner is increased possibly because the air conditioner has a local hot spot. If fault detection is performed on air conditioner refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling amount, the exhaust pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree of the air conditioner are affected, and the detection accuracy is reduced. Therefore, the temperature and the load of the air conditioner within the preset range of the position of the air conditioner are obtained, the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure of the air conditioner, the suction pressure of the air conditioner and the supercooling degree of the air conditioner are obtained after the possibility is eliminated, the fault detection of the leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity of the refrigerant of the air conditioner is carried out, and the detection accuracy is improved. In one embodiment, the preset range, the third preset temperature and the preset load of the air conditioner may be obtained by acquiring temperature and air conditioner load data in each range of each model through a moving loop system, and performing statistics according to the operation state of the air conditioner.
In some embodiments, before the obtaining the temperature and the load of the air conditioner within the preset range of the location where the air conditioner is located, the detecting method may further include:
acquiring the running time of an air conditioner and the air supply temperature of the air conditioner;
when the running time is longer than the preset time and the air supply temperature is higher than the first preset temperature or lower than the second preset temperature, acquiring the temperature of the air conditioner in a preset range and the load of the air conditioner; the first preset temperature is larger than the preset air supply temperature of the air conditioner, and the second preset temperature is smaller than the preset air supply temperature of the air conditioner.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to improve the accuracy of eliminating the influence of the air conditioner load change caused by the temperature change in the preset range of the position where the air conditioner is located and prevent the influence of insufficient running time on the running state of the air conditioner, the running time of the air conditioner is firstly obtained before the temperature and the load of the air conditioner in the preset range of the position where the air conditioner is located are obtained. And acquiring the air supply temperature of the air conditioner as a condition for initially judging whether the air conditioner is abnormal, and further judging which fault exists after the air conditioner is initially judged to be abnormal. The preset time, the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature are set according to the actual situation; the preset air supply temperature of the air conditioner, namely the air supply temperature set by the current air conditioner, is a standard temperature value. In one embodiment, the preset time may be set to one hour, the first preset temperature is a temperature 10% higher than the preset air supply temperature, and the second preset temperature is a temperature 10% lower than the preset air supply temperature, that is, after it is detected that the air conditioner is started up and operated for 1 hour and the air supply temperature in the operation process deviates from the set temperature by 10%, the temperature within the preset range of the position where the air conditioner is located and the load of the air conditioner are obtained.
In another embodiment, when the operation time of the air conditioner is greater than the preset time and the air supply temperature is greater than the first preset temperature or less than the second preset temperature, the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure of the air conditioner, the suction pressure of the air conditioner and the supercooling degree of the air conditioner are obtained; the first preset temperature is higher than the preset air supply temperature of the air conditioner, and the second preset temperature is lower than the preset air supply temperature of the air conditioner.
In some embodiments, the determining that the air conditioner has a refrigerant leakage or insufficient injection amount fault when it is detected that the outdoor temperature, the discharge pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree satisfy a first preset condition may include:
and when the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree are detected to meet a first preset condition and the duration time is longer than a first preset time, judging that the air conditioner has a fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the outdoor temperature, the exhaust pressure, the suction pressure and the supercooling degree meet the first preset condition and the duration is longer than the first preset time, the fault that the refrigerant leaks or the filling amount is insufficient is judged, and the error judgment caused by the operation fluctuation of the air conditioner can be reduced by the arrangement, so that the detection accuracy is improved. The first preset time is set to meet the actual requirement, and cannot be too long, so that the fault is prevented from further aggravating, and for example, the first preset time can be set to be 1 minute.
In some embodiments, when the outdoor temperature cannot be obtained, before the determining that the air conditioner has a refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling amount fault, the method may further include:
acquiring the suction pressure of an air conditioner, the current running frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner and the current of the compressor running at the current running frequency;
and when the suction pressure is detected to be smaller than a fourth preset pressure and the current of the compressor running at the current running frequency is detected to be larger than the first preset current, judging that the air conditioner has a fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the air conditioner is taken as an execution main body, when the air conditioner cannot acquire the outdoor temperature due to the fault of the outdoor sensor, the complement detection of the fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity can be carried out based on another detection mode. When the air conditioner normally runs, the running frequency and the running current of the compressor have a corresponding relation, and when the air conditioner normally has a fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity, the running frequency and the running current of the compressor do not conform to the corresponding relation. Therefore, the current running frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner and the current of the compressor running under the current running frequency are obtained, and the suction pressure is combined to judge the fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity. In one embodiment, if the current of the compressor running at the current running frequency is the rated current when the air conditioner is running in the normal state, the first preset current may be set to be greater than the rated current by m%, where m is a value obtained according to the actual running condition of the air conditioner. The fault detection method provided by the embodiment can be used for standby detection of fault detection of refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling quantity, and can improve the reliability and applicability of detection.
In some embodiments, the determining that the air conditioner has a refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion capacity fault when it is detected that the suction pressure is less than a fourth preset pressure and the current of the compressor operating at the current operating frequency is greater than a first preset current may include:
and when the suction pressure is detected to be smaller than a fourth preset pressure, the current of the compressor running at the current running frequency is detected to be larger than the first preset current, and the duration time is detected to be larger than the second preset time, the air conditioner is judged to have the fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the suction pressure is detected to be less than the fourth preset pressure, the current of the compressor running at the current running frequency is detected to be greater than the first preset current, and the duration time is detected to be greater than the second preset time, the fault that the refrigerant leaks or the filling amount is insufficient in the air conditioner is judged, and the error judgment caused by the running fluctuation of the air conditioner can be reduced, so that the detection accuracy is improved. This second preset time's setting satisfies actual need, in order to improve the detection accuracy, can set up it and be greater than first preset time, nevertheless prevent to cause the trouble further aggravation, also should not the overlength, for example, can set up the second preset time and be 2 minutes.
In some embodiments, when the discharge pressure of the air conditioner and the suction pressure of the air conditioner cannot be obtained, before the determining that the air conditioner has a fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion amount, the method may further include: acquiring the cold quantity of the air conditioner, the current running frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner and the current of the compressor running under the current running frequency;
and when the current of the compressor running at the current running frequency is detected to be larger than a second preset current and the cold quantity of the air conditioner is detected to be smaller than the preset cold quantity, judging that the air conditioner has the fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the air conditioner is taken as an execution main body, when the air conditioner cannot acquire the outdoor temperature due to the fault of the air suction/discharge pressure sensor, or when the movable ring system is taken as a detection main body and cannot receive the air suction pressure and the discharge pressure acquired by the air conditioner, the complement detection of the fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling quantity can be carried out based on another detection mode. When the air conditioner normally runs, the running frequency and the running current of the compressor have a corresponding relation, the cold energy of the air conditioner also has a corresponding relation with the running frequency of the compressor, and when the air conditioner normally has a fault that a refrigerant is leaked or the filling amount is insufficient, the running frequency, the running current and the cold energy of the air conditioner do not accord with the corresponding relation. Therefore, the current running frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner and the current of the compressor running under the current running frequency are obtained, cold quantity data are collected and calculated, and faults of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity are judged. In one embodiment, if the current of the compressor running at the current running frequency is the rated current and the cooling capacity of the air conditioner is the rated cooling capacity when the air conditioner is running in the normal state, the second preset current may be set to be greater than m% of the rated current, the preset cooling capacity may be set to be greater than n% of the rated cooling capacity, and m and n are values obtained according to the actual running condition of the air conditioner. The fault detection method provided by the embodiment can be used for standby detection of fault detection of refrigerant leakage or insufficient filling quantity, and can improve the reliability and applicability of detection.
In some embodiments, the determining that the air conditioner has a refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion capacity fault when it is detected that the current of the compressor operating at the current operating frequency is greater than a second preset current and the cold quantity of the air conditioner is less than a preset cold quantity may include:
and when detecting that the current of the compressor running at the current running frequency is greater than a second preset current, the cold quantity of the air conditioner is less than a preset cold quantity, and the duration time is greater than a third preset time, judging that the air conditioner has a fault of refrigerant leakage or insufficient perfusion quantity.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the current of the compressor running at the current running frequency is detected to be greater than the second preset current, the cold quantity of the air conditioner is smaller than the preset cold quantity, and the duration time is longer than the third preset time, the fault that the refrigerant leaks or the filling quantity is insufficient in the air conditioner is judged, and the error judgment caused by the running fluctuation of the air conditioner can be reduced by the arrangement, so that the detection accuracy is improved. This third preset time's setting satisfies actual need, in order to improve the detection accuracy, can set up it and be greater than first preset time, nevertheless prevent to cause the trouble further aggravation, also should not the overlength, for example, can set up the third preset time and be 2 minutes.
