as shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the latch tongue 20 is located at the open and half-latched positions, the pawl release lever 40 does not contact the elastic piece 31 of the switch 30, the signal push rod 50 presses the elastic piece 31 of the switch 30, and the switch 30 is turned on. When the latch bolt 20 rotates from the half-locking state to the full-locking state, as seen in the direction of fig. 5, after rotating a certain angle, the pushing member 61 on the cam 60 contacts the signal push rod 50 and pushes the signal push rod 50 to rotate counterclockwise, the compression amount of the signal push rod 50 on the elastic sheet 31 of the switch 30 becomes smaller and smaller, and before the second engaging tooth 23 of the latch bolt 20 engages with the pawl 11, the signal push rod 50 is disengaged from the elastic sheet 31 and keeps a certain gap with the elastic sheet 31; during the process of rotating the latch bolt 20 from the half-locking state to the full-locking state, due to the cooperation of the latch bolt 20 and the pawl 11, the pawl 11 rotates clockwise to drive the pawl release lever 40 to rotate clockwise, the clockwise rotation of the pawl release lever 40 causes the pawl release lever 40 to approach the elastic sheet 31 of the switch 30 gradually, before the compression of the signal push rod 50 on the elastic sheet 31 can not close the switch 30, the pawl release lever 40 presses the elastic sheet 31, so that the switch 30 is kept closed, and the signal state of the switch 30 is not changed. After the second engaging tooth 23 of the latch bolt 20 is engaged with the pawl 11, the pawl 11 rotates counterclockwise under the torque force of the pawl resetting member 12, the pawl 11 rotates counterclockwise to drive the pawl releasing lever 40 to rotate counterclockwise, the pawl releasing lever 40 rotates counterclockwise to cause the pawl releasing lever 40 to move away from the elastic sheet 31 of the switch 30, so that the compression on the elastic sheet 31 is released, the switch 30 is opened, the signal state changes, and the door lock is fed back to the vehicle body controller to be completely locked. This process ensures that switch 30 is always closed before bolt 20 reaches the fully latched position.
As shown in fig. 6, when unlocking, the locking bolt 20 rotates from full locking to half locking, an external force pulls the pawl release lever 40 to rotate clockwise, the second engaging tooth 23 of the locking bolt 20 is disengaged from the pawl 11, the locking bolt 20 rotates clockwise under the torsion of the double spring 80 to reach the half locking position, the locking bolt 20 rotates clockwise to drive the cam 60 to rotate clockwise, and the signal push rod 50 rotates clockwise under the torsion of the double spring 80 to reset.
The above embodiments are preferred examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
