In an embodiment of the present invention, the first coating device 11 further includes a first liquid tank 113 for storing the first liquid 112, wherein the first glue 112 stored in the first liquid 113 is transferred to the surface of the first coating wheel 111, and the first glue 11 is coated on a first surface 121 of the first fiber product 12 by the first coating wheel 111.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first coating device 11 further comprises a first roller 115, wherein the first roller 115 is located between the first liquid tank 113 and the first coating wheel 111. The first roller 115 contacts the first liquid tank 113, and when the first roller 115 rotates relative to the first liquid tank 113, the first glue 112 stored in the first liquid tank 113 will be transferred to the surface of the first roller 115. The first roller 115 is furthermore in contact with the first applicator wheel 111 such that the first glue 112 on the surface of the first roller 115 is transferred to the first applicator wheel 111. In various embodiments, the number of the first rollers 115 may be plural.
The first roller 115 and the first coating roller 111 are cylinders, wherein the first roller 115 is made of a material having no deformation property, and a plurality of grooves are formed on the surface of the first roller 115, for example, the first roller 115 is a metal mesh roller, wherein the grooves of the first roller 115 are used for accommodating and transporting the first liquid 112. The first coating wheel 111 can be made of a material with deformation characteristics, for example, the first coating wheel 111 is a rubber wheel, so as to facilitate the first liquid 112 to be coated on the first surface 121 of the first fiber product 12 by the first coating wheel 111.
The second coating device 13 and the third coating device 15 are constructed substantially the same as or similar to the first coating device 11. The second coating device 13 includes a second coating wheel 131, a second liquid tank 133 and/or a second roller 135, wherein the second roller 135 is located between the second liquid tank 133 and the second coating wheel 131, and the second liquid 132 is coated on the second surface 123 of the first fiber product 12 by the second coating wheel 131.

Specifically, the first fiber product 12 is a multi-layer fiber product and includes a stack of single-layer fiber products, wherein the thickness of the first fiber product 12 is thicker than that of the single-layer fiber product. If the liquid is applied to only a single surface of the first fibrous article 12, the liquid will not penetrate and be distributed uniformly in various regions of the first fibrous article 12. Further, in the process of applying the liquid to the first fibrous product 12, it is necessary to wait for the liquid to slowly permeate into the interior of the first fibrous product 12, and the time taken to apply the liquid may increase.
For this purpose, the present invention proposes to apply the first liquid 112 and the second liquid 132 to different surfaces of the first fibrous product 12, such as the first surface 121 and the second surface 123, respectively, by the first application device 11 and the second application device 13. The first liquid 112 and the second liquid 132 penetrate into the first fibrous product 12 from different surfaces of the first fibrous product 12, so that the first liquid 112 and the second liquid 132 can be uniformly distributed in each area of the first fibrous product 12, and the time taken for the liquids (the first liquid 112 and the second liquid 132) to penetrate into the first fibrous product 12 can be reduced.
The third coating device 15 is used for coating the third glue 152 on one surface of the second fiber product 14, wherein the second fiber product 14 is a single-layer fiber product. The thickness of the second fibrous product 14 is generally thicker than that of the first fibrous product 12, so that the third glue 152 can be uniformly and rapidly penetrated into the interior of the second fibrous product 14 by a single third coating device 15.
The third coating device 15 transfers the coated second fibrous product 14 to the second coating device 13 so that the second fibrous product 14 is laminated with the first fibrous product 12. Specifically, the third coating device 15 is used for coating the third glue 152 on the first surface 141 of the second fibrous product 14, and contacting and attaching the first surface 121 of the first fibrous product 12 through the second surface 143 of the second fibrous product 14, so that the first fibrous product 12 and the second fibrous product 14 are overlapped to form a third fibrous product 16.
In addition, the second coating wheel 131 of the second coating device 13 is adjacent to the third coating wheel 151 of the third coating device 15, and is used for pressing the laminated first fiber product 12 and second fiber product 14, so that the first fiber product 12 and second fiber product 14 are tightly attached to form a third fiber product 16.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first fibrous article 12 may be a two-ply fibrous article, the second fibrous article 14 may be a single-ply fibrous article, and the third fibrous article 16 may be a three-ply fibrous article. Further, the first and second fibrous products 12 and 14 may be paper or nonwoven, and the third fibrous product 16 may be toilet paper, facial tissue, wet tissue, facial mask, or the like.
The second roller 135 and the third roller 155 may be made of a material having no deformation property, and a plurality of grooves are formed on the surfaces of the second roller 135 and the third roller 155, for example, the second roller 135 and the third roller 155 are metal mesh rollers. The second coating wheel 131 and the third coating wheel 151 may be made of a material with deformation characteristics, for example, the second coating wheel 131 and the third coating wheel 151 are rubber wheels.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first fibrous article 12 may be a two-ply fibrous article and include two single-ply fibrous articles. The first and second coating devices 11 and 13 coat the first and second liquids 112 and 132, respectively, on the two single-layer fiber products forming the first fiber product 12, and the third coating device 15 coats the third liquid 152 on the surface of the single-layer second fiber product 14. In other words, the first coating device 11, the second coating device 13, and the third coating device 15 respectively coat the first liquid 112, the second liquid 132, and the third liquid 152 on one surface of the single-layer fiber product, so that the liquids are uniformly distributed on the generated third fiber product 16.
In practical applications, the amounts of the first liquid 112, the second liquid 132, and the third liquid 152 applied by the first application device 11, the second application device 13, and the third application device 15 can be adjusted, for example, by adjusting the rotation speeds of the first application wheel 111, the second application wheel 131, and the third application wheel 151, so as to adjust the amounts of the first liquid 112, the second liquid 132, and the third liquid 152 applied.
Specifically, the first coating device 11 is disposed upstream of the second coating device 13 and/or the third coating device 15, and the second coating device 13 is disposed between the first coating device 11 and the third coating device 15, wherein the second coating wheel 131 is disposed between the first coating wheel 111 and the third coating wheel 151.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first glue 112 may be first applied to the first surface 121 of the first fibrous product 12 by the first applying device 11, and then the second glue 132 may be applied to the second surface 123 of the first fibrous product 12 by the second applying device 13. In different embodiments, the first coating device 11 and the second coating device 13 can simultaneously coat the first glue 112 and the second glue 132 on different surfaces of the first fiber product 12.
The invention has the advantages that:
the liquid was uniformly applied to the three-layered fibrous product by an arrangement of three application devices.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, i.e., all equivalent variations and modifications in the shape, structure, characteristics and spirit of the present invention described in the claims should be included in the scope of the present invention.
