Three washing tanks, two working liquid tanks, a compact steam box and ten washing steam boxes are specially designed to be matched, and the steam boxes are combined with the corresponding working temperatures, so that the cloth holding capacity of the steam boxes is large, about 300 meters, the steaming time is long, and the effect is good; when the fabric is treated, an alkaline agent is not used, the sewage amount in the production process is reduced, water is saved, emission is reduced, the production efficiency is high, the effects of crawler stacking and strong tension are avoided, the fabric is not easy to scratch and wrinkle, the transverse stacking crease mark is avoided, and the fabric surface quality is obviously improved.
