In a specific embodiment of the present application, in the case that the laundry in the accommodating chamber is dried after entering the drying mode and the temperature of the air heated to enter the accommodating chamber is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, the determining step includes: determining whether the laundry treating apparatus satisfies a rapid temperature increase condition in case of entering a drying mode; determining whether the temperature of the air introduced into the accommodating chamber after being heated is less than a fourth preset temperature, in case that the laundry treating apparatus satisfies a rapid temperature-up condition; under the condition that the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is lower than the fourth preset temperature, controlling at least two heaters to be started until the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is higher than or equal to the fourth preset temperature; determining whether the clothes in the accommodating cavity are dried. According to the method, the at least two heaters are controlled to be started under the condition that the temperature of the air in the accommodating cavity is determined to be lower than the fourth preset temperature, so that the air in the accommodating cavity can be rapidly heated, and the drying efficiency is improved.
Fig. 5 is a fast warm-up flowchart of the control method of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application, specifically, in a case where the laundry treating apparatus enters the drying mode, it is determined whether the laundry treating apparatus satisfies a fast warm-up condition, in a case where the laundry treating apparatus satisfies the fast warm-up condition, it is determined whether a temperature T of air entering the accommodating chamber after heating is less than a fourth preset temperature T4, and in a case where T < T4, two of the heaters are controlled to be turned on until T ≧ T4, and the fast warm-up process is ended. Of course, the control method may also control the turning on of more than two heaters.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, after the laundry in the accommodating chamber is dried, the method further includes: determining whether the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is greater than a fifth preset temperature; and under the condition that the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is higher than the fifth preset temperature, controlling all the heaters to be turned off until the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is lower than or equal to the fifth preset temperature. According to the method, all the heaters are controlled to be turned off under the condition that the temperature of the air which enters the accommodating cavity after being heated is determined to be higher than the fifth preset temperature, so that the air in the accommodating cavity can be quickly cooled after drying is finished, the waiting time from drying to taking of clothes is shortened, and the clothes drying efficiency is improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a rapid cooling process of the control method of the laundry processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application, specifically, after the laundry in the accommodating chamber is dried, it is determined whether the temperature T of the air entering the accommodating chamber after heating is greater than a fifth preset temperature T5, and in case that T > T5, two heaters are controlled to be turned off until T ≦ T4, and the rapid cooling process is ended. Of course, the control method may also control two or more heaters to be turned off.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a control device of a clothes treatment device, and it should be noted that the control device of the clothes treatment device of the embodiment of the present application can be used for executing the control device for the clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the present application. The following describes a control device of a laundry treatment device according to an embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a control device of a laundry treating device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus includes a first determining unit 10 and a first control unit 20, wherein the first determining unit 10 is configured to determine whether the laundry in the accommodating chamber has been dried when the drying mode is entered and the temperature of the air heated to enter the accommodating chamber is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature; the first control unit 20 is configured to control the heating unit to be in a predetermined operation mode for at least a predetermined period of time when the laundry is not dried, so that the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is in the predetermined temperature range until the laundry in the accommodating cavity is dried, where the predetermined operation mode is a mode in which a part of heaters in the heating unit is in an inactive state.
The first determining unit in the control device determines that the clothes in the accommodating cavity are dried by determining that the temperature of the air in the accommodating cavity is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, the first control unit controls the heating unit to be in a preset working mode for at least a preset time period under the condition that the clothes are not dried, part of the heaters in the preset working mode are in a non-working state, so that the temperature of the air which is heated and enters the accommodating cavity is in the preset temperature area until the clothes in the accommodating cavity are dried, part of the heaters in the heating unit are in a non-working state and are in a working state, and the temperature of the air in the accommodating cavity is ensured to be stabilized in a certain temperature range by the alternate working of the heaters, so that the temperature change range is smaller, thereby ensuring good dehumidification effect.
According to a specific embodiment of the present application, the electric heating unit includes two heaters, namely a first heater and a second heater, wherein a rated power of the first heater is greater than a rated power of the second heater, and the first control unit includes a first determining module, a first control module, a second control module and a second determining module, wherein the first determining module is configured to determine whether a temperature of air entering the accommodating chamber after being heated is less than a second preset temperature; the first control module is used for controlling the first heater to work and the second heater to not work under the condition that the temperature of the air which enters the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than the second preset temperature until the temperature of the air which enters the accommodating cavity after being heated is higher than or equal to the second preset temperature; the second control module is used for controlling the first heater to be out of work and the second heater to work until the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after heating is less than or equal to a third preset temperature, and the second preset temperature is greater than the third preset temperature; the second determining module is configured to determine whether the laundry is dried, and if the laundry is not dried, the first determining module, the first controlling module, and the second controlling module are sequentially and repeatedly executed at least once until the laundry is dried. The device controls the first heater to work and the second heater to do not work under the condition that the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than the second preset temperature, the first heater is controlled to do not work and the second heater is controlled to work until the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is higher than or equal to the second preset temperature, the first heater and the second heater are repeatedly turned on alternately until the clothes are dried, the temperature of the air is guaranteed to be basically stabilized between the third preset temperature and the second preset temperature range through the alternate turning on of the first heater and the second heater, and the dehumidification efficiency is further improved.
According to another specific embodiment of the present application, the electric heating unit includes two heaters, namely a first heater and a second heater, and the first control unit further includes a third determining module, a third control module, a fourth control module and a fourth determining module, wherein the third determining module is configured to determine whether a temperature of air entering the accommodating chamber after being heated is less than a second preset temperature; the third control module is used for controlling the first heater to work and the second heater to work under the condition that the temperature of the heated air entering the accommodating cavity is lower than the second preset temperature until the temperature of the heated air entering the accommodating cavity is higher than or equal to the second preset temperature; the fourth control module is used for controlling one of the two heaters to be out of work and the other of the two heaters to work until the temperature of air entering the accommodating cavity after heating is less than or equal to a third preset temperature, and the second preset temperature is greater than the third preset temperature; the fourth determining module is configured to determine whether the laundry is dried, and if the laundry is not dried, the third determining module, the third controlling module and the fourth controlling module are repeatedly executed at least once in sequence until the laundry is dried. The device controls the first heater to work and the second heater to work under the condition that the temperature of the air which enters the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than the second preset temperature, controls one of the two heaters to not work and the other of the two heaters to work until the temperature of the air which enters the accommodating cavity after being heated is higher than or equal to the second preset temperature, repeats the alternating process of the whole opening of the two heaters and the opening of one of the first heater and the second heater until the clothes are dried, and ensures that the temperature of the air is basically stabilized between the third preset temperature and the second preset temperature range through the alternating process of the whole opening of the two heaters and the opening of one of the two heaters, thereby being beneficial to improving the dehumidification efficiency.
The first preset temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature.
According to still another specific embodiment of the present application, the first determining unit includes a fifth determining module, a sixth determining module, a fifth controlling module and a sixth determining module, wherein the fifth determining module is configured to determine whether the laundry processing device satisfies a rapid warming condition when entering the drying mode; the sixth determining module is configured to determine whether the temperature of the air entering the accommodating chamber after being heated is less than a fourth preset temperature, when the laundry treating apparatus satisfies a rapid temperature rise condition; the fifth control module is used for controlling the at least two heaters to be started under the condition that the temperature of the air which enters the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than the fourth preset temperature until the temperature of the air which enters the accommodating cavity after being heated is higher than or equal to the fourth preset temperature; the sixth determining module is configured to determine whether the laundry in the accommodating cavity is dried. The device controls the at least two heaters to be started under the condition that the temperature of the air in the accommodating cavity is determined to be lower than the fourth preset temperature, so that the air in the accommodating cavity can be rapidly heated, and the drying efficiency is improved.
According to another specific embodiment of the present application, the first control unit further includes a seventh determining module and a sixth control module, wherein the seventh determining module is configured to determine whether a temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is greater than a fifth preset temperature; the sixth control module is configured to control all the heaters to be turned off when the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is greater than the fifth preset temperature, until the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is less than or equal to the fifth preset temperature. The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program of initializing at least the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
step S101, when the drying mode is entered and the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, determining whether the clothes in the accommodating cavity are dried;
step S102, in a case that the laundry is not dried, controlling the heating unit to be in a predetermined operation mode for at least a predetermined period of time, so that the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is in a predetermined temperature region until the laundry in the accommodating cavity is dried, wherein the predetermined operation mode is a mode in which a part of heaters in the heating unit are in an inactive state.

A clothes treatment device is characterized by comprising an electric heating unit and an accommodating cavity, wherein the accommodating cavity is used for accommodating clothes to be dried, the heating unit comprises at least two heaters, at least two heaters are connected in parallel, the sum of rated power of all the heaters is less than preset power, the heating unit is used for heating air, and the heated air enters the accommodating cavity to dry the clothes in the accommodating cavity.
2. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein there are two heaters, and the two heaters are different in power rating.
3. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a temperature detecting member and an air inlet duct, the air inlet duct communicating with the accommodating chamber, the temperature detecting member being located in the air inlet duct or in the accommodating chamber.
4. A control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
under the condition that a drying mode is entered and the temperature of air heated to enter an accommodating cavity is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, determining whether clothes in the accommodating cavity are dried or not;
in the case that the clothes are not dried, controlling the heating unit to be in a predetermined operation mode for at least a predetermined period of time, so that the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is in a predetermined temperature region until the clothes in the accommodating cavity are dried, wherein the predetermined operation mode is a mode in which a part of heaters in the heating unit are in an inactive state.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the electrical heating unit comprises two of the heaters, a first heater and a second heater, wherein the first heater is rated for a power rating greater than the power rating of the second heater,
in case the laundry is not dried, controlling the heating unit to be in a predetermined operation mode for at least a predetermined period of time, including:
a determination step: determining whether the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than a second preset temperature;
a first control step: under the condition that the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than the second preset temperature, the first heater is controlled to work and the second heater does not work until the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is higher than or equal to the second preset temperature;
a second control step: controlling the first heater to be out of operation and the second heater to be operated until the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after heating is less than or equal to a third preset temperature, wherein the second preset temperature is greater than the third preset temperature;
determining whether the laundry has been dried, and in case that the laundry has not been dried, repeating the determining step, the first controlling step, and the second controlling step at least once in sequence until the laundry has been dried.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the electrical heating unit comprises two of the heaters, a first heater and a second heater,
in case the laundry is not dried, controlling the heating unit to be in a predetermined operation mode for at least a predetermined period of time, including:
a determination step: determining whether the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than a second preset temperature;
a first control step: under the condition that the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than the second preset temperature, controlling the first heater to work and the second heater to work until the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is higher than or equal to the second preset temperature;
a second control step: controlling one of the two heaters to be out of operation and the other of the two heaters to work until the temperature of air entering the accommodating cavity after heating is less than or equal to a third preset temperature, wherein the second preset temperature is greater than the third preset temperature;
determining whether the laundry has been dried, and in case that the laundry has not been dried, repeating the determining step, the first controlling step, and the second controlling step at least once in sequence until the laundry has been dried.
7. The method according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein in the case that the drying mode is entered and the temperature of the air heated into the accommodating chamber is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, determining whether the laundry in the accommodating chamber has been dried comprises:
determining whether the laundry treating apparatus satisfies a rapid temperature increase condition in case of entering a drying mode;
determining whether the temperature of air entering the accommodating chamber after being heated is less than a fourth preset temperature, in case that the laundry treating apparatus satisfies a rapid temperature-up condition;
under the condition that the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than the fourth preset temperature, controlling at least two heaters to be started until the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after being heated is higher than or equal to the fourth preset temperature;
determining whether the laundry in the accommodating chamber has been dried.
8. The method of any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein after the laundry within the receiving cavity is dried, the method further comprises:
determining whether the temperature of the air entering the accommodating cavity after heating is greater than a fifth preset temperature;
and under the condition that the temperature of the air which enters the accommodating cavity after being heated is higher than a fifth preset temperature, controlling all the heaters to be turned off until the temperature of the air which enters the accommodating cavity after being heated is lower than or equal to the fifth preset temperature.
9. A control device of a laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
a first determining unit, configured to determine whether the laundry in the accommodating chamber has been dried, when the drying mode is entered and the temperature of the air heated into the accommodating chamber is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature;
the first control unit is used for controlling the heating unit to be in a preset working mode at least for a preset time period under the condition that the clothes are not dried, so that the temperature of the air heated and entering the accommodating cavity is in a preset temperature area until the clothes in the accommodating cavity are dried, and the preset working mode is a mode that part of heaters in the heating unit are in an inactive state.
10. A laundry treating device system, comprising:
the laundry treating apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3,
a control device communicatively connected with the electric heating unit of the laundry treating apparatus, the control device being configured to perform the control method of any one of claims 4 to 8.
