As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a control method of a washing machine provided with a detection device for detecting detergent parameters, the washing machine receiving detection information of the detection device; and sending out corresponding prompt information and/or corresponding control instructions according to the detection information. The control method provided by the invention detects whether the detergent contains fluorescent agent before the detergent is put in, and then sends out corresponding control instructions and/or prompt messages, so that the problem that the detergent is stained on the washed clothes is radically solved, and the aim of healthy washing is achieved.
As an implementation of this example, the detergent parameters include whether the detergent contains a fluorescent agent and/or the fluorescent agent content; the detection device is an ultraviolet lamp which can be arranged at a position which is convenient for people to irradiate the detergent, such as a washing machine tray seat, a washing machine shell, a washing machine door cover, a washing machine detergent putting box and the like, and a switch for controlling the ultraviolet lamp to be turned on or off is arranged on a washing machine control panel or the ultraviolet lamp switch is turned on when being arranged at a position near the ultraviolet lamp for use, and is turned off when not used, so that the ultraviolet lamp is prevented from being always turned on to cause injury to users. When a user puts in the detergent before washing, the ultraviolet lamp is started to irradiate the detergent, whether the detergent has fluorescent agent color under the irradiation of the ultraviolet lamp is observed, whether the detergent contains the fluorescent agent is judged, the detergent containing the fluorescent agent is prevented from being used for washing clothes, the damage to human bodies caused by the fluorescent agent is prevented from being stained on the washed clothes, the purpose of healthy washing is achieved, and the user experience is improved.
As another implementation mode of the embodiment, the detection device is a fluorescent agent detection device and is an ultraviolet lamp and an image acquisition device, the specific image acquisition device can be a high-definition camera, the ultraviolet lamp and the image acquisition device are arranged on the upper portion of the detergent delivery box, before detergent is delivered after washing, the ultraviolet lamp and the high-definition camera are started, the high-definition camera acquires a detergent picture irradiated by the ultraviolet lamp and transmits the acquired picture to a washing machine, and the washing machine analyzes whether the detergent picture contains fluorescent agent color to judge whether the detergent contains fluorescent agent. The fluorescent agent detection device automatically detects whether the detergent contains the fluorescent agent or not, manual operation of a user is not needed, the intelligent detection device is more intelligent, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Specifically, the washing machine analyzes and judges whether the detergent contains fluorescent agent, if so, the washing machine sends out prompt information that the detergent to be put in contains fluorescent agent, or the washing machine continuously analyzes the content of fluorescent agent in the detergent to be put in, or the washing machine sends out prompt information that the detergent to be put in contains fluorescent agent and continuously analyzes the content of fluorescent agent in the detergent to be put in. The implementation manner of the prompt information is various, for example, one or more of lighting and flashing of an indicator light containing a fluorescent agent, voice broadcasting of the prompt information containing the fluorescent agent in the detergent of the washing machine, sending of the prompt information containing the fluorescent agent in the detergent by the washing machine, and display of the prompt information by a display screen and a mobile terminal (such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a computer, intelligent home appliances used by other users and the like) associated with the mobile terminal. If the analysis and judgment result of the washing machine is negative, the fact that the detergent to be put in does not contain fluorescent agent is proved, and the washing machine controls the detergent putting device to put in the detergent for carrying out a washing program. The washing machine judges whether the detergent contains the fluorescent agent or not through comprehensively analyzing the received fluorescent agent detection information, and then prompts a user and gives corresponding control instructions, so that the situation that the user judges whether the detergent contains the fluorescent agent or not according to experience is prevented from possibly damaging human bodies due to the fact that the detergent containing the fluorescent agent is used for washing clothes, and the fluorescent agent is stained on the washed clothes is prevented.
Further, if the washing machine judges that the fluorescent agent is contained in the detergent, the fluorescent agent content in the detergent is continuously judged. The method comprises the steps that a threshold value is preset in the washing machine, if the content of fluorescent agent in the detergent is smaller than the preset threshold value, the washing machine sends prompt information of the fluorescent agent in the detergent, and if a user instruction is not received within a certain time, the detergent throwing device is controlled to throw the detergent for washing; if the fluorescent agent content of the detergent is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, stopping the detergent feeding of the washing machine, or sending out a detergent replacement reminding message to remind a user of manually replacing the detergent under the condition that the washing machine does not contain the automatic detergent feeding device, or stopping the detergent feeding of the washing machine and sending out a detergent replacement reminding. The threshold value is a value at which the fluorescent agent content in the washing machine is insufficient to cause injury or slight injury to an adult human. The threshold value is set by a user or defaults in a certain range according to the self condition. The washing machine sets a preset threshold value of the content of the fluorescent agent in the washing agent, the content of the fluorescent agent in the washing agent is further detected and analyzed on the premise that the fluorescent agent is contained in the washing agent, the content of the fluorescent agent in the washing agent is divided, different treatment methods are adopted according to different contents of the fluorescent agent, and the content of the fluorescent agent in the washing agent is within an acceptable range or is only slightly damaged, so that a user can select whether to continue to use the fluorescent agent or not by himself, and more options are given to the user.
As one implementation of the present embodiment, a washing machine includes a plurality of washing programs, which respectively set corresponding preset thresholds. Specifically, the plurality of washing procedures include one or more of a maternal wash, a child wash, an adult wash, and an undergarment wash. Different preset thresholds are set according to different washing programs, and further, different people have different resistances to the fluorescent agent, for example, a pregnant mother and a baby in a month are sensitive to the fluorescent agent, the preset thresholds can be set to be lower or zero, the health of the mother and the baby is protected, an adult has certain resistance to the fluorescent agent, and the preset thresholds can be set to be slightly higher. Different preset thresholds are set according to different crowds, so that the use of the detergent by a user is more accurate and reasonable.
As shown in fig. 2, the washing machine further includes after receiving the detection information of the fluorescent agent detection device; the washing machine analyzes the fluorescent agent content of the detergent according to the detection information, and establishes a detergent scoring system information base according to the fluorescent agent content of the detergent. The washing machine collects the detergent detection data of each user and establishes a detergent scoring system information base. The user can know the information of the minimum fluorescent agent content or no fluorescent agent content of the detergent, the maximum fluorescent agent content of the detergent and the like, so that the user provides a reference when purchasing the detergent, and the user is prevented from purchasing the detergent with the excessive fluorescent agent content.
Specifically, the detergent scoring system information base includes: one or more of a detergent name, a detergent brand, a detergent specification, a detergent comment, a detergent first score, a detergent second score, a detergent final score; the first score of the detergent is obtained by analyzing and calculating the fluorescent agent content of the detergent by the washing machine; the detergent second score is a user score; the final grade of the washing agent is calculated by the washing machine according to the first grade of the washing agent and the second grade of the washing agent. The detergent name, the detergent brand, and the detergent specification may be acquired for the washing machine or input by a user, and the embodiment is not limited. The first score is set to enable a user to intuitively and clearly know the degree of the fluorescent agent content in the detergent, and the second score and the user comment are set to enable the user to know other washing factors except the fluorescent agent content, such as the washing effect of the detergent, the smell of the detergent, the price of the detergent and the like. The final score is set so that the user can know the detergent more comprehensively by combining the user experience effect and the fluorescent agent content of the detergent, so that references are provided for the user to purchase the detergent, and the user experience is improved.
As an implementation manner of this example, the method for calculating the first score of the detergent according to the fluorescent agent content analysis of the detergent by the washing machine is as follows: the fluorescent agent content of the detergent is divided into a plurality of sections in an ascending order, and each section corresponds to a corresponding first score of the detergent. For example, the value of the fluorescent agent content of the detergent is 0-10, the first score of the detergent is 0-5, the fluorescent agent content of the detergent is more than or equal to 0 and less than 1 and corresponds to the first score of the detergent being 5, the fluorescent agent content of the detergent is more than or equal to 1 and less than 2.5 and corresponds to the first score of the detergent being 4, the fluorescent agent content of the detergent is more than or equal to 2.5 and less than 3.5 and corresponds to the first score of the detergent being 3, the fluorescent agent content of the detergent is more than or equal to 3 and less than 4 and corresponds to the first score of the detergent being 2, the fluorescent agent content of the detergent is more than or equal to 4 and less than 6 and corresponds to the first score of the detergent being 1, and the fluorescent agent content of the detergent is more than or equal to 6 and corresponds to the first score of the detergent being 0. That is, a higher first score for the detergent represents a lower fluorescent agent content of the detergent, and when the fluorescent agent content of the detergent exceeds a certain threshold value, the first score of 0 does not suggest the use of the detergent by a user. The user can clearly and intuitively know the fluorescent agent content of the detergent through the setting of the first score, and the user can also know the fluorescent agent content in the detergent, if the fluorescent agent content exceeds the standard and the detergent is used continuously, the user can be injured greatly, and the user can avoid using the detergent with the fluorescent agent exceeding the standard.
Further, after the washing machine is finished or after the door cover of the washing machine is opened, the user makes a user score and/or user comment on the detergent. For example, after washing is finished or after the door of the washing machine is opened, the display panel of the washing machine pops up an interface for a user to fill in user scores and/or user comments or pushes the interface for the user to fill in the user scores and/or user comments to a mobile terminal associated with the interface, so that the user scores and comments on the washing agent, and the interface is controlled to be closed when any input information of the user is not received or an instruction for closing the interface is received within a certain time. After the user actually uses the detergent to perform the washing, the actual washing effect is observed and then the washing effect of the detergent is scored, so that other users can know the actual use effect of the detergent according to the user score, such as whether the washing is clean or not, whether the smell is clean or not after the washing, and the like.
Still further, the detergent final score is: the washing machine obtains a weighted average according to the first score of the washing agent and the second score of the washing agent; the first detergent score was 0.6 and the second detergent score was 0.4. Or the first weight of the detergent may be greater, such as 0.7 or 0.8, and the second weight of the detergent may be 0.3 or 0.2, the amount of fluorescent agent in the detergent, i.e., whether the detergent is healthy, is a more important scoring factor. So that people are recommended to use healthier detergents as much as possible, and the aim of healthy washing is achieved.
As an implementation mode of the embodiment, the washing machine analyzes and judges whether the detergent contains fluorescent agent according to the detection information; if the judgment result is yes, the washing machine recommends the washing agent to the user according to the washing agent scoring system information base. The washing machine can display the first score, the second score, the final score and the user comment of each detergent to the user, so that the user can select the detergent suitable for the user according to the user's own needs on the basis of fully knowing each detergent, the situation that the washing machine only tells the user of poor detergent, but does not tell the user of which detergent to use, the user can purchase another detergent in addition, but the net detection of the other detergent still has the fluorescent agent exceeding the standard, the user wastes money and time, and poor experience is generated.
As one embodiment of the present embodiment, the method for detecting whether a fluorescent agent is contained in a detergent in a washing machine includes: the washing machine controls the ultraviolet lamp to irradiate the detergent, and the image acquisition device acquires the detergent image; the washing machine judges whether the fluorescent agent is contained in the detergent by analyzing whether the color of the fluorescent agent is contained in the detergent image. The method for analyzing and judging the content of fluorescent agent in the detergent by the washing machine according to the detection information comprises the following steps: the washing machine analyzes the fluorescent agent content in the detergent by analyzing the color shade of the fluorescent agent in the detergent image. The analysis and judgment method is simple, the operation amount is small, the processing space of a plurality of washing machines is not occupied, and the judgment result can be obtained simply and rapidly.
As shown in fig. 3, the washing machine is further provided with a stain detection device for detecting stains and which stains are contained in the laundry in the washing tub, and the second detection device may be disposed on the tray, or on a side of the door cover facing the washing tub, or on the casing of the washing machine. The stain detection device comprises an ultraviolet lamp and an image acquisition device, wherein after a user puts clothes into a washing barrel, the washing machine controls the ultraviolet lamp to open and irradiate the clothes to be washed in the washing barrel, and meanwhile controls the image acquisition device to acquire images of the clothes to be washed irradiated by the ultraviolet lamp, or before the user puts the clothes into the washing barrel, the washing machine controls the ultraviolet lamp to open and irradiate the clothes to be washed, and simultaneously controls the image acquisition device to acquire images of the clothes to be washed irradiated by the ultraviolet lamp, and transmits image information acquired by the image acquisition device to the washing machine, and the washing machine analyzes and judges stains on the clothes and stains. The washing machine reminds a user to pretreat the clothes to be washed or automatically set washing parameters according to the analysis and judgment result; more preferably, the stain comprises: fluorescent agent, urine stain, blood stain, sweat stain, mud stain, oil stain. The specific method for analyzing and judging the stains on the clothes by the washing machine comprises the following steps: the washing machine can generate different colors according to different stains under the irradiation of the ultraviolet lamp, and judges which stain corresponds to the color according to the different colors. For example, urine stains can appear yellowish green under ultraviolet radiation, and faeces often appear as hot, dark green spots. Depending on the composition contained, the fluorescent agent may fluoresce blue, green or red. I.e. different chemical agents or stains exhibit different light colors under uv irradiation. The washing machine is used for analyzing and judging what kind of stains are on clothes according to the detection information by receiving the detection information of the stain detection device, and setting washing parameters or recommending the washing parameters according to the judging result, so that a user is not required to judge how to set the washing parameters according to the self washing experience for different stains, and the user experience is improved.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, but is to be construed as limiting the invention to any and all simple modifications, equivalent variations and adaptations of the embodiments described above, which are within the scope of the invention, may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
