Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of recycled cotton fibers, which is characterized in that the recycled cotton fibers are prepared and obtained through a mechanical method and have good spinnability.

Description

Preparation method of recycled cotton fibers and preparation method of yarns thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of fiber materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of recyclable cotton fibers recovered from waste textiles and waste clothes and a preparation method of yarns of the recyclable cotton fibers.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people and the fast fashion consumption, the service cycle of clothes, household textiles and the like is shortened day by day, the quantity of waste textiles and waste clothes is increased year by year correspondingly, the recycling rate of the waste textile clothes in China is less than 10 percent, and the great resource waste is caused. The recycling of waste textiles and clothes has attracted wide attention of all countries in the world, and recycling plans of the waste textiles and the waste clothes are proposed by a plurality of brands such as the delicacy, H & M and the like.
At present, methods for recycling waste textile clothing include mechanical methods, physical methods, chemical methods, physicochemical methods and the like. Wherein, the mechanical method is to directly decompose waste textiles and clothes into fibers; the physical method is that the chemical structure and the chemical composition of the fiber are not damaged, and the regenerated fiber is obtained by re-spinning after certain processing; the chemical method is to convert the fiber into monomer by chemical method, and then to prepare regenerated fiber by polymerization and spinning; the physical and chemical method is generally used as the main method and the auxiliary method, and the regenerated fiber is prepared by spinning. Among the methods, the mechanical method for recycling the fibers has the advantages of simple process, low cost and no sewage discharge, but most of the waste textiles recycled by the mechanical method in China are simply cut and opened, the prepared fibers have short length and poor mechanical property, and cannot be spun, so the fibers can only be used as fillers and composite material plates and applied to furniture decoration, toys, automobile interior trimming panels and the like, and the fibers flow to the market as black cotton due to insufficient standardization of production and management, thereby causing the wrong area of recycling the textiles for people.
