Description

With the rapid development of the electronic industry, users in the industries of consumer electronics, household appliances and the like increasingly seek light, thin and exquisite product appearance, personalized and fresh experience, the updating and upgrading rhythm of the products is accelerated, and higher requirements are put forward on the combination, maintenance and even recycling of all parts. Especially, batteries with environmental pollution must be disassembled without damage, and must be permanently bonded to achieve reliable service performance during assembly, so that under the condition of achieving the current viscosity, small-angle removal is not only contrary to the narrow space required during design, but also represents the removal limitation, and is not beneficial to repair and disassembly, thereby limiting the popularization and the use of products.

Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a 90 ° removable tape according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The reference numerals in the specification are as follows:
1. a first adhesive layer; 2. a second adhesive layer; 3. and a third adhesive layer.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in one aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a 90 ° removable adhesive tape, which includes a first adhesive layer 1, a second adhesive layer 2, and a third adhesive layer 3 stacked in sequence.
The first glue layer 1 and the third glue layer 3 respectively and independently comprise the following mass components:
18-28 parts of elastomer and 20-30 parts of tackifying resin.
The second glue layer 2 comprises the following components in parts by mass:
18-28 parts of elastomer and 15-23 parts of tackifying resin;
the content of the tackifying resin of the first adhesive layer 1 is higher than that of the tackifying resin of the second adhesive layer 2.
In the prior art, although the possibility of removing the adhesive tape at a large angle exists, the adhesive tape is poor in stability, residual adhesive is left when the adhesive tape is removed, the viscosity and the elasticity cannot be balanced, and the long-term stable balance cannot be guaranteed. In the 90-degree removable adhesive tape, a first adhesive layer 1, a second adhesive layer 2 and a third adhesive layer 3 are stacked, and the second adhesive layer 2 is located between the first adhesive layer 1 and the third adhesive layer 3.
In order to ensure the stability of the 90-degree removable adhesive tape, the purposes of adhesion and 90-degree removal can be realized simultaneously through the controllable distribution of the adhesion and the elasticity in the invention. First glue film 1 with third glue film 3 side is in the focus of different performance, wherein, first glue film 1 with third glue film 3 has better viscidity when being used for the product to bond, guarantees the cohesive strength, second glue film 2 can have better elasticity or intensity, improves the detachability of sticky tape, is difficult for producing the cull when shifting out the sticky tape, has realized that can 90 remove the structural viscidity and the elastic continuous controllable difference of sticky tape, guarantees the macroscopic view performance of product.
