Background
The elastic body is a high polymer material which can deform obviously under weak stress and can be quickly recovered to be close to the original state and size after the stress is relaxed. Elastomers are classified into two main categories, thermosetting elastomers and thermoplastic elastomers, depending on whether the elastomers can be plasticized or not.
The thermoplastic elastomer TPE/TPR, also called artificial rubber or synthetic rubber, is a high molecular material which shows rubber elasticity at normal temperature and can be plasticized and molded at high temperature. The thermoplastic elastomer has the excellent performances of high elasticity, aging resistance, oil resistance and the like of the traditional cross-linked vulcanized rubber, and has the characteristics of convenient processing and wide processing mode of common plastics. The thermoplastic elastomer can be produced by processing modes such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and the like, and the corners of the water gap can be directly used for the second time after being crushed, so that the processing process is simplified, and the processing cost is reduced; therefore, thermoplastic elastomers have become the latest material to replace conventional rubbers.
The silicone rubber elastomer has better high and low temperature resistance, but the existing silicone rubber elastomer has the problem of poorer mechanical properties such as tensile strength, tearing strength and the like.

The mixing silicone rubber comprises the following components in parts by weight: the silicon rubber comprises 30 parts of raw silicon rubber and 25 parts of reinforcing agent, wherein the raw silicon rubber is hydroxyl-terminated silicon rubber, the reinforcing agent is fumed silica, the catalyst is chloroplatinic acid-isopropanol, the particle size of the nano silver is 30-50nm, the cross-linking agent is 2, 5-dual-tert-butylperoxy-2, 5-dimethyl-3-hexyne, the coupling agent is vinyl triethoxysilane, and the lubricant is pentaerythritol ester.

As can be seen from the above table, the silicone rubber elastomer of the present invention has high tensile strength and tear strength.

Claims (10)
1. The silicone rubber elastomer composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 75-90 parts of mixed silicon rubber, 35-55 parts of polyamide resin, 7-12 parts of hydrogenated rosin, 3-7 parts of nano silver, 0.5-2 parts of lubricant, 0.5-1.2 parts of catalyst, 0.8-1.5 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.5-1.2 parts of coupling agent and 0.2-0.6 part of antioxidant.
2. The silicone rubber elastomer composition according to claim 1, wherein the compounded silicone rubber comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-48 parts of raw silicon rubber and 25-35 parts of reinforcing agent.
3. The silicone rubber elastomer composition according to claim 2, wherein the raw silicone rubber is one or more of a hydroxyl terminated silicone rubber, a dimethyl silicone rubber, a methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber, and a fluorosilicone rubber.
4. The silicone rubber elastomer composition according to claim 2, wherein the reinforcing agent is fumed silica and/or precipitated silica.
5. The silicone rubber elastomer composition according to claim 1, wherein the polyamide resin is one or more of polyamide-6, polyamide-66, and polyamide-610.
6. The silicone rubber elastomer composition according to claim 1, wherein the catalyst is chloroplatinic acid-isopropanol, chloroplatinic acid-tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane, or chloroplatinic acid-diethyl phthalate.
7. The silicone rubber elastomer composition according to claim 1, wherein the nano silver has a particle size of 30 to 50 nm.
8. The silicone rubber elastomer composition according to claim 1, wherein the crosslinking agent is 2, 5-bis-butylperoxy-2, 5-dimethyl-3-hexyne, 2, 5-bis-butylperoxy-2, 5-dimethylhexane, or dicumyl peroxide.
9. The silicone rubber elastomer composition according to claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is vinyltriethoxysilane or vinyltrimethoxysilane.
10. The silicone rubber elastomer composition according to claim 1, wherein the lubricant is one or more of pentaerythritol ester, erucamide, silicone, and EBS.
