The invention relates to a silicone rubber elastomer composition, belonging to the field of high polymer materials. The silicone rubber elastomer composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-90 parts of mixed silicon rubber, 35-55 parts of polyamide resin, 7-12 parts of hydrogenated rosin, 3-7 parts of nano silver, 0.5-2 parts of lubricant, 0.5-1.2 parts of catalyst, 0.8-1.5 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.5-1.2 parts of coupling agent and 0.2-0.6 part of antioxidant; the polyamide resin and the silicone rubber are blended, and the silicone rubber elastomer has good mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength under the synergistic cooperation effect of the components, so that the technical problem of poor mechanical properties of the conventional silicone rubber elastomer is solved.

Background
The elastic body is a high polymer material which can deform obviously under weak stress and can be quickly recovered to be close to the original state and size after the stress is relaxed. Elastomers are classified into two main categories, thermosetting elastomers and thermoplastic elastomers, depending on whether the elastomers can be plasticized or not.
The thermoplastic elastomer TPE/TPR, also called artificial rubber or synthetic rubber, is a high molecular material which shows rubber elasticity at normal temperature and can be plasticized and molded at high temperature. The thermoplastic elastomer has the excellent performances of high elasticity, aging resistance, oil resistance and the like of the traditional cross-linked vulcanized rubber, and has the characteristics of convenient processing and wide processing mode of common plastics. The thermoplastic elastomer can be produced by processing modes such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and the like, and the corners of the water gap can be directly used for the second time after being crushed, so that the processing process is simplified, and the processing cost is reduced; therefore, thermoplastic elastomers have become the latest material to replace conventional rubbers.
The silicone rubber elastomer has better high and low temperature resistance, but the existing silicone rubber elastomer has the problem of poorer mechanical properties such as tensile strength, tearing strength and the like.

(2) adding the mixed silicone rubber, the polyamide resin, the hydrogenated rosin, the nano silver, the lubricant, the catalyst, the crosslinking agent, the coupling agent and the antioxidant into a double-screw extruder according to the weight part ratio to perform dynamic vulcanization reaction, extruding and granulating to obtain a silicone rubber elastomer with a sliding crosslinking network; wherein the processing temperature of the double-screw extruder is 155-195 ℃, the screw rotating speed is 135-275 r/min, and the dynamic vulcanization time is 1-3.5 min.
The method for testing the performance of the silicone rubber elastomer obtained in the embodiment is as follows:
the tensile strength of the vulcanized silicone rubber was tested in accordance with GB/T528-1998;
the tear strength of the vulcanized silicone rubber was tested in accordance with GB/T529-1999.
