Abstract
The invention relates to a wall-embedded type leachate grating for a garbage storage bin of a garbage power plant. The grating consists of grating pieces, supporting angle iron, an angle iron frame and reinforcing angle iron; the left grid bracket consists of wall grabbing angle iron, an angle iron bracket frame, a lock rod hook, a grid limiting block and a grid supporting net; the grid right bracket structure is symmetrical to the grid left bracket; the grating lock rod consists of an upper part and a lower part. Because the environment of the garbage storage bin is extremely severe and the corrosivity of the leachate is extremely strong, in order to prevent corrosion, the leachate grating is made of 316L stainless steel; in order to reduce the collision of the grating by a garbage hanging grab bucket, the percolate grating is installed by embedding walls so as to prolong the service life of the percolate grating. This leachate grid of wall-embedded simple structure is compact, is a leachate grid that easily installs, easily changes, easy mediation, corrosion-resistant, prevent that rubbish hangs grab bucket collision damage.

Technical Field

Background
Along with the rapid growth of economy in China and the continuous acceleration of urbanization process, more and more cities face the phenomenon that domestic garbage encloses cities, garbage incineration power generation is an important treatment means for garbage reduction, and the scale of a garbage power plant is further increased.
The garbage storage bin of the garbage power plant is used for storing domestic garbage, and in order to improve the combustion heat value of the garbage and enable the garbage to be stably and completely combusted in the garbage incinerator, the garbage which is just poured into the garbage storage bin needs to be stored for a certain time in the bin, so that the garbage can be fully fermented. The leachate will be separated out during the fermentation process of the domestic garbage. In order to lead out the garbage percolate in the garbage storage bin smoothly, a certain number of percolate grids are arranged at the lower part of the garbage storage bin.
At present, most garbage storage bin leachate grids of garbage power plants are of a convex side wall surface structure, although the leachate circulation area is increased, the problem of damage caused by a garbage hanging grab bucket is ignored. And because the grid is protruding wall structure, the volume is bigger, relatively heavier, leads to the maintenance or change grid difficult. The environment in the garbage storage bin of the garbage power plant is extremely severe, and the leachate has extremely high corrosivity. At present, most of garbage storage bin leachate grids of garbage power plants are damaged due to serious corrosion besides being damaged by a garbage hanging grab bucket.
Once the leachate grid of the garbage storage bin is damaged, the garbage quickly blocks the holes of the leachate grid to cause unsmooth drainage of the leachate, the level of the leachate in the garbage storage bin rises to form the phenomenon of soaking the garbage in the leachate, and the stability and the incineration efficiency of garbage incineration are influenced. In order to dredge the blocked percolate grating of the garbage storage bin, the blocked percolate grating can only enter the garbage storage bin manually for operation, and the garbage storage bin contains a large amount of toxic and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide and the like, so that the maintenance operation is very dangerous, and serious potential safety hazards exist. How to ensure the smooth discharge of the landfill leachate and improve the service life of the leachate grid becomes a major problem of safety and stability of most landfill power plants in China.
80% of the existing garbage storage bin leachate grids in the garbage power generation industry of China are of wall surface protruding structures and are mostly made of common stainless steel materials, and investigation shows that the leachate grids are easily damaged by garbage hanging grab buckets and are easily corroded, and the frequency of maintenance or replacement is high. The environment of the garbage storage bin is severe, so that great potential safety hazards exist.
In view of the above circumstances in China, it is necessary to design a wall-embedded type leachate grid for a garbage storage of a garbage power plant so as to prolong the service life of the leachate grid of the garbage storage and reduce the maintenance cost of the garbage power plant.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of maintenance, safety and the like, and aims to provide a wall-embedded type leachate grating for a garbage storage bin of a garbage power plant, which solves the technical problems of preventing collision and damage of a garbage crane grab bucket and preventing the landfill leachate from being corroded. In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

According to some embodiments of the invention, the grid left bracket and the grid right bracket are welded with the wall grabbing angle iron and the grid limiting block which are firm enough.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the support angle-bars, angle-bar frames, reinforcing angle-bars, angle-bar carrier frames are made of 50 × 50 × 5mm stainless steel angle-bars.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the grid segments and grid carrier mesh are made of 50 x 5mm stainless steel flat iron.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the grille lock bar and lock bar hook are made of 8-gauge stainless steel channel steel.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the grid segments are arranged horizontally, perpendicular to the side walls of the waste silo, and are spaced apart from each other by 60 mm.

In a preferred embodiment, the grid segments 11 and the grid support net 25 are made of stainless steel flat iron with a size of 50 × 5 mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the grille lock bar 4 and the lock bar hook 23 are made of 8-size stainless steel channel steel.
In a preferred embodiment, the wall grabbing angle iron 21 is made of 200 × 200 × 5mm special stainless steel angle iron.
