Abstract
The invention discloses a climbing device for power maintenance, and relates to the technical field of power maintenance. The invention comprises a lifting seat; the lifting seat is arranged on the periphery of the telegraph pole; a pair of rotating frames is symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the lifting seat; a movable plate is movably matched between the pair of rotating frames; the lower end of the movable plate is connected with an electric lifting rod; a pair of movable platforms is arranged below the lifting seat; a controller is arranged in the movable platform; the lifting seat comprises a pair of semi-circular plates which are hinged with each other, and the end parts of the semi-circular plates are fixed through fixing pieces; the upper surface of the semicircular plate is provided with a plurality of pairs of hinged supports; a pair of mounting frames are symmetrically arranged on one side of the semicircular plate; a plurality of wire wheels A are arranged in the mounting frame, and cables are wound on the wire wheels A. The invention solves the problems of high labor intensity, easy fatigue and low operation efficiency of maintenance personnel due to poor safety performance of the existing climbing equipment for electric power operation through the actions of the lifting seat, the rotating frame, the movable plate and the movable platform.

The invention aims to provide a climbing device for electric power maintenance, which solves the problems of high labor intensity, easiness in fatigue and low operation efficiency of maintenance personnel due to poor safety performance of the conventional climbing equipment for electric power operation through the effects of a lifting seat, a rotating frame, a movable plate and a movable platform.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the other reel B505 is provided with a brake 507, and after the movable platform 5 ascends to a proper height, the position of the movable platform 5 is fixed by the brake 507, so that maintenance personnel can fix the movable platform at different heights, thereby meeting the need of maintenance.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, a side plate 501 is disposed on one opposite side of the movable platform 5; a front baffle 502 is fixed between the pair of side plates 501 to provide a standing space for maintenance personnel, so that the maintenance personnel can conveniently carry out maintenance operation; the pair of movable platforms 5 are fixed by a plurality of arc-shaped connecting plates 503; a safety belt 504 is fixed between the pair of movable platforms 5, and is used for fixing the maintenance personnel and the movable platforms 5, thereby improving the safety of the maintenance personnel.

1. A climbing device for power maintenance comprises a lifting seat; the lifting seat is arranged on the periphery of the telegraph pole (1); the method is characterized in that:
a pair of rotating frames (3) are symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the lifting seat; a movable plate (4) is movably matched between the pair of rotating frames (3); the lower end of the movable plate (4) is connected with an electric lifting rod (402);
a pair of movable platforms (5) is arranged below the lifting seat; a controller is arranged in the movable platform (5);
the lifting seat comprises a pair of semi-circular plates (2) which are hinged with each other, and the end parts of the semi-circular plates (2) are fixed through fixing pieces (201); the upper surface of the semicircular plate (2) is provided with a plurality of pairs of hinged supports (202);
a pair of mounting frames (203) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the semicircular plate (2); a plurality of wire wheels A (204) are arranged in the mounting rack (203), and cables (205) are wound on the wire wheels A (204);
the bottoms of the movable platforms (5) are provided with wire wheels B (505); the reel B (505) is connected with a cable (205); and the reel B (505) is connected with a motor (506).
2. A climbing device for electric power maintenance according to claim 1, characterized in that rollers (301) are movably connected in each of the pair of turrets (3); one roller (301) is connected with a driving device; the bottom of the rotating frame (3) is provided with a connecting seat (302);
the connecting seat (302) is hinged with the hinged support (202); the driving device is connected with the controller.
3. A climbing device for electric power maintenance according to claim 2, characterized in that pressure sensors are provided in the rollers (301); the pressure sensor is connected with the controller.
4. The climbing device for electric power maintenance according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the movable plate (4) is symmetrically provided with guide slots (401) on one side;
the guide groove (401) is in sliding fit with a rotating shaft of the roller (301); the bottom of the electric lifting rod (402) is fixed with the semicircular plate (2).
5. A climbing device for electric power maintenance according to claim 4, characterized in that the other reel B (505) is provided with a brake device (507).

A climbing device for electric power maintenance according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that the movable platform (5) is provided with side plates (501) on one opposite side; a front baffle plate (502) is fixed between the pair of side plates (501); the pair of movable platforms (5) are fixed through a plurality of arc-shaped connecting plates (503);
a safety belt (504) is fixed between the pair of movable platforms (5).
