firstly, a worker moves the device to a workshop by using the handrail 29, then opens the box cover 11 by hand, places glass bottle materials in the placing groove 15, clamps and fixes the position of a bottle opening under the action of the buffer spring 34 by the fixing ring 33 in the process of placing the glass bottle materials, controls the air pump 40 to inflate the air bag 38, extrudes and fixes the air bag 38 from the bottom end of the glass bottle along with the expansion of the air bag 38, and covers the box cover 11 after placing;
a worker holds the handrail 29 to control the direction of the device, controls the speed reducing motor 36 to work, the speed reducing motor 36 drives the rotating rod 37 to rotate, and the rolling of the roller 27 can be realized in the rotating process of the rotating rod 37, so that the device can automatically move, the anti-collision block 19 can have a good anti-collision effect in the transportation process, and the illuminating lamp 21 can provide illumination for the front and is convenient to transport under the condition of weak light;
in the process of carrying, because the opposite sides of the first magnet 18 and the second magnet 24 have the same magnetic poles, the device can absorb shock through magnetic force, and the shock absorption spring 42 can also play a good auxiliary shock absorption effect, so that double shock absorption effects can be performed from the bottom end of the transport box 14, and in the transport box 14, the buffer spring 34, the air bag 38 and the foam pad 39 can buffer the glass bottle materials from the periphery, so that the vibration suffered by the glass bottle materials during carrying is reduced, and the situation that the materials are broken in the process of carrying is avoided;
when materials are conveyed to the side of the transport vehicle, controlling the motor 7 to work, wherein the motor 7 can drive the reel 4 to rotate, the reel 4 can take up wires when rotating, the lifting plate can be lifted to the same height as the transport vehicle along the limiting groove 1 under the action of the steel wire rope 6, the piston rod of the electric push rod 10 is controlled to extend, the transport box 14 can be pushed into the carriage of the transport vehicle by the electric push rod 10, and workers can transfer the materials from the transport box 14 to the transport vehicle;
and fifthly, after the materials are completely transferred, controlling the piston rod of the electric push rod 10 to contract, moving the transport box 14 to the lifting plate, controlling the motor 7 to rotate reversely, moving the lifting plate downwards, enabling the damping frame 25 to be in contact with the base 28, and moving the device to a workshop by using the handrail 29 again to finish the re-transportation of the materials.

An automatic material carrying device comprises a base (28), wherein a vertically arranged upright post (26) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base (28) through a screw, a limiting groove (1) is formed in the outer wall of one side of the upright post (26), a limiting block (3) is connected to the inner wall of the limiting groove (1) in a sliding mode, an L-shaped lifting plate is arranged at one end, away from the limiting groove (1), of the limiting block (3), an electric push rod (10) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the lifting plate through a screw, a fixing table (16) is fixed at one end of a piston rod of the electric push rod (10) through a screw, the automatic material carrying device is characterized in that a transport box (14) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the transport box (14) through a screw, a box cover (11) is hinged to one side of the outer wall of the top of the box cover (, the middle part of the transport case (14) is provided with a baffle, the inner wall of the bottom part of the transport case (14) and the outer wall of the top part of the baffle are both provided with placing grooves (15) which are distributed equidistantly, the top end of the outer wall of the periphery of the placing groove (15) is provided with a ring groove, the inner wall of the ring groove is fixed with a buffer spring (34) through screws, one end of the buffer spring (34) far away from the ring groove is provided with a fixing ring (33), the inner wall of the fixing ring (33) is provided with a rubber ring (31), the inner wall of the rubber ring (31) is provided with a rubber bulge (32), the bottom end of the inner wall of the periphery of the placing groove (15) is provided with an embedded groove, the inner wall of the embedded groove is provided with an air bag (38), the outer wall of one side of the placing groove (15) is fixed with an air pump (40) through, the inner wall of standing groove (15) is provided with foam pad (39), and the thickness of foam pad (39) is one to three millimeters, ventilative inclined hole (13) that the equidistance distributes are all seted up to the outer wall all around of transport case (14).

The automatic material carrying device according to claim 1, wherein a connecting block (44) is fixed on the outer wall of the bottom of the lifting plate through a screw, a shock absorption frame (25) is connected to the outer wall of the connecting block (44) in a sliding manner, a first mounting groove is formed in the outer wall of the bottom of the connecting block (44), a first magnet (18) is arranged on the inner wall of the first mounting groove, a second mounting groove is formed in the inner wall of the bottom of the shock absorption frame (25), a second magnet (24) is arranged on the inner wall of the second mounting groove, magnetic poles of opposite sides of the first magnet (18) and the second magnet (24) are the same, and triangular blocks (2) are arranged on the outer walls of two sides of the shock absorption frame (.

The automatic material conveying device according to claim 2, wherein sliding holes are formed in both sides of the top outer wall of the damping frame (25), a sliding plate (43) is slidably connected to the inner wall of each sliding hole, a damping rod (41) is arranged on the top outer wall of each sliding plate (43), a damping spring (42) is sleeved on the outer wall of each damping rod (41), and the top end of each damping rod (41) is connected with the bottom end of the lifting plate.

The automatic material carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the motor (7) is fixed to the outer wall of the other side of the upright column (26) through screws, the output shaft of the motor (7) is sleeved with the winding wheel (4), the steel wire rope (6) is wound on the outer wall of the winding wheel (4), the hanging ring (9) is sleeved on one end, away from the winding wheel (4), of the steel wire rope (6), the hanging ring (9) is fixed to the outer wall of the top of the lifting plate through screws, the first guide wheel (5) and the second guide wheel (8) are fixed to the top ends of the outer walls of the two sides of the upright column (26) through screws respectively, and the steel wire rope (6) forms sliding fit with the first guide wheel (5) and the second guide wheel (8) respectively.

The automatic material conveying device according to claim 1, wherein a through hole is formed in an outer wall of one side of the base (28), a rotating rod (37) is connected to an inner wall of the through hole through a bearing, rollers (27) are sleeved at two ends of the rotating rod (37), and a universal wheel (23) is fixed to one side of an outer wall of the bottom of the base (28) through a screw.

The automatic material conveying device according to claim 2, wherein a handrail (29) is fixed to one side of the outer wall of the top of the base (28) through a screw, a rubber sleeve (30) is sleeved on one end, far away from the base (28), of the handrail (29), and anti-skid protrusions (35) are arranged on the outer wall of the periphery of the rubber sleeve (30).
