Abstract
The invention discloses durable nano-antibacterial wall cloth and a preparation method thereof, wherein the durable nano-antibacterial wall cloth comprises a non-woven fabric base layer, wherein a durable fireproof layer, a transfer printing film layer and an embossing pattern layer are sequentially and compositely arranged on a decorative layer surface of the non-woven fabric base layer; the non-woven fabric base layer is penetrated with a waterproof agent and an antibacterial agent, and the durable fireproof layer comprises, by weight, 2-10 parts of high-strength polyester fibers, 10-20 parts of nano attapulgite, 15-25 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 4-14 parts of nano antimony pentoxide, 6-16 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1-8 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 40-50 parts of a dispersing agent, 1.2-1.6 parts of a coupling agent, 2.5-2.9 parts of a defoaming agent and 1-2 parts of a stabilizing agent; the transfer printing film layer and the embossing pattern layer are pvc composite adhesive films processed by a thermal transfer printing coating process. By adopting the technical scheme, the prepared durable fireproof wall cloth has the superior performances of water resistance, antibiosis and durable fire resistance, and the service life of the durable fireproof wall cloth is prolonged.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wall cloth, in particular to durable nano antibacterial wall cloth and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The textile can absorb various nutrient substances in the air, and under the environment of proper temperature and humidity, microorganisms inhabiting the textile can propagate and spread in a large quantity, decompose and generate secretion, bring odor substances such as ammonia and the like, or generate bacterial plaque on the textile, cause discomfort or adverse effects to human bodies, and cause mildew, embrittlement and even aging of the textile. With the development of socioeconomic and the improvement of living standard, new market demands are generated, and consumers expect that textiles have the antibacterial and mildewproof functions so as to meet the needs of civilized, clean and comfortable environmental life. The existing wall cloth is made of paper or fabric, bacteria are bred due to the moisture of the wall, the wall cloth is tilted and even falls off, and the attractiveness and practicability of the wall cloth are seriously affected, so that the durable nano antibacterial wall cloth and the preparation method thereof are designed.
Disclosure of Invention
