The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1. before processing, the lower conveying platform 303 is located at a feeding and discharging station, the upper conveying platform 302 is located at a transferring station, a worker tightly arranges the ruler bodies 1 to be processed on the lower conveying platform 303, the second power motor 301 rotates forwards to drive the second synchronous belt 306 to rotate, so that the lower conveying platform 303 moves to the transferring station, and the upper conveying platform 302 moves to the feeding and discharging station;
2. a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 210 extends outwards to push the two groups of wide air claws 209 to descend, at the moment, the piston rod of the wide air claw 209 retracts inwards to drive the two clamping jaws 208 to clamp the ruler body 1 inwards, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 210 retracts inwards to drive the ruler body 1 to ascend, the first power motor 202 drives the first driving wheel 203 to rotate forwards to drive the feeding rack 201 to move towards the processing station, when the ruler body 1 is transferred to the position above the processing station, the lifting cylinder 210 pushes the two groups of wide air claws 209 to descend, at the moment, the piston rod of the wide air claw 209 extends outwards, the two clamping jaws 208 release the ruler body 1, the ruler body 1 is placed on the processing station, the lifting cylinder 210 drives the two groups of wide air claws 209 to ascend, and the driving device drives the feeding rack 201 to exit the processing station;
3. after the ruler bodies 1 on the lower conveying platform 303 are transferred to the processing platform 501 of the milling machine 5 by the transfer device, the second power motor 301 rotates reversely to drive the second synchronous belt 306 to rotate reversely, so that the lower conveying platform 303 moves to a loading and unloading station, the upper conveying platform 302 moves to a transfer station, and workers place the ruler bodies 1 to be processed on the lower conveying platform 303 in a close arrangement manner;
4. After the ruler body 1 is placed on the processing platform 501, the piston rod of the translation cylinder 4 extends outwards to push the elastic pressing component to move towards the ruler body 1, so that each pressing rod 402 extends into the inner cavity of each corresponding ruler body 1, the pressing rods 402 are under the action of the pressing springs 404, and one end, close to the ruler body 1, of each pressing rod 402 presses the ruler body 1 downwards; each driving piece 408 drives the pressing plate to move towards the ruler body 1, and the ruler body 1 is pressed in the front-back direction;
5. the milling machine 5 begins to process the reference surface of the ruler body 1;
6. after the processing is finished, the driving piece 408 drives the pressing plate to return, and the ruler body 1 is released; a piston rod of the translation cylinder 4 retracts inwards to drive the elastic pressing assembly to retract to the original position, and the ruler body 1 is released;
7. the driving device drives the feeding frame 201 to move to a processing station, the lifting cylinder 210 drives the two wide air claws 209 to descend, the wide air claws 209 drive the clamping jaws 208 to clamp the processed ruler body 1, the lifting cylinder 210 drives the two wide air claws 209 to ascend, the driving device drives the feeding frame 201 to return to the original position, the wide air claws 209 drive the clamping jaws 208 to release the ruler body 1, and the processed ruler body 1 is placed on the upper conveying platform 302;
8. the second power motor 301 rotates positively to drive the second synchronous belt 306 to rotate, so that the lower conveying platform 303 moves to the transfer station, the upper conveying platform 302 moves to the feeding and discharging station, the ruler body 1 to be processed is conveyed to the transfer station, the transfer device continues to transfer the ruler body 1 to be processed to the milling machine 5 for processing, meanwhile, the processed ruler body 1 is conveyed to the feeding and discharging station, and a worker takes down the processed ruler body 1.
