Abstract

By adopting the technical scheme, the portable punch forming device provided by the invention has the advantages that a processed product is placed in the left, middle and right upper die frame at the front end of the device body by hands, after the processed product is placed, the push plate is pushed downwards by the air cylinder, the push rod at the lower end of the push plate pushes the upper die frame to be matched with the lower die frame, the single-process forming of a product is realized, and in the process of upwards returning by the air cylinder, the upward elasticity of the spring assists the push plate to be upwards, so that the left and right upward elasticity is balanced; the problem of hand pressing is solved, and one-to-one pressing is realized; the stamping machine in the market is expensive, and the efficiency is low due to one-to-one stamping; the device has simple structure and convenient use.

the supporting columns 314 are arranged at four corners of the bottom plate 313, are welded on the lower plane of the device body 301, and are arranged on the lower plane of the device body 301 from left to right;
the lower die holder 312 is arranged on the front side of the upper end of the bottom plate 313, and four corners of the lower end of the lower die holder 312 are fixed by round rods; the multi-channel processing machine is used for multi-channel processing, and one-to-one manual pressing processing is achieved;
the cylinder 305 is arranged at the upper end of the device body 301, and the lead control device 304 is connected with the cylinder;
