as shown in fig. 6, the embodiment 2 is similar to the embodiment 1 in overall structure, and the same structural features are not repeated herein, and the difference technical features are that in the cleaning module 1, the scraping member is a PVC sleeve gasket 1-5, the PVC sleeve gasket 1-5 is sleeved on the outer wall of the cleaning pipe 1-1, and the PVC sleeve gasket 1-5 is provided with a plurality of spray holes which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the through holes 1-4; the scraping and rubbing surfaces of the PVC sleeve gaskets 1-5 are inclined planes, so that the pipe diameter of the cleaning module 1 gradually increases from one end close to the connectors 1-3 to one end close to the brush module 2, in practical application, the PVC sleeve gaskets 1-5 have certain flexibility, when the PVC sleeve gaskets 1-5 are scraped and rubbed for the inner wall of the oil pipeline, the PVC sleeve gaskets 1-5 are not easy to damage, cleaning liquid in the cleaning pipe 1-1 is sprayed out from the PVC sleeve gaskets 1-5 along the spray holes through the through holes 1-4, then the scraping and rubbing surfaces with certain gradient of the PVC sleeve gaskets 1-5 are used for gradually scraping and rubbing the inner wall of the oil pipeline, and the scraping and rubbing effect is further ensured.

embodiment 3 is similar to embodiment 1 in overall structure, the same structural features are not repeated herein, and the difference technical features are that, as shown in fig. 7, one end of a connector 1-3 of a cleaning tube 1-1 is simply connected with a conveying hose connected with a cleaning tank, and the conveying hose connected with a cleaning tank 6 is inserted through one end of a waste liquid collecting tube 3-1 and is communicated with the cleaning tube 1-1 through the waste liquid collecting tube 3-1 and a shaft rod 2-1 of a brush module 2.

1. A long-distance oil pipeline cleaning device is characterized by comprising a cleaning module (1), a brush module (2) and a waste liquid suction module (3);
the cleaning module (1) comprises a cleaning pipe (1-1) and a scraping piece, wherein a plurality of through holes (1-4) are formed in the side wall of the cleaning pipe (1-1), the scraping piece is arranged on the outer wall of the cleaning pipe (1-1), and spray holes corresponding to the through holes (1-4) in position are formed in the scraping piece, so that liquid in the cleaning pipe (1-1) passes through the through holes (1-4) and is sprayed out of the spray holes;
the two ends of the cleaning pipe (1-1) are both closed ends, one end of the cleaning pipe (1-1) is provided with a connector (1-3) for inserting a pipeline, when an external pipeline is fixed with the connector (1-3), the external pipeline is communicated with the cavity of the cleaning pipe (1-1), the other end of the cleaning pipe (1-1) is fixedly connected with one end of the brush module (2), and the other end of the brush module (2) is connected with the waste liquid suction module (3);
the waste liquid suction module (3) comprises at least two hollow baffle plates and a waste liquid collecting pipe (3-1); the waste liquid collecting pipe (3-1) is a hollow pipe with two closed ends, one end of the waste liquid collecting pipe (3-1) far away from the end connected with the brush module (2) is provided with a pipeline connecting hole (3-6), and after an external pipeline is inserted into the pipeline connecting hole (3-6), the external pipeline is communicated with the inner cavity of the waste liquid collecting pipe (3-1);
the hollow baffle is arranged around the periphery of the waste liquid collecting pipe (3-1), the surface of the hollow baffle is provided with a plurality of sewage suction holes, the sewage suction holes are communicated with the inner cavity of the hollow baffle, and the inner cavity of the hollow baffle is communicated with the inner cavity of the waste liquid collecting pipe (3-1);
the brush module (2) comprises a shaft lever (2-1), a brush lever (2-2), a brush (2-3) and a bearing (2-4), one end of the shaft lever (2-1) is connected with the cleaning pipe (1-1) through a flange, the other end of the shaft lever (2-1) is connected with the waste liquid collecting pipe (3-1), and the shaft lever (2-1), the cleaning pipe (1-1) and the waste liquid collecting pipe (3-1) are coaxially arranged; the periphery of the shaft lever (2-1) is provided with a limiting groove, the bearing (2-4) is sleeved in the limiting groove, the plurality of brush rods (2-2) are arranged around the periphery of the bearing (2-4) at equal intervals, one end of each brush rod (2-2) is fixedly connected with the bearing (2-4), and the other end of each brush rod (2-2) is provided with the brush (2-3).

The long-distance oil pipeline cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein in the cleaning module (1), the rubbing pieces are a plurality of hollow barbs (1-2), the barbs (1-2) are inserted into the through holes (1-4) in the outer wall of the cleaning pipe (1-1), and the barbs (1-2) communicate the inner cavity and the outer space of the cleaning pipe (1-1);
a plurality of through holes (1-4) on the outer wall of the cleaning pipe (1-1) are arranged in a staggered thread pattern, so that a plurality of barbs (1-2) are spirally and alternatively arranged on the outer wall of the cleaning pipe (1-1) according to the positions of the through holes (1-4).

The long-distance oil pipeline cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein in the cleaning module (1), the scraping and rubbing piece is a PVC sleeve gasket (1-5), the PVC sleeve gasket (1-5) is sleeved on the outer wall of the cleaning pipe (1-1), and a plurality of spray holes which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the through holes (1-4) are formed in the PVC sleeve gasket (1-5); the scraping and rubbing surface of the PVC sleeve gasket (1-5) is an inclined surface, so that the pipe diameter of one end of the cleaning module (1) close to the connector (1-3) is gradually increased to one end close to the brush module (2).
