Referring to fig. 2, the spraying system further includes two liquid level sensors 8 respectively disposed in the two liquid storage tanks 4, and two second electromagnetic valves 81 respectively disposed at two ends of the horizontal pipe 52; the liquid level sensor 8 is connected with the water suction pump 6 and the second electromagnetic valve 81 on the corresponding side, the liquid level sensor 8 is used for sensing the liquid level of the antifreeze in the liquid storage tank 4 in real time, and if the liquid level of the antifreeze in the liquid storage tank 4 is too low, the water suction pump 6 and the second electromagnetic valve 81 on the corresponding side of the transverse pipe 52 are closed, so that the antifreeze in the liquid storage tank 4 on the other side cannot flow back into the liquid storage tank 4 with less antifreeze, and the spray head 31 can be ensured to normally spray the antifreeze.
Referring to fig. 1, a mounting mechanism 9 is provided between the photosensor 7 and the cover plate, and the mounting mechanism 9 is used to mount the photosensor 7 on the cover plate.
Referring to fig. 7, the mounting mechanism 9 includes a base 91 disposed on the cover plate, the base 91 is disposed in parallel with the cover plate, a mounting plate 92 is disposed on a side of the base 91 away from the cover plate, a sliding groove is disposed at one end of the mounting plate 92, a sliding rail 93 is fixedly disposed on the base 91, the sliding rail 93 is disposed along the height direction of the column 1, and the sliding groove on the mounting plate 92 is clamped on the sliding rail 93, so that the mounting plate 92 can slide on the base 91 along the height direction of the column 1; one end of the mounting plate 92, which is far away from the base 91, is bent towards one side of the cross beam 2, and the photoelectric sensor 7 is fixedly arranged on the upward bent side of the mounting plate 92, so that the photoelectric sensor 7 faces towards one side of the other upright post 1; the base 91 is further provided with a driving assembly 94 for driving the mounting plate 92 to slide.
When the photoelectric sensor 7 is installed, after the large position of the photoelectric sensor 7 is measured on the cover plate, the base 91 is welded on the cover plate, and can also be connected with the cover plate in a bolt connection mode; after the photoelectric sensor 7 is connected to the mounting plate 92, the driving assembly 94 is used to finely adjust the position of the photoelectric sensor 7, so that the photoelectric sensors 7 on both sides are aligned, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the photoelectric sensor 7.
Referring to fig. 7, the driving assembly 94 includes a fixing block 941 fixed on the base 91, a screw 942 is screwed on the fixing block 941, and one end of the screw 942 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 92; by rotating the screw 942, the mounting plate 92 can be driven to slide on the base 91, thereby realizing the function of adjusting the position of the photoelectric sensor 7.
The implementation principle of a locomotive spraying system of the embodiment of the application is as follows: by arranging the photoelectric sensor 7 and the first electromagnetic valve 71, when the locomotive passes below the spray head 31, the spray head 31 can be controlled to spray the antifreeze, and the relative positions of the two photoelectric sensors 7 are ensured under the action of the mounting mechanism 9; the liquid level sensor 8 can monitor the liquid level of the antifreeze in the liquid storage tank 4 in real time, and when the amount of the antifreeze in the liquid storage tank 4 is small, the second electromagnetic valve 81 on the corresponding side can be closed in time to prevent the antifreeze in the other liquid storage tank 4 from flowing backwards, so that the normal operation of the spray head 31 is ensured.

The spray device of antifreeze solution for locomotives according to claim 1, wherein: the conveying pipeline (5) comprises two vertical pipes (51) which are detachably connected to the two vertical columns (1) respectively, a transverse pipe (52) which is detachably connected to the cross beam (2), and a connecting pipe which is arranged between the transverse pipe (52) and the spray pipe (3);
be provided with elbow (53) between standpipe (51) and violently pipe (52), the one end and standpipe (51) of elbow (53) can be dismantled and be connected, the other end can be dismantled with violently pipe (52) and be connected, the bottom and the liquid storage pot (4) of standpipe (51) are connected, suction pump (6) set up on standpipe (51).
