When the second rotating shaft 412 rotates, the second rotating shaft 412 on the right side drives the gear pump 52 to operate, the gear pump 52 operates to drive the third rotating shaft 51 to rotate, and meanwhile, the gear pump 52 pumps out water in the water containing barrel 57, so that water in the water barrel flows to the guide pipe 56 through the connecting pipe 59, then flows to the second guide cylinder 54 through the guide pipe 56, then flows to the first guide cylinder 53 through the second guide cylinder 54, and is finally discharged through the nozzle 55, so that when the smoke absorbing mechanism 4 absorbs smoke, the water spraying mechanism 5 sprays water, and smoke abatement and fire extinguishing are better achieved.
