正常的肌肤表层会周期性地进行新陈代谢,肌肤表层代谢的衰亡的细胞会残留在肌肤表面,长期累积,皮肤会变得暗淡无光。年龄的增长和生活作息不规律,外在接触环境条件变差等,会使新陈代谢速度减缓,不正常的代谢让角质细胞无法自然脱落,导致角化细胞层层堆积在皮肤表面,皮肤显得粗糙,暗沉,所以需要去角质的产品定时去除,促进皮肤更新,肌肤才会细腻柔滑。
外出长期佩戴口罩,给很多人带来了皮肤的困扰,特别是皮肤为油性且易过敏的类型。此类皮肤人群容易出现脂溢性皮炎痤疮,接触性皮炎等,脸部肌肤会出现皮疹,痘痘,继而带来了痘印和皮肤色素沉着等问题。皮肤类型为油性的肌肤,脸部肌肤出油比较多,肌肤也相对比较敏感,此类肌肤的消费者更青睐温和去角质的产品。
目前市面上的去角质产品主要有两种:假性脱泥类型和物理摩擦型。假性脱泥类型去角质产品利用阳离子与高分子聚合物反应,通过揉搓蒸发料体的水分,有泥狀物体搓出,给人误以为是皮肤中的角质层的脱落,此类产品刺激性比较大,去角质效果不明显。物理摩擦型的去角质产品含有磨砂颗粒或者通过撕拉方式,摩擦和吸附表皮的衰老细胞,使其脱落,敏感肌肤会由于过多摩擦,变得更加脆弱。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明的目的旨在温和去除皮肤表面角质化的衰老细胞。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数组分:表面活性剂20-50份、去角质组合物 2-10份、保湿成分 5-20份;
所述去角质组合物包括木瓜果提取物、芽孢杆菌发酵产物、甜橙果提取物、糖海带提取物中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,包括以下重量份数组分:表面活性剂 40-50份、去角质组合物 5-8份、保湿成分 8-15份。
进一步的,所述去角质组合物包括以下重量份数组分:木瓜果提取物 0.5-3份、芽孢杆菌发酵产物 0.5-2份、甜橙果提取物 0.5-3.5份、糖海带提取物 0.5-3份。
更进一步的,所述去角质组合物包括以下重量份数组分:木瓜果提取物 2份、芽孢杆菌发酵产物 1.5份、甜橙果提取物 1.5份、糖海带提取物 2份。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰甘氨酸钾、椰油酰甘氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠中的一种或两种以上的组合。
更进一步的,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰甘氨酸钠与椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠的组合,所述椰油酰甘氨酸钠与椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠的质量百分比为1:1-3。
进一步的,所述保湿成分包括甘油、丙二醇、透明质酸钠中的至少两种。
更进一步的,所述保湿成分包括以下重量份数组分:甘油 2-8份、丙二醇 2-8份、透明质酸钠 0.01-0.2份。
本发明还包括防腐剂0.5-1.0 份,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油中的至少一种。
进一步的,还包括香精,可根据需求添加适量现有技术的香精。
本发明的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,不仅含有温和的氨基酸清洁成分,还添加了温和的去角质组合物,包括木瓜果提取物、芽孢杆菌发酵产物、甜橙果提取物、糖海带提取物。
其中,木瓜果提取物含有木瓜蛋白酶,只对衰亡组织起水解作用,其蕴含巯基蛋白酶、凝乳酶、溶菌酶等天然酵素,是一种高效和安全的天然活性材料。其中溶菌酶可以溶解色斑凝集团块中褐变的凝胶粘结物质,降低斑团密度,使其变成易流动的疏松分散体而迅速淡化褪去。
芽孢杆菌发酵产物,一种酶的角质剥脱剂,消除死亡的皮肤细胞,以平滑皮肤表面,并促进细胞更新。
甜橙果提取物是橘种类,含有广泛的活性成分有丰富的维生素C、黄酮类化合物和果酸,其中天然的果酸具有温和的去角质特性,是一款温和的去角质剂。
糖海带提取物被称为一种海洋皮肤净化因子,糖海带产生的次级代谢产物为褐藻多酚,具有控油,清洁杀菌和收敛的作用。糖海带提取物活性成分海洋单宁酸能抑制脂肪酶的活性,用于油性和暗疮肌肤,它可以减少多余油脂分泌,控制微生物繁殖,减少炎症。
本发明结合多种组分,并合理设计了各组分的重量比,得到了氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,不仅具有温和的清洁效果,还能够剥脱角化的衰亡细胞,消除死亡的皮肤细胞,以平滑皮肤表面,并促进细胞更新及均衡肤色。
本发明从天然植物、菌类中提取有效成分,进行合理配比的复配混合,虽然有的成分的功效机理是已知的,但现有的化妆品或护肤产品中,并没有公开这些原料进行相互混合复配的方案。需强调的是,本发明的配方组分,不是随机选取,是发明人通过大量创造性试验获得的,现有技术并未提供技术启示,而且取得的技术效果是意想不到的。
而且,本领域的配方的研发不同于其他领域,研发并非纯粹的开拓性研究,往往都需要建立在现有技术的基础上,借助于现有技术已有成果的指引进行相应的探索和研发。
本发明选取的功效组分进行合理配比和复配混合,虽然各种组分都可以混合,但不同的组分相混合或不同配比相混合,使得制备的护肤品的功效不同,而且本领域中,具有类似功效的组分数量非常多,组合配比的可能方案数不胜数,对于本领域技术人员而言,是无法通过有限次实验获得的本申请技术方案的。
本发明还提供一种氨基酸温和去角质泡泡的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水相的保湿成分加入乳化锅中,加热80-85℃,搅拌混合均匀,保温10min;
S2.将表面活性剂依次加入乳化锅中,升温至80-85℃,搅拌混合均匀,保温5-15min;
S3.将步骤S1和S2中制备的组分混合,搅拌均匀,保温80-85℃,保温5-10min,继续搅拌降温,45℃加入剩余防腐剂和去角质组合物,搅拌均匀,继续降温, 35℃停止搅拌,真空消泡,制备完成。
本发明是一种具有二合一的清洁和去角质的效果的泡泡产品,其中温和的氨基酸表面活性剂,能温和地清洁皮肤表面的污垢,而温和的去角质组合物能够剥脱角化的衰亡细胞,消除死亡的皮肤细胞,以平滑皮肤表面,并促进细胞更新及均衡肤色。
本发明适用于油性和暗疮肌肤表面控油和均衡肤色,它可以减少多余油脂分泌,控制微生物繁殖,减少炎症,去角质和减少色素沉着。本发明可应用于多种用于油性或暗疮肌肤的产品。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施方式,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明的保护范围。
提供一种对比例1和实施例1的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其组分如下表1所示。

一种对比例1和实施例1-4中氨基酸温和去角质泡泡的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水相的保湿成分加入乳化锅中,加热80-85℃,搅拌混合均匀,保温10min;
S2.将表面活性剂依次加入乳化锅中,升温至80-85℃,搅拌混合均匀,保温5-15min;
S3.将步骤S1和S2中制备的组分混合,搅拌均匀,保温80-85℃,保温5-10min,继续搅拌降温,45℃加入剩余防腐剂和去角质组合物,搅拌均匀,继续降温, 35℃停止搅拌,真空消泡,制备完成。
性能测试
鸡胚绒毛膜尿囊膜耐受力实验:
实验方法:HET-CAM试验方法,购买已经孵化好的鸡蛋,经处理暴露出尿囊膜,当肉眼观察尿囊膜(CAM)完整无破损,将0.1g样品均匀涂布在直径为1.5cm的滤纸片上与CAM接触30s,然后用生理盐水轻柔冲洗约30s。每个样品平行做3枚鸡胚,同时以生理盐水作为对照组,观察5min内CAM血管变化并记录出现充血(secH)*),出血(secL)和凝血(secC)的初始时间(s),刺激分值IS=[(301-secH)*5+(301-secL)*7++(301-secC)*9]/300。根据IS值进行分级判断:0-0.9 无刺激;1-15轻刺激;15.1-21 强刺激;测试结果如下表3所示。

结论:从实验数据可以看出,对比例1在本发明的范围之内,鸡胚绒毛膜尿囊膜耐受力实验结果比较温和,而实施例1中去角质组分添加量超过了本发明的保护发明,鸡胚绒毛膜尿囊膜耐受力实验结果属于轻刺激,证明本发明的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡在本发明的保护范围比较温和。
淡化痘印效果测试
志愿者需年龄在20-40岁之间的女性,皮肤暗沉有痘印,通过志愿者筛选选取10名以上合格的志愿者成为受试者参加测试。受试者使用实施例2-4样品一周两次,分别连续使用一个月后,分别对其淡化痘印效果进行评价,综合打分的评判依据由低到高为0-10分,结果如表4所示。

结论:从实验数据可以看出,实施例2和实施例3在缺少本发明范围内的任两款去角质组分下,淡化痘印效果一般。实施例4的去角质组分添加量低于本发明的保护的添加量时,其淡化痘印效果也一般。综上所述,本发明的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡所述的去角质组合物在保护范围内,其对皮肤的淡化痘印效果较好,在低于保护的添加值或者缺少其中的任两种,其对皮肤的淡化痘印效果都一般。
提亮效果测试
志愿者需年龄在20-40岁之间的女性,皮肤暗沉,通过志愿者筛选选取10名以上合格的志愿者成为受试者参加测试。受试者使用对比例1样品和市面购入的50ml娇韵诗温和去角质清洁霜一周两次,分别连续使用一个月后,分别对其皮肤细腻光滑效果进行评价,综合打分的评判依据由低到高为0-10分。测试结果如下表5所示。

由表5可以看出,从实验数据可以看出,本发明的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡细腻提亮效果良好,而市面上购入的样品其对皮肤的提亮效果一般。证明本发明的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡的去角质效果比市面上已有的同类型产品效果好。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。需注意的是,本发明中所未详细描述的技术特征,均可以通过本领域任一现有技术实现。
Claims (10)
1.一种氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数组分:表面活性剂20-50份、去角质组合物 2-10份、保湿成分 5-20份;
所述去角质组合物包括木瓜果提取物、芽孢杆菌发酵产物、甜橙果提取物、糖海带提取物中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数组分:表面活性剂 40-50份、去角质组合物 5-8份、保湿成分 8-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,所述去角质组合物包括以下重量份数组分:木瓜果提取物 0.5-3份、芽孢杆菌发酵产物 0.5-2份、甜橙果提取物0.5-3.5份、糖海带提取物 0.5-3份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,所述去角质组合物包括以下重量份数组分:木瓜果提取物 2份、芽孢杆菌发酵产物 1.5份、甜橙果提取物 1.5份、糖海带提取物 2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰甘氨酸钾、椰油酰甘氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠中的一种或两种以上的组合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰甘氨酸钠与椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠的组合,所述椰油酰甘氨酸钠与椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠的质量百分比为1:1-3。
7.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,所述保湿成分包括甘油、丙二醇、透明质酸钠中的至少两种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,所述保湿成分包括以下重量份数组分:甘油 2-8份、丙二醇 2-8份、透明质酸钠 0.01-0.2份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡,其特征在于,还包括防腐剂0.5-1.0份,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油中的至少一种。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的氨基酸温和去角质泡泡的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水相的保湿成分加入乳化锅中,加热80-85℃,搅拌混合均匀,保温10min;
S2.将表面活性剂依次加入乳化锅中,升温至80-85℃,搅拌混合均匀,保温5-15min;
S3.将步骤S1和S2中制备的组分混合,搅拌均匀,保温80-85℃,保温5-10min,继续搅拌降温,45℃加入剩余防腐剂和去角质组合物,搅拌均匀,继续降温, 35℃停止搅拌,真空消泡,制备完成。
