Abstract
The invention discloses a feeding method of a PCB cover, which comprises the following steps: 1) placing the material tray on which the PCB covers are placed on the material placing frame; 2) sliding a feeding unit of the PCB cover feeding device to a material grabbing position of a material tray along the multi-direction sliding unit; 3) the feeding unit places the grabbed PCB cover on a positioning mechanism of the PCB cover feeding device for positioning; 4) grabbing the positioned PCB board cover onto a workpiece placed on the assembly line trough through a feeding unit; 5) and repeating the step 2), the step 3) and the step 4). The feeding method has the advantages that the feeding position is accurate, the feeding efficiency is improved, the automatic operation is realized, and the labor is saved.

Technical Field

Background

as shown in fig. 1, the PCB cover feeding device comprises a material placing frame, a feeding mechanism and a workpiece to be covered, which is arranged on the assembly line trough; the material placing frame is arranged at a position close to the production line groove; the feeding mechanism is arranged on the material placing frame;
the feeding mechanism comprises a multi-direction sliding unit and a feeding unit which is connected to the multi-direction sliding unit in a sliding mode, the multi-direction sliding unit is installed at one end, close to the assembly line groove, of the material placing frame, and when the feeding unit slides along the multi-direction sliding unit, a PCB cover placed on the material placing frame can be brought to a workpiece placed on the assembly line groove.
A rolling rod is further arranged between the material placing independent disc 4 and the material tray 5 to be placed, and the rolling rod is movably connected to the material rack.
A positioning mechanism is arranged between the material placing frame and the assembly line groove, and comprises a supporting frame 6, a supporting plate 8 and a positioning unit; the supporting frame 6 is arranged between the assembly line groove and the material placing frame, the supporting plate 8 is installed on the supporting frame 6, the positioning unit is arranged on the supporting plate 8, the feeding unit can place the PCB cover in the material placing frame on the positioning unit, and therefore the PCB cover can be positioned before feeding.
The feeding method of the PCB cover mainly comprises the following steps: 1) placing the material tray on which the PCB covers are placed on the material placing frame; 2) sliding a feeding unit of the PCB cover feeding device to a material grabbing position of a material tray along the multi-direction sliding unit; 3) the feeding unit places the grabbed PCB cover on a positioning mechanism of the PCB cover feeding device for positioning; 4) grabbing the positioned PCB board cover onto a workpiece placed on the assembly line trough through a feeding unit; 5) and repeating the step 2), the step 3) and the step 4). Therefore, the PCB cover grabbed by the feeding unit is firstly placed on the positioning mechanism for positioning, and then the feeding unit moves in a single direction to grab the PCB cover on the positioning mechanism onto a workpiece of the production line trough. The feeding method avoids the problem that the multi-direction sliding unit directly grabs the position offset of the PCB cover to the workpiece, and further ensures the accuracy of the feeding position.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the loading unit to move the position as conveniently and smoothly as possible and to more accurately grab the PCB cover on the rack, the multi-directional sliding unit includes a first directional sliding unit 1, a second directional sliding unit 2, and a vertical directional sliding unit 3; the first direction sliding unit 1 is installed at one end, close to the assembly line groove, of the material placing frame, and two ends of the second direction sliding unit 2 are connected to a sliding block of a first rodless cylinder of the first direction sliding unit 1 and a sliding groove of the first direction sliding unit 1 respectively; the vertical direction sliding unit 3 is connected to the second direction sliding unit 2 in a sliding manner, and the feeding unit is connected to the vertical direction sliding unit 3 in a sliding manner; the sliding direction of the first direction sliding unit 1, the sliding direction of the second direction sliding unit 2 and the vertical direction sliding direction are perpendicular to each other. That is, in step 2), the feeding unit slides to the material catching position of the tray along the first direction sliding unit 1, the second direction sliding unit 2, and/or the vertical direction sliding unit 3, respectively.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, to further position the PCB cover, the positioning unit includes two positioning clips 9, two limiting frames 10 and a transition sliding groove; the transition sliding groove is arranged on the cross section of the support plate 8 opposite to the cross section for placing the PCB cover, the two limiting frames 10 are connected to the transition sliding groove in a sliding mode, the two limiting frames 10 are further detachably connected to the two positioning clamps 9 in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively, and the two positioning clamps 9 are arranged on the support plate 8; when the two limiting frames 10 slide along the transition sliding grooves, the two positioning clamps 9 are matched with each other to position the PCB cover. Namely, in step 3), the loading unit places the grabbed PCB cover on the positioning mechanism for positioning, and the positioning is performed through the two positioning clips 9.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the material placing rack comprises a material placing independent disk 4, a material to be placed disk 5 and a material rack 7; the independent material placing tray 4 is placed on the material rack 7, the independent material placing tray 4 is arranged at a position close to a production line groove, and the to-be-placed tray 5 is connected to the material rack 7 in a sliding mode, so that when a PCB cover on the independent material placing tray 4 is empty, the to-be-placed tray 5 can slide to the position of the independent material placing tray 4 along the material rack 7; the feeding unit can sequentially grab a plurality of PCB board covers on the material placing independent plate 4. Like this, the material loading unit snatchs a plurality of PCB board covers on placing the material independently 4 in proper order, and when waiting to place the material independently 4 and empty, wait to place the position that the material tray 5 slided to placing the material independently 4 along work or material rest 7. That is, in step 1), when the PCB cover on the independent material placing tray 4 is empty, the material placing tray 5 can slide along the rack 7 to the position of the independent material placing tray 4.

5) repeating the step 2), the step 3) and the step 4);
the PCB board cover feeding device comprises a material placing frame, a feeding mechanism and a workpiece to be covered, wherein the workpiece to be covered is arranged on the assembly line groove; the material placing frame is arranged at a position close to the production line groove; the feeding mechanism is arranged on the material placing frame;
the feeding mechanism comprises a multi-direction sliding unit and a feeding unit which is connected to the multi-direction sliding unit in a sliding mode, the multi-direction sliding unit is installed at one end, close to the assembly line groove, of the material placing frame, and when the feeding unit slides along the multi-direction sliding unit, a PCB cover placed on the material placing frame can be brought to a workpiece placed on the assembly line groove.
A rolling rod is further arranged between the material placing independent plate (4) and the material plate to be placed (5), and the rolling rod is movably connected to the material frame.
A positioning mechanism is arranged between the material placing frame and the assembly line groove, and comprises a supporting frame (6), a supporting plate (8) and a positioning unit; the supporting frame (6) is arranged between the assembly line groove and the material placing frame, the supporting plate (8) is installed on the supporting frame (6), the positioning unit is arranged on the supporting plate (8), and the feeding unit can place the PCB cover in the material placing frame on the positioning unit so that the PCB cover can be positioned before feeding.
2. A loading method according to claim 1, wherein said multi-directional sliding unit comprises a first-direction sliding unit (1), a second-direction sliding unit (2) and a vertical-direction sliding unit (3); the first direction sliding unit (1) is installed at one end, close to the assembly line groove, of the material placing frame, and two ends of the second direction sliding unit (2) are connected to a sliding block of a first rodless cylinder of the first direction sliding unit (1) and a sliding groove of the first direction sliding unit (1) respectively; the vertical direction sliding unit (3) is connected to the second direction sliding unit (2) in a sliding mode, and the feeding unit is connected to the vertical direction sliding unit (3) in a sliding mode; the sliding direction of the first direction sliding unit (1), the sliding direction of the second direction sliding unit (2) and the vertical direction sliding direction are mutually perpendicular.

The feeding method according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning unit comprises two positioning clips (9), two limiting frames (10) and a transition sliding groove; the transition sliding groove is arranged on the cross section of the supporting plate (8) opposite to the cross section for placing the PCB cover, the two limiting frames (10) are connected to the transition sliding groove in a sliding mode, the two limiting frames (10) are further detachably connected to the two positioning clamps (9) in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively, and the two positioning clamps (9) are arranged on the supporting plate (8); when the two limiting frames (10) slide along the transition sliding grooves, the two positioning clamps (9) are matched with each other to position the PCB cover.
