the first lower stamping head (45) is arranged on the first fixing frame (43) in a sliding mode;
the first spring piece (44) is connected between the first lower stamping head (45) and two sides of the middle part of the first fixing frame (43);

the third spring part (514) is connected between the second lower punching head (515) and two sides of the middle part of the second fixing frame (513);
