技术领域
本发明涉及超级电容器技术领域,特别涉及MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料及其制备方法和超级电容器。
背景技术
目前当今世界能源短缺问题日益严重,发展可再生能源和高效绿色能源利用的是必不可少的,因此,近年来如何进行能源的合理有效利用研究成为一个热点。超级电容器作为一项重要的能量存储技术已经受到越来越多研究者的,因为超级电容器具有很快的充/放电速率,高功率密度,大的比容量和好的循环稳定性等优点。同时,在目前的研究中电致变色智能窗也是能源有效利用一种途径,这种智能窗户可以通过电致变色来调节外界光照的射入,从而降低制冷或加热负荷,来显著降低能耗以及降低对电灯照明的需求。由于超级电容器和电致变色智能窗都是进行氧化还原反应的工作原理,所以可以做出将两种功能集成到一个器件的双功能器件;作为电致变色器件,当我们需要给器件着色以遮挡阳光或保护隐私时,可以同时在器件中储存电荷;当不需要着色时,器件储存的能量可以通过外部电路释放,这为能源的有效存储和高效利用提供了一种思路;从超级电容器的角度讲,作为一个储能器,在器件充放电过程中同时发生颜色的变化,我们就可以通过简单的可视化方式监测其储能状态。如果一个储能器件能够以一种可视化的方式判定其能量的变化,那么我们就可以在一个器件能量即将耗尽时采取相应措施,从而展示出潜在的智能化应用。
在目前的作为电致变色和超级电容器的材料中,导电聚合物(聚吡咯、聚苯胺、聚吲哚等)广泛应用。导电聚合物具有丰富的颜色变化、较高的电压窗口、较好的储能能力等特性。然而,由于导电聚合物在进行电化学反应的同时存在电荷的插入和抽出,导致了材料的膨胀和收缩,从而使得导电聚合物的循环稳定性较差。为了克服导电聚合物的稳定性差,同时改善其电化学性能。因此,提供一种高稳定性的导电聚合物,同时具有良好的电化学、电致变色、电容性能和良好的电化学稳定性,具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的导电聚合物稳定性差、电化学、电致变色、电容性能和电化学稳定性均不佳的问题,本发明提供了MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法,将氧化钼(MoO3)作为基底,电聚合聚6-羧基吲哚(P6ICA),形成MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料。具体包括以下步骤:
采用电沉积法制备MoO3基底将符合尺寸规格的FTO导电玻璃超声清洗作为FTO电极,称取四水合钼酸铵[(NH4)Mo7O24·4H2O]溶解于水中溶解,并作为电化学聚合液一;在一室三电极体系一中,FTO电极作为工作电极,采用恒电位聚合法,将[(NH4)Mo7O24·4H2O]电化学聚合液一在FTO上沉积,得到含有MoO3的FTO电极;
在MoO3基底上电聚合P6ICA配制含有6-羧基吲哚和四氟化硼四丁基铵(TBATFB)的乙腈溶液作为电化学聚合液二,在一室三电极体系二中,含有MoO3的FTO电极作为工作电极,采用恒电位聚合法,将含有6-羧基吲哚的电化学聚合液二在所述含有MoO3的FTO电极上沉积,得到MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料。
作为优选,在所述采用电沉积法制备MoO3基底中,将符合尺寸规格的FTO导电玻璃,依次用乙醇、丙酮、超纯水超声10min清洗;称取0.088g四水合钼酸铵[(NH4)Mo7O24·4H2O]溶解于5ml水中,超声5min至完全溶解得到电化学聚合液一。
本发明提供的一室三电极体系一,将Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,Pt电极作为对电极,工作电极为FTO电极。
作为优选,在所述采用电沉积法制备MoO3基底中,恒电位聚合时,采用-1.5V、200s的条件下在FTO上沉积,电极沉积面积为1.26cm2,电极之间的间隔为0.5cm;所述含有MoO3的FTO电极用超纯水冲洗2-3次,并在烘箱中50℃进行烘干。
作为优选,在MoO3基底上电聚合P6ICA中,在所述电化学聚合液二制备中,配制含有0.05mol L-1 6-羧基吲哚和0.1mol L-1四氟化硼四丁基铵(TBATFB)的乙腈溶液。
本发明提供的一室三电极体系二,Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,Pt电极为对电极,工作电极为含有MoO3的FTO电极。
作为优选,在MoO3基底上电聚合P6ICA中,恒电位聚合时,在1.5V、20s的条件下聚合,保持聚合电极的面积为1.26cm2,电极之间的间隔0.5cm。
本发明提供的一室三电极体系一、二的制备,先将直径0.5mm Ag丝用砂纸打磨至光滑,直径0.3mm的Pt丝用明火灼烧至红色,然后将Ag丝接入工作电极,Pt丝接入参比电极;在6mol L-1的盐酸溶液中,在恒电位1.5V、100s条件下发生电解,当Ag丝表面生成了均匀的AgCl覆盖层,镀银结束后,将镀银电极Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,Pt电极作为对电极。
本发明的另一个发明目的是,提供如上述制备方法制备的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料。
最后,本发明提供了超级电容器,所述超级电容器包括电极材料,所述电极材料为MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料,其中,所述MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料由上述MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法制得。
本发明提供了MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料及其制备方法和超级电容器,以上技术方案通过试验证明,制备得到的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料为纳米结构的导电聚合物电极,增加了电极表面的比表面积,大大增加电极与电解液之间的接触面积,减少电子和离子传输路径长度,从而增加传输效率,改善电化学性能。将导电聚合物同无机材料复合,形成无机-有机复合材料,发挥二者协同作用,复合材料比复合前的单独材料的电流密度的积分面积大得多,复合材料的具有更好的储能力,从而提高稳定性和改善电化学性能。由于MoO3对FTO基底的附着力强,具有良好的化学稳定性,也避免了由于长时间充放电造成的FTO上附着的材料的剥落,从而增加了复合材料的稳定性。MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的电容特性良好,并表现出好的循环稳定性。MoO3/P6ICA材料也具有保有了其良好的导电性。同时,纳米形貌增大了材料比表面积,这不仅增加了电子传输的效率,而且保证了电极材料的最大利用,材料能够与电解液接触更充分,材料内部能够容纳更多的离子参与氧化还原反应,另外,P6ICA与MoO3之间稳定的电子给体-受体对提高了离子扩散和电子传递的效率,使阻抗减小的十分明显。由以上技术方案可知,本发明提供的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料中的MoO3的厚度或质量可控,复合材料与电极附着牢固,实验方法简单,易操作。

实施例1MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备
采用电沉积法制备MoO3基底:
将FTO导电玻璃用玻璃刀切割成0.7cm×5cm规格大小,依次用乙醇、丙酮、超纯水超声10min清洗,然后用万用电表测出FTO导电面;称取0.088g四水合钼酸铵[(NH4)Mo7O24·4H2O]溶解于5ml水中,超声5min至完全溶解,作为电化学聚合液一。
采用一室三电极体系一进行沉积。首先将直径0.5mm Ag用砂纸打磨至光滑,直径0.3mm的Pt丝用明火灼烧至红色,然后将Ag丝接入工作电极,Pt丝接入参比电极;6mol L-1的盐酸溶液中,在恒电位1.5V、100s条件下发生电解过程,当Ag丝表面生成了均匀的AgCl覆盖层,镀银结束后,将Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,Pt电极作为对电极,工作电极为FTO电极。在[(NH4)Mo7O24·4H2O]电解液中恒电位法聚合,采用-1.5V、200s的条件下在FTO上沉积,电极沉积面积为1.26cm2,电极之间的间隔为0.5cm,然后将沉积完成的MoO3用超纯水冲洗2-3次,并在烘箱中50℃进行烘干,得到含有MoO3的FTO电极
在MoO3基底上电聚合P6ICA:
配制含有0.05mol L-1 6-羧基吲哚和0.1mol L-1四氟化硼四丁基铵(TBATFB)的乙腈溶液作为电化学聚合液二;采取一室三电极体系二进行电聚合,Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,Pt电极为对电极,工作电极为含有MoO3的FTO电极。在含有6-羧基吲哚的电化学聚合液二中,采用恒电位聚合法,在1.5V、20s的条件下,保持聚合电极的面积为1.26cm2,电极之间的间隔0.5cm。将含有6-羧基吲哚的电化学聚合液二在所述含有MoO3的FTO电极上沉积,得到MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料。所述一室三电极体系二的电极的制备同一室三电极体系一。
实施例2MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的电化学性能表征
现对实施例1制备得到的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料进行如下各种电化学表征,首先,对复合材料表征时需要的电解液进行选择,MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料复合材料分别在含有电解质0.1mol L-1四氟化硼四丁基铵(TBATFB)的乙腈有机溶液,在0.1mol L-1NaOH的碱性溶液,在0.1mol L-1H2SO4的酸性溶液,在0.1mol L-1Na2SO4中性溶液中进行电化学循环伏安,阻抗测试等充放电测试等均脱落溶解;最终证明在0.095mol L-1Na2SO4+0.005mol L- 1H2SO4溶液中进行测试可以一直附着在电极上不脱落,有利于电化学性能的稳定;故下面的各种电化学表征的电解液从有机溶液、碱性溶液、酸性溶液或中性溶液中选择了0.095molL-1Na2SO4+0.005mol L-1H2SO4酸性溶液。
2.1主要表征
对材料MoO3及实施例1制备的复合材料MoO3/P6ICA进行电子显微镜(SEM)扫描,扫描结果如图1所示,图1(a),(b)为MoO3的微观形貌,为片状结构。图1(c),(d)为MoO3/P6ICA的微观形貌。根据微观形貌可以看出,制备的MoO3/P6ICA复合材料具有纳米级别的微观形貌,增大了材料的比表面积,增加了电子的传输效率,从而改善电化学性能。
2.2红外光谱表征(FTIR)
对材料MoO3、P6ICA及实施例1制备的复合材料MoO3/P6ICA进行红外光谱扫描,扫描图见图2,图2显示,根据图中P6ICA曲线表明1692cm-1处的强吸收峰为-C=O的特征吸收,1379cm-1为羧基的C-O伸缩振动,2560cm-1处的宽峰值为P6ICA的-OH伸缩振动,768cm-1和835cm-1的吸收峰被认为是1,2,4-三取代苯的C-H平面外振动,3399cm-1和1621cm-1处的强宽峰值为N-H伸缩振动和弯曲振动引起的。MoO3曲线表明大约562、859和996cm-1处为Mo-O-Mo和Mo=O的伸缩模式,在3300cm-1的宽吸收峰为表面吸附的水分子O-H的伸缩振动。复合的曲线具有两种材料的峰,MoO3中Mo-O-Mo和Mo=O的吸收峰均向低波数移动,该吸收峰的变化可能是由于P6ICA与MoO3之间的化学键合。P6ICA中的氮原子可能与MoO3表面的Mo原子形成配位化合物,因此氮原子与Mo原子之间的强离子键或共价键导致了吸收峰的转移。这种化学键合可提高材料的电子传递效率。
2.3材料的电化学表征
对材料MoO3、P6ICA及实施例1制备的复合材料MoO3/P6ICA进行氧化还原扫描,扫描图见图3,图3显示,复合材料MoO3/P6ICA比两个单独材料MoO3、P6ICA的电流密度的积分面积都大得多,说明复合材料的具有更好的储能能力。
2.4循环伏安稳定性表征
对材料P6ICA及实施例1制备的复合材料MoO3/P6ICA进行循环伏安扫描,扫描图见图4,图4(a),(b)分别为P6ICA和MoO3/P6ICA的循环伏安扫描1000圈的稳定性,由图可知,经过1000圈循环后P6ICA仅剩为原来的78.67%,而MoO3/P6ICA仍为原来的95.52%。纳米形貌使减少了氧化还原过程中掺杂离子进出引起的材料膨胀和收缩。同时,MoO3纳米片也为复合材料提供结构支撑。此外,由于MoO3对FTO基底的附着力强,具有良好的化学稳定性,也避免了由于长时间充放电造成的FTO上附着的材料的剥落,从而增加了复合材料的稳定性。
2.5充放电表征
对实施例1制备的复合材料MoO3/P6ICA进行恒电流充放电,充放电图见图5,图5(a)为复合材料在不同电流密度下的恒电流充放电曲线,从图中可以看出恒电流充放电曲线呈现近似三角形,说明其电容特性良好。根据计算图5(b)可计算出在0.05mA cm-2电流密度下的面积比电容高达到了26.08mF cm-1。图5(c)表示1000圈的恒电流充放电稳定性,经过1000圈的恒电流充放电循环后仍为92.7%,与其电化学稳定性相对应,表现出好的循环稳定性。
2.6电致变色表征
图6是复合材料MoO3/P6ICA的透过率曲线图,随着电压的升高,复合材料的透过率逐渐降低,说明该复合材料具有良好的电致变色性能。
图7是复合材料MoO3/P6ICA颜色随电压改变而变化的图片;图7中的透过率表示的也是随着电压-0.2V-0.7V的升高,透过率逐渐降低,随着电压增大,复合材料表现出从浅黄色到棕色逐渐到深棕色的变化,因为图中带有颜色,所以将图7中的从浅黄色到棕色到深棕色的颜色变化修改成黑灰色并用文字来代替;图7的颜色变化表明材料在电压升高的过程中,进行氧化还原反应,电子和掺杂离子不断的插入和抽出,表现出来颜色的变化。
2.7阻抗表征
对材料MoO3、P6ICA及实施例1制备的复合材料MoO3/P6ICA进行抗阻试验,图8为材料MoO3、P6ICA及复合材料MoO3/P6ICA的阻抗比较图,图9为材料MoO3、P6ICA及复合材料MoO3/P6ICA的低阻抗比较放大图。阻抗图中在高频区有一个半圆弧,这代表着在电极与电解液表面上的电荷传输阻抗(Rct),在低频区有一条倾斜的线,这与电解液中的离子在电极中的扩散行为有关(Rw)。从图中看P6ICA有较大的半圆弧,说明在电荷传输上具有较大阻力。MoO3具有好的导电性,复合后MoO3/P6ICA材料也具有保有了其良好的导电性。同时,纳米形貌增大了材料比表面积,这不仅增加了电子传输的效率,而且保证了电极材料的最大利用,材料能够与电解液接触更充分,材料内部能够容纳更多的离子参与氧化还原反应。此外,复合材料中P6ICA作为电子离域的电子供体提供了额外的电子,而且P6ICA与MoO3之间稳定的电子给体-受体对提高了离子扩散和电子传递的效率,使阻抗减小的十分明显。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,将氧化钼(MoO3)作为基底,电聚合聚6-羧基吲哚(P6ICA),形成MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
采用电沉积法制备MoO3基底将符合尺寸规格的FTO导电玻璃超声清洗作为FTO电极,称取四水合钼酸铵[(NH4)Mo7O24·4H2O]于水中溶解,并作为电化学聚合液一;在一室三电极体系一中,FTO电极作为工作电极,采用恒电位聚合法,将[(NH4)Mo7O24·4H2O]电化学聚合液一在FTO上沉积,得到含有MoO3的FTO电极;
在MoO3基底上电聚合P6ICA配制含有6-羧基吲哚和四氟化硼四丁基铵(TBATFB)的乙腈溶液作为电化学聚合液二,在一室三电极体系二中,含有MoO3的FTO电极作为工作电极,采用恒电位聚合法,将含有6-羧基吲哚的电化学聚合液二在所述含有MoO3的FTO电极上沉积,得到MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述采用电沉积法制备MoO3基底中,将符合尺寸规格的FTO导电玻璃,依次用乙醇、丙酮、超纯水超声10min清洗;称取0.088g四水合钼酸铵[(NH4)Mo7O24·4H2O]溶解于5ml水中,超声5min至完全溶解得到电化学聚合液一。
4.如权利要求2所述的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述一室三电极体系一中,将Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,Pt电极作为对电极,工作电极为FTO电极。
5.如权利要求2所述的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述采用电沉积法制备MoO3基底中,恒电位聚合时,采用-1.5V、200s的条件下在FTO上沉积,电极沉积面积为1.26cm2,电极之间的间隔为0.5cm;所述含有MoO3的FTO电极用超纯水冲洗2-3次,并在烘箱中50℃进行烘干。
6.如权利要求2所述的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,在MoO3基底上电聚合P6ICA中,在所述电化学聚合液二制备中,配制含有0.05mol L-1 6-羧基吲哚和0.1mol L-1四氟化硼四丁基铵(TBATFB)的乙腈溶液。
7.如权利要求2所述的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述一室三电极体系二中,Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,Pt电极为对电极,工作电极为含有MoO3的FTO电极;在MoO3基底上电聚合P6ICA中,恒电位聚合时,在1.5V、20s的条件下聚合,保持聚合电极的面积为1.26cm2,电极之间的间隔0.5cm。
8.如权利要求2所述的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述一室三电极体系一、二的制备,先将直径0.5mm Ag丝用砂纸打磨至光滑,直径0.3mm的Pt丝用明火灼烧至红色,然后将Ag丝接入工作电极,Pt丝接入参比电极;在6mol L-1的盐酸溶液中,在恒电位1.5V、100s条件下发生电解,当Ag丝表面生成了均匀的AgCl覆盖层,镀银结束后,将镀银电极Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,Pt电极作为对电极。
9.如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的制备方法制备的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料。
10.超级电容器,其特征在于,所述超级电容器包括电极材料,所述电极材料为MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料,其中,所述MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料由如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的MoO3/P6ICA复合电极材料的制备方法制得。
