and if the card making state is not received in the first time period after the preset time is exceeded, locking the identification information of the card, unlocking the card until the preset leaving time is reached, or inquiring the card making state once at preset time intervals until the card making state is inquired, and sending a card deleting instruction to a gateway corresponding to the room information and unlocking the gateway when the card making state is a successful state.
Optionally, the processing unit 302 is further configured to:
receiving room changing information sent by the foreground client, wherein the room changing information comprises identification information of a room changing card, check-in time and room information of a room to be changed;
sending a card deleting instruction to a gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement according to the identification information of the room replacement card;
and after receiving that the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement is successful, sending the identification information of the room changing card and the check-in time to the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement or after receiving that the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement is failed to delete the card, sending a prompt message for withdrawing the card and using a new card to make the card to the foreground client, locking the identification information of the room changing card until a preset leaving time is reached, unlocking or sending a card deleting instruction to the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement at preset time intervals until the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement is successful.
Optionally, the processing unit 302 is further configured to:
receiving continuous living information sent by the foreground client, wherein the continuous living information comprises identification information of a continuous living card, continuous living time and room information of a continuous living room;
sending a card deleting instruction to a gateway corresponding to the room information of the surviving room;
and after receiving that the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room to be continued is successful, sending the identification information of the card to be continued and the check-in time to the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room to be continued or after receiving that the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room to be continued is failed, sending a prompt message for withdrawing the card and using a new card to make the card to the foreground client, locking the identification information of the card to be continued until preset leaving time is reached, unlocking or sending a card deleting instruction to the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room to be continued at preset time intervals until receiving that the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room to be continued is successful.
Optionally, the processing unit 302 is further configured to:
receiving the room returning information sent by the foreground client, wherein the room returning information comprises identification information of a room returning card and room information of a room returning room;
sending a card deleting instruction to a gateway corresponding to the room information of the room to be returned;
when a card deleting state sent by a gateway corresponding to the room information of the room returning room is received and the card deleting state is successful, sending prompt information of successful card deleting to the foreground client;
and locking the identification information of the card continuing until the card is unlocked after reaching preset leaving time or sending a card deleting instruction to the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room retreating at preset time intervals until the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room retreating is received and is successful in card deleting.
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computing device, including:
a memory for storing program instructions;
and the processor is used for calling the program instructions stored in the memory and executing the remote card issuing method based on the intelligent hotel according to the obtained program.

Claims (10)

1. A remote card issuing method based on a smart hotel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the cloud platform acquires card making information sent by a foreground client, wherein the card making information comprises identification information of a card, check-in time and room information;
the cloud platform determines a gateway corresponding to the room information according to the room information; sending the identification information of the card and the check-in time to a gateway corresponding to the room information, so that the gateway sends the identification information of the card and the check-in time to an intelligent door lock of a room corresponding to the room information for storage;
the cloud platform acquires a card making state sent by a gateway corresponding to the room information, wherein the card making state is a feedback state of whether the intelligent door lock stores the identification information of the card and the check-in time is successful or not;
and the cloud platform sends prompt information to the foreground client according to the card making state so that the foreground client displays the prompt information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the cloud platform sending a prompt message to the foreground client according to the card-making status comprises:
if the cloud platform receives the card making state within the preset time and the card making state is a successful state, sending a prompt message of successful card making to the foreground client;
if the cloud platform receives the card making state within the preset time and the card making state is a failure state, sending a prompt message of card changing retry to the foreground client, and sending a prompt message of house changing to the foreground client when the card making state received by the continuous preset times is determined to be the failure state;
if the cloud platform does not receive the card making state within the preset time, sending a prompt message of card changing retry to the foreground client, and sending a prompt message of house changing to the foreground client when determining that the card making state is not received for the continuous preset times;
if the cloud platform receives the card making state after the preset time and the card making state is a successful state, the cloud platform sends a card deleting instruction to a gateway corresponding to the room information so that the intelligent door lock deletes the identification information of the card and the check-in time;
if the cloud platform does not receive the card making state within a first time period after the preset time is exceeded, locking the identification information of the card, and unlocking the card until the preset leaving time is reached or inquiring the card making state once at preset time intervals until the card making state is inquired and the card making state is a successful state, and sending a card deleting instruction to a gateway corresponding to the room information and unlocking the gateway.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the cloud platform receives room changing information sent by the foreground client, wherein the room changing information comprises identification information of a room changing card, check-in time and room information of a room to be changed;
the cloud platform sends a card deleting instruction to a gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement according to the identification information of the room changing card;
and after receiving that the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement is successful, the cloud platform sends the identification information of the room changing card and the check-in time to the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement or after receiving that the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement is failed, sends prompt information for withdrawing the card and using a new card to make the card to the foreground client, locks the identification information of the room changing card until unlocking is carried out after reaching preset leaving time or sends a card deleting instruction to the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement at preset time intervals until the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information before replacement is successful.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the cloud platform receives the continuous living information sent by the foreground client, wherein the continuous living information comprises identification information of a continuous living card, continuous living time and room information of a continuous living room;
the cloud platform sends a card deleting instruction to a gateway corresponding to the room information of the surviving room;
and after receiving that the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the surviving room is successful, the cloud platform sends the identification information of the surviving card and the check-in time to the gateway corresponding to the room information of the surviving room or after receiving that the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the surviving room is failed to delete the card, sends prompt information for withdrawing the card and using a new card to make the card to the foreground client, locks the identification information of the surviving card until unlocking is achieved after the preset leaving time is reached or a card deleting instruction is sent to the gateway corresponding to the room information of the surviving room at preset time intervals until the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the surviving room is successful.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
the cloud platform receives the room returning information sent by the foreground client, wherein the room returning information comprises identification information of a room returning card and room information of a room returning room;
the cloud platform sends a card deleting instruction to a gateway corresponding to the room information of the room to be returned;
when receiving a card deletion state sent by a gateway corresponding to the room information of the room returning room and the card deletion state is successful, the cloud platform sends prompt information of successful card deletion to the foreground client;
and when the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room returning room is determined not to be received within a first time period or the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room returning room is received and the card deleting state is the card deleting failure, the cloud platform locks the identification information of the card continuing until the card is unlocked after the preset leaving time is reached or a card deleting instruction is sent to the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room returning room at preset time intervals until the card deleting state sent by the gateway corresponding to the room information of the room returning room is received and is the card deleting success.

a processor for calling program instructions stored in said memory to execute the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 in accordance with the obtained program.
