the information query module 504 is configured to generate a data query request according to the barcode identifier, where the data query request carries the barcode identifier, send the data query request to the server, and trigger the server to return target production information corresponding to the barcode identifier; the server is used for storing bar code information corresponding to the bar codes attached to the products; the bar code information comprises production information and bar code identification of the product;
and the yield counting module 506 is configured to generate and send a number registration instruction to the server when the target production information is received, so that the server receives the number registration instruction, and starts a preset first counter to perform a counting operation according to the number registration instruction.
It should be noted that the yield statistical apparatus and the yield statistical method of the present application correspond to each other one to one, and the technical features and the advantages thereof described in the embodiments of the yield statistical method are all applicable to the embodiments of the yield statistical apparatus, and specific contents thereof can be referred to the description in the embodiments of the method of the present application, which is not described herein again, and thus, the disclosure is hereby made.
Furthermore, the modules in the yield statistic device can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used to store data generated during the production statistics. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a yield statistics method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
scanning a bar code on a product to be counted to obtain a bar code identification of the bar code;
generating a data query request according to the bar code identification, wherein the data query request carries the bar code identification, sending the data query request to the server, and triggering the server to return target production information corresponding to the bar code identification; the server is used for storing bar code information corresponding to bar codes attached to products; the bar code information comprises production information and bar code identification of the product;
and when the target production information is received, generating and sending a frequency registration instruction to the server so that the server receives the frequency registration instruction, and starting a preset first counter to perform counting operation according to the frequency registration instruction.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
scanning a bar code on a product to be counted to obtain a bar code identification of the bar code;
generating a data query request according to the bar code identification, wherein the data query request carries the bar code identification, sending the data query request to the server, and triggering the server to return target production information corresponding to the bar code identification; the server is used for storing bar code information corresponding to bar codes attached to products; the bar code information comprises production information and bar code identification of the product;
and when the target production information is received, generating and sending a frequency registration instruction to the server so that the server receives the frequency registration instruction, and starting a preset first counter to perform counting operation according to the frequency registration instruction.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A yield statistics system, the system comprising: a yield statistic device and a server, which are connected through a network, wherein,
the server is used for storing bar code information corresponding to bar codes attached to products; the bar code information comprises production information and bar code identification of the product;
the yield counting equipment is used for scanning a bar code on a product to be counted, acquiring a bar code identifier of the bar code, generating a data query request according to the bar code identifier, sending the data query request to the server, and triggering the server to return target production information corresponding to the bar code identifier; when the target production information is received, generating and sending a frequency registration instruction to the server;
and the server is also used for receiving the times registration instruction and starting a preset first counter to perform counting operation according to the times registration instruction.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the production statistics device is further configured to generate and send an invalid product registration instruction to the server when the target production information corresponding to the barcode identifier is not received;
and the server is also used for receiving the invalid product registration instruction and starting a preset second counter to perform counting operation according to the invalid product registration instruction.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the production statistics device is further configured to send out warning information when the target production information corresponding to the barcode identifier is not received; the early warning information is used for instructing production personnel to remove the product of which the target production information is not found.
4. The system according to claim 1, wherein the production statistics device is further configured to, upon receiving the target production information, obtain a device identifier and time information of the production statistics device, and send the device identifier and the time information to the server;
the server is further used for associating and storing the device identification and the time information with the target production information.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the yield statistic device is further configured to scan a barcode on a product, obtain production information of the product, generate a data query request according to the production information, send the data query request to the server, and query target production information corresponding to the production information from the server.
6. The system according to claim 1, wherein the production statistics apparatus comprises a support mechanism, a material taking mechanism, a scanning mechanism and a control mechanism, the support mechanism has a product placement station for placing a stack of products, the material taking mechanism is movably disposed on the support mechanism for taking out the products from the product placement station, the scanning mechanism is disposed on the support mechanism for scanning bar code information attached to the products obtained by the material taking mechanism, and the control mechanism is electrically connected to the material taking mechanism and the scanning mechanism.
7. A method of yield statistics, the method comprising:
scanning a bar code on a product to be counted to obtain a bar code identification of the bar code;
generating a data query request according to the bar code identification, wherein the data query request carries the bar code identification, sending the data query request to the server, and triggering the server to return target production information corresponding to the bar code identification; the server is used for storing bar code information corresponding to bar codes attached to products; the bar code information comprises production information and bar code identification of the product;
and when the target production information is received, generating and sending a frequency registration instruction to the server so that the server receives the frequency registration instruction, and starting a preset first counter to perform counting operation according to the frequency registration instruction.
8. A yield statistics apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the identification acquisition module is used for scanning the bar code on the product to be counted and acquiring the bar code identification of the bar code;
the information query module is used for generating a data query request according to the bar code identifier, sending the data query request to the server and triggering the server to return target production information corresponding to the bar code identifier; the server is used for storing bar code information corresponding to bar codes attached to products; the bar code information comprises production information and bar code identification of the product;
and the yield counting module is used for generating and sending a frequency registration instruction to the server when the target production information is received, so that the server receives the frequency registration instruction and starts a preset first counter to count according to the frequency registration instruction.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor realizes the steps of the method as claimed in claim 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method as claimed in claim 7.
