Claims (10)

1. A method for determining the reason for the black screen of a display is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the player is detected to play a video, carrying out snapshot on a display picture of the display at preset time intervals;
judging whether the display is in a black screen or not according to the picture obtained by the snapshot;
when the display generates a black screen, acquiring a log file of the player in a set range by taking black screen generation time as a reference, wherein the black screen generation time is determined according to time corresponding to the picture obtained by the snapshot;
and determining the reason for the black screen of the display according to the log file.
2. The method for determining the reason for the black screen of the display according to claim 1, wherein the detecting that the player plays the video comprises:
acquiring system log information;
matching the system log information with the keyword information of the player in real time;
and when the matching is successful, judging that the player is detected to play the video.
3. The method for determining the reason for the black screen of the display according to claim 2, further comprising:
and synchronously capturing player log information when the player is detected to play the video.
4. The method for determining the reason for the black screen of the display according to claim 3, further comprising:
running a first thread to store the player log information in real time;
and running a second thread to carry out snapshot on the display picture of the display at preset time intervals.
5. The method for determining the reason for the display black screen as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of running the first thread to store the player log information in real time comprises:
and storing the player log information in a storage file of a preset storage path in real time, wherein the type of the storage file is a text file, and the storage file is named according to system time.
6. The method for determining the reason for the black screen of the display according to claim 5, further comprising:
detecting the size of the storage file in real time;
and when the size of the storage file exceeds a preset threshold value, deleting the storage file, and storing the player log information into a new file.
7. The method for determining the reason for the black screen of the display according to claim 6, further comprising:
and when the size of the storage file does not exceed a preset threshold value, continuously storing the player log information into the storage file.
8. The method for determining the reason for the black screen of the display as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the black screen of the display occurs according to the picture obtained from the snapshot comprises:
detecting a designated area of a picture obtained by the snapshot;
and in the appointed area, judging whether the screen blacking occurs or not according to whether gray values of pixel points of preset areas are smaller than an appointed gray threshold value or not.
9. An apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a program for determining a cause of a display black screen stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the program for determining a cause of a display black screen implementing the steps of the method for determining a cause of a display black screen according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a program for determining a cause of a display black screen, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for determining a cause of a display black screen according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
