Abstract
The invention discloses a remote calibration device and method for an alternating current charging pile, and belongs to the technical field of electric energy metering. The device of the invention comprises: the sampling module is used for collecting voltage/current signals in the charging process of the alternating-current charging pile to be tested and transmitting the voltage/current signals to the sampling CPU; the sampling CPU receives the voltage/current signals collected by the sampling module, performs electric energy integration on the voltage/current signals to obtain an electric energy value, and outputs standard electric energy meter pulses according to the electric energy value and preset turns; the verification module is used for acquiring the pulse number of the standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile, comparing the pulse number of the standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of the to-be-detected meter to obtain an error value, verifying the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile according to the error value and obtaining a verification result. The device adopts an integrated design, has light weight, occupies small area, is light in weight, is more portable and has higher precision compared with the prior art.

At present, electric automobile charging piles are listed in a catalogue of a metering device which is forcibly verified by a market supervision and management bureau, the requirement is listed in the catalogue of the metering device with a V (forcible verification) supervision mode, forcible verification is accepted in use, the charging piles serve as a new comprehensive industry, a plurality of new requirements are provided for metering and verification work, after a gun is designed, a current point is automatically selected by equipment according to a flow, metering parameters are automatically collected, errors are calculated, and a measuring result is uploaded to an integrated verification device of a management background in a wireless mode.

the verification module is used for acquiring the pulse number of the standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile, comparing the pulse number of the standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile to obtain an error value, verifying the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile according to the error value and obtaining a verification result.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a calibration module, where the calibration module includes:
the satellite time service unit is used for acquiring the satellite time service time of the alternating-current charging pile to be tested;
the temperature and humidity measuring unit is used for acquiring the temperature and humidity value of the alternating-current charging pile to be measured;
the main control CPU receives the IPAD instruction, reads an error value and an electric energy value determined by the sampling CPU, the satellite time service time of the alternating current charging pile and the temperature and humidity value of the alternating current charging pile, generates calibration data in a standard format by using the error value and the electric energy value determined by the sampling CPU, the satellite time service time of the alternating current charging pile and the temperature and humidity value of the alternating current charging pile, and transmits the calibration data to the IPAD unit;
the programmable load unit is used for loading the alternating current charging pile load to be tested;
and the IPAD unit outputs an IPAD command to be transmitted to the main control CPU, and calibrates the verification result according to the calibration data.
Optionally, the device further includes an isolation unit, where the isolation unit is configured to isolate interference signals other than the voltage/current signals when the sampling module collects the voltage/current signals.
Optionally, the sampling module includes: a three-phase voltage signal sampling circuit and a three-phase current signal sampling circuit;
the three-phase voltage signal sampling circuit comprises a three-phase voltage interface and three voltage signal sampling circuits, wherein each phase voltage interface is connected with one voltage signal sampling circuit;
the three-phase current signal sampling circuit comprises a three-phase current interface and three current signal sampling circuits, wherein each phase current interface is connected with one current signal sampling circuit.
Optionally, the device further comprises a cloud platform, and the cloud platform is used for storing the verification result and the calibration result and managing the device.
Optionally, the verification module comprises:
the standard meter pulse output circuit acquires the standard meter pulse number output by the sampling CPU and transmits the standard meter pulse number to the error meter;
the device comprises a detected meter pulse input circuit, a voltage detection circuit and an error meter, wherein the detected meter acquires the output pulse number of the detected meter of the alternating current charging pile to be detected and transmits the output pulse number to the error meter;

the sampling module is connected with the alternating current charging pile to be tested, the alternating current charging pile to be tested is in a charging state of a charging automobile, voltage/current signals in the charging process of the alternating current charging pile to be tested are collected, and the voltage/current signals are transmitted to the sampling CPU;
the sampling CPU receives the voltage/current signals collected by the sampling module, performs electric energy integration on the voltage/current signals to obtain an electric energy value, and outputs standard electric energy meter pulses according to the electric energy value and preset turns;
the verification module is used for acquiring the pulse number of the standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile, comparing the pulse number of the standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile to obtain an error value, verifying the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile according to the error value and obtaining a verification result.
And the isolation unit is used for isolating interference signals except the voltage/current signals when the sampling module collects the voltage/current signals.
And the cloud platform is used for storing the verification result and the calibration result and managing the device.
A calibration module, the calibration module comprising:
the satellite time service unit is used for acquiring the satellite time service time of the alternating-current charging pile to be tested;
the temperature and humidity measuring unit is used for acquiring the temperature and humidity value of the alternating-current charging pile to be measured;
the main control CPU receives the IPAD instruction, reads an error value and an electric energy value determined by the sampling CPU, the satellite time service time of the alternating current charging pile and the temperature and humidity value of the alternating current charging pile, generates calibration data in a standard format by using the error value and the electric energy value determined by the sampling CPU, the satellite time service time of the alternating current charging pile and the temperature and humidity value of the alternating current charging pile, and transmits the calibration data to the IPAD unit;
and the IPAD unit outputs an IPAD command to be transmitted to the main control CPU, and calibrates the verification result according to the calibration data.
A sampling module, comprising: a three-phase voltage signal sampling circuit and a three-phase current signal sampling circuit;
the three-phase voltage signal sampling circuit comprises a three-phase voltage interface and three voltage signal sampling circuits, wherein each phase voltage interface is connected with one voltage signal sampling circuit;
the three-phase current signal sampling circuit comprises a three-phase current interface and three current signal sampling circuits, wherein each phase current interface is connected with one current signal sampling circuit.
A certification module comprising:
the standard meter pulse output circuit acquires the standard meter pulse number output by the sampling CPU and transmits the standard meter pulse number to the error meter;
the device comprises a detected meter pulse input circuit, a voltage detection circuit and an error meter, wherein the detected meter acquires the output pulse number of the detected meter of the alternating current charging pile to be detected and transmits the output pulse number to the error meter;
and the error meter compares the pulse number of the standard meter with the pulse number of the standard meter to obtain an error value.
The device is an integrated device.
The device shell is an aluminum grinding tool case.
The communication of the device is carried out by converting RS485 into wifi and RJ 45.

the method comprises the steps of collecting the pulse number of a standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of a to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile, comparing the pulse number of the standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile to obtain an error value, detecting the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile according to the error value and obtaining a detection result.

Claims (10)
1. A remote verification device for an ac charging post, the device comprising:
the sampling module is connected with the alternating current charging pile to be tested, the alternating current charging pile to be tested is in a charging state of a charging automobile, voltage/current signals in the charging process of the alternating current charging pile to be tested are collected, and the voltage/current signals are transmitted to the sampling CPU;
the sampling CPU receives the voltage/current signals collected by the sampling module, performs electric energy integration on the voltage/current signals to obtain an electric energy value, and outputs standard electric energy meter pulses according to the electric energy value and preset turns;
the verification module is used for acquiring the pulse number of the standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile, comparing the pulse number of the standard electric energy meter and the pulse number of the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile to obtain an error value, verifying the to-be-detected alternating-current charging pile according to the error value and obtaining a verification result.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising, a calibration module, the calibration module comprising:
the satellite time service unit is used for acquiring the satellite time service time of the alternating-current charging pile to be tested;
the temperature and humidity measuring unit is used for acquiring the temperature and humidity value of the alternating-current charging pile to be measured;
the main control CPU receives the IPAD instruction, reads an error value and an electric energy value determined by the sampling CPU, the satellite time service time of the alternating current charging pile and the temperature and humidity value of the alternating current charging pile, generates calibration data in a standard format by using the error value and the electric energy value determined by the sampling CPU, the satellite time service time of the alternating current charging pile and the temperature and humidity value of the alternating current charging pile, and transmits the calibration data to the IPAD unit;
and the IPAD unit outputs an IPAD command to be transmitted to the main control CPU, and calibrates the verification result according to the calibration data.
3. The device of claim 1, further comprising an isolation unit, wherein the isolation unit is configured to isolate interference signals other than the voltage/current signals when the sampling module collects the voltage/current signals.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, the sampling module, comprising: a three-phase voltage signal sampling circuit and a three-phase current signal sampling circuit;
the three-phase voltage signal sampling circuit comprises a three-phase voltage interface and three voltage signal sampling circuits, wherein each phase voltage interface is connected with one voltage signal sampling circuit;
the three-phase current signal sampling circuit comprises a three-phase current interface and three current signal sampling circuits, wherein each phase current interface is connected with one current signal sampling circuit.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a cloud platform for storing verification and calibration results and managing the apparatus.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, the assay module, comprising:
the standard meter pulse output circuit acquires the standard meter pulse number output by the sampling CPU and transmits the standard meter pulse number to the error meter;
the device comprises a detected meter pulse input circuit, a voltage detection circuit and an error meter, wherein the detected meter acquires the output pulse number of the detected meter of the alternating current charging pile to be detected and transmits the output pulse number to the error meter;
