Abstract
The invention discloses a wedge type one-way clutch which comprises an outer ring, an inner ring, a strip-shaped spring ring, a first retainer, a second retainer and a plurality of wedges, wherein the inner ring is coaxially arranged in the outer ring; the band-shaped spring ring is installed between the first retainer and the second retainer, and applies a pre-tightening force to the plurality of wedges in the clamping direction. The wedge type one-way clutch provided by the invention can facilitate the installation and fixation of the wedge, improves the positioning accuracy, and has the advantages of simple integral processing technology and low cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to a wedge type one-way clutch.
Background
Clutches are widely used as important parts of mechanical transmission, and the requirements of automatic engagement and disengagement are mainly achieved by changing the relative motion speed or changing the rotation direction of a driving part and a driven part.
The one-way clutch belongs to an important branch of clutches and comprises an engaged type and a friction type, wherein the friction type one-way clutch comprises a roller type one-way clutch, a wedge type one-way clutch and a spring type one-way clutch. The existing wedge type one-way clutch mainly comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, a wedge, a retainer, a spring and other parts, and has the characteristics of large bearing capacity, light weight and compact structure. However, in the existing block type one-way clutch, a retainer is usually arranged between an inner ring and an outer ring to install a fixed wedge, and the problem of complex manufacturing process exists during production and assembly; meanwhile, the existing wedge type one-way clutch has the problem of poor action precision when in use, and has certain limitation.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a novel wedge type one-way clutch, so as to solve the problems of the prior art that the processing difficulty is large and the operation precision is low.

a wedge type one-way clutch comprises an outer ring, an inner ring, a belt-shaped spring ring, a first retainer, a second retainer and a plurality of wedges, wherein the inner ring is coaxially arranged in the outer ring, a plurality of first retaining holes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the first retainer, a plurality of second retaining holes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the second retainer, the wedges are uniformly distributed in the first retaining holes and the second retaining holes, the outer end surfaces of the wedges are abutted against the inner side wall of the outer ring, and the inner end surfaces of the wedges are abutted against the outer side wall of the inner ring; the band-shaped spring ring is installed between the first retainer and the second retainer, and applies a pre-tightening force to the plurality of wedges in the clamping direction.

In this embodiment, the difference between the inner diameter of the outer ring 1 and the outer diameter of the inner ring 2 is smaller than the height of the wedge 6, so as to improve the reliability of the product.
In this embodiment, the outer ring 1 is circumferentially provided with a plurality of connecting holes 11, which facilitates the installation and connection of the product.
