Description

Construction method of waterproof coiled material
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a waterproof coiled material.
Background
In recent years, environmental problems are increasingly highlighted, and various pollutants are discharged and suspended in the atmosphere in the form of fine particles through a series of physical and chemical processes, so that when the surface of a material is exposed outdoors, harmful substances in the air are easily adsorbed due to electrostatic action, the attractiveness of the material is affected, and the health of people is threatened. For example, Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing membrane is widely used for constructing a roof waterproofing system as one of the most important building waterproofing materials at present, and when the TPO waterproofing membrane is used outdoors, a large amount of dust and other pollutants are often adsorbed due to the fact that the traditional TPO waterproofing membrane has no self-cleaning function.
The current solution to the above problem is to apply a self-cleaning coating on the surface of the material to form a self-cleaning surface. Generally, a self-cleaning surface refers to a surface on which contaminants or dust on the surface can automatically fall off or be degraded under the action of gravity or external force such as rain or wind. After the self-cleaning material is coated to form a self-cleaning surface, the surface of the material can be kept clean under natural conditions without manual cleaning, so that the cleaning cost and the labor intensity of workers are greatly reduced, and the potential safety hazard caused by manual cleaning is reduced. At present, more self-cleaning materials are researched, have building, pipeline transportation, traffic and the like related to industrial production, and show wide application prospects.
However, most of self-cleaning materials in the prior art, such as self-cleaning TPO waterproof rolls, have self-cleaning layers coated on the surfaces before leaving factories, so that the phenomena of partial abrasion and damage of the self-cleaning layers on the surfaces exist in the transportation and construction processes of the materials, the self-cleaning effect of the surfaces is reduced, and even the self-cleaning effect is lost.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a construction method of a waterproof roll, which greatly improves the stain resistance of the waterproof roll, avoids the damage of objective factors to a self-cleaning layer of the waterproof roll, and effectively solves the problem that the traditional waterproof roll is difficult to clean after being exposed outdoors for a long time.

Preferably, the self-cleaning material is a liquid containing silicon and/or fluorine.
Preferably, the material of the waterproof coiled material is thermoplastic polyolefin.
Preferably, the base layer is a steel plate, concrete, cement mortar or wood board.
Specifically, the steps specifically include:
1) preparing a base layer: leveling and cleaning the base layer;
2) laying an isolation layer: paving a release material on the surface of the base layer which is made of hard material and is rougher;
3) laying a heat insulation layer: constructing by using a mechanical fixing method, keeping the fixing gasket of the heat-insulating layer flush with the surface of the heat-insulating plate, and vertically fixing the fixing piece on the stress layer and at least embedding the fixing piece into the base layer by 20 mm; if the base layer is a steel plate, the fixing piece penetrates through the steel plate by 25 mm; if the base layer is made of concrete, the fixing piece is embedded into the concrete base layer by 30 mm;
4) laying an isolation layer again: carrying out the operation of the step 2) again;
5) laying and fixing the waterproof roll: fixing the waterproof roll by selecting point fixing or linear fixing;
6) detail processing and closing processing;
7) spraying a self-cleaning material: uniformly spraying the self-cleaning material on the surface of the waterproof coiled material for 2-3 times, wherein each kilogram of the self-cleaning material is sprayed for 10-30 square meters;
8) checking and accepting.
Preferably, the leveling of the substrate in step 1) is performed so as to keep the substrate at an angle of 15 ° or more with respect to the horizontal plane.
Preferably, the isolation material in the step 2) and the step 4) is made of a material which is compatible with the waterproof coiled material and is soft.
More preferably, the barrier material is a polyethylene vapour barrier film of 0.3mm thickness.
Preferably, the waterproof roll material in the step 5) is fixedly installed by adopting a special fixing piece, and the waterproof layer cannot be temporarily fixed by adopting an electric welding mode in the construction.
