Description

Wrapping paper and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of papermaking, and particularly relates to packaging paper and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In food packaging paper processing, in order to achieve the purpose of separating contents from paper, a material with a separating effect is generally required to be bonded on the surface of raw paper. For example, wrapping paper used for paper cups, lunch boxes, paper bowls/buckets for food, cold-can roof bags (pasteurized milk packages), etc. usually requires Polyethylene (PE) film coating treatment on the surface of the base paper; in liquid packaging paper and hot-can roof packaging paper used for milk/beverage and the like, a PE film is generally coated on the surface of base paper, and then aluminum foil is compounded. In any processing, the surface of the raw paper of the food packaging paper needs to be bonded with a PE material, the bonding strength between PE and the paper needs to be high enough, otherwise, PE film delamination is easy to occur, and the leakage of contents in food packaging is caused.
PE bonding of paper, usually PE in a molten state, is applied directly to the paper surface. One of the necessary prerequisites for achieving good adhesion of PE to the paper surface is to achieve uniform spreading of the molten PE on the paper surface, which requires that the paper surface have as high a surface energy as possible. However, due to the functional requirements of food packaging paper, a relatively large amount of functional chemicals is usually required in the processing process, which usually includes some substances with low surface energy, resulting in a lower surface energy of the paper-forming surface (especially the side without coating layer), and thus a low adhesion strength of the paper surface to PE.
