Description

System and method for treating and recycling tail water of aquaculture pond
Technical Field
The invention relates to a system and a method for treating and recycling aquaculture tail water.
Background
In recent years, the demand of aquatic products in China is increased year by year, the scale of aquaculture is also gradually enlarged, but the traditional culture mode with large discharge and amplification still occupies a leading position, the discharge amount of culture tail water is increased year by year, so that the concentrations of organic matters and inorganic phosphorus in offshore areas are obviously increased, inorganic nitrogen generally exceeds the standard, and the ecological environment of water areas is continuously deteriorated. Therefore, the treatment and the reutilization of the aquaculture tail water become key links for researching the sustainable development of aquaculture. At present, a great deal of technical research and application are developed in the field of aquaculture tail water treatment at home and abroad, and the technology can be mainly divided into a physical treatment technology, a chemical treatment technology and a biological treatment technology. The physical treatment technology mainly comprises mechanical filtration and foam separation treatment technology; in the aspect of chemical treatment, besides using chemical agents such as formaldehyde, chlorine-containing disinfectants, quicklime, flocculating agents and the like, ozone is increasingly commonly applied to tail water treatment due to the characteristics of strong oxidizing property, high possibility of decomposition and no residue; the technical means of biological treatment comprise aquatic plants, aquatic animals, constructed wetlands, microorganism purification and the like. Wherein, the microbial purification technology applying composite microbial ecological preparation products such as photosynthetic bacteria, bacillus, 'probiotic' bacteria, EM bacteria and the like is the most common means for treating the culture tail water.
Combining different treatment technologies, the current aquaculture tail water treatment modes comprise pond purification, facility purification, wetland purification and the like. The treatment effect of pond purification is influenced by the filter filler, the filler needs to be cleaned and replaced regularly, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed; the content of facility purification technology is higher, the treatment effect is obvious, the occupied area is small and the like, and the defects are that the cost is higher and the application in practical production is less; compared with the prior art, the artificial wetland has the advantages of good treatment effect, low cost, low energy consumption, good ecological benefit and the like, the purification effect is related to the wetland type, the filler thickness, the filler type, the plant type and the plant quantity, the dirt-removing capacity is limited, overload operation can occur when a large amount of culture tail water is treated, the treatment effect is difficult to guarantee, and the influence of climate is great, and the local adjustment is needed.
Although the research on the existing aquaculture tail water treatment technology has been greatly developed, in the current aquaculture production practice, many farmers and production enterprises usually only pay attention to economic benefits, the environmental protection consciousness is weak, and a set of complete tail water treatment facilities is lacked. Therefore, the development of a tail water treatment process with high efficiency, low consumption and low cost becomes a key point and a breakthrough for solving the problems of tail water discharge, water resource waste and the like of pond culture in China.

The collected tail water sediment returns to the drainage sand well again, and the organic wastes can be changed into valuables through a series of ways such as fermentation, composting and processing after separation, so that resource recycling is realized, and the method has high ecological benefit. In the last chemical treatment process, the tail water which reaches the standard of aquaculture water after treatment is recycled, so that the problem of shortage of water resources in China is solved, and the sustainable development strategy of aquaculture is met.
