When the upper pressing frame 120 rotates to move the free end of the upper pressing frame 120 downward, i.e., the horizontal plate downward, the left side plate, the right side plate, and the horizontal plate are respectively located at the left, right, and front of the film wrapping conveying belt 110, i.e., the upper pressing frame 120 can be sleeved on the front end of the film wrapping conveying belt 110. The upper pressing frame 120 has a symmetrical structure, so that the upper pressing frame is balanced in stress and high in structural strength. Similarly, the lower press frame 130 may have the same or similar structure as the upper press frame 120.
It can also be understood that the upper pressing frame 120 and the lower pressing frame 130 are both U-shaped, the open end of the upper pressing frame 120 is hinged to the frame 100, the open end of the lower pressing frame 130 is also hinged to the frame 100, the upper pressing frame 120 and the lower pressing frame 130 can be sleeved on the front end of the film wrapping conveying belt 110, and when the upper half film and the lower half film clamp the pallet to enter the film wrapping conveying belt 110, the upper pressing frame 120 and the lower pressing frame 130 are combined immediately, so that the film wrapping of the pallet is completed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the driving mechanism includes a rotating shaft 600 disposed on the frame 100, the rotating shaft 600 is provided with a first connecting rod 610 and a second connecting rod 620, the first connecting rod 610 and the second connecting rod 620 are parallel to each other, the first connecting rod 610 is hinged to a third connecting rod 611, the third connecting rod 611 is hinged to the upper pressing frame 120, the second connecting rod 620 is hinged to a fourth connecting rod 621, and the fourth connecting rod 621 is hinged to the lower pressing frame 130.
When the rotating shaft 600 rotates, the first link 610 and the second link 620 are driven to rotate, and the first link 610 and the second link 620 drive the upper pressing frame 120 and the lower pressing frame 500 to rotate through the third link 611 and the fourth link 621, respectively. Since the first link 610 and the second link 620 are parallel to each other, the rotation directions of the upper frame 120 and the lower frame 500 are opposite, that is, the upper frame 120 and the lower frame 500 are opened or closed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the driving mechanism further includes a cylinder 700 disposed on the frame 100, a fifth connecting rod 630 is further disposed on the rotating shaft 600, and a piston rod of the cylinder 700 is hinged to the fifth connecting rod 630. The cylinder 700 drives the shaft 600 to rotate back and forth around its central axis through the fifth link 630, and the cylinder 700 itself drives the shaft to move back and forth or back and forth, which is most suitable for this purpose.
Specifically, two first links 610, two second links 620, two third links 611, and two fourth links 621 are provided. A first link 610, a second link 620, a third link 611, and a fourth link 621 are located to the left of the lower pressure frame 130; the other first link 610, the other second link 620, the other third link 611 and the other fourth link 621 are located at the right side of the lower pressure frame 130, such arrangement can make the left and right sides of the upper pressure frame 120 and the lower pressure frame 130 stressed in a balanced manner, avoid the upper pressure frame 120 and the lower pressure frame 130 from deforming, and prolong the service life of the upper pressure frame 120 and the lower pressure frame 130.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the frame 100 is further provided with a feeding conveyer belt 140, and the feeding conveyer belt 140 and the film wrapping conveyer belt 110 are arranged in the front-back direction. The tray containing fresh food can be directly put on the feeding conveyer belt 140, then the tray is fed between the upper half film and the lower half film through the feeding conveyer belt 140 and falls on the film wrapping conveyer belt 110, and the feeding conveyer belt 140 can conveniently put the tray.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the feeding conveyer belt 140 is provided above and below with an upper guide plate 141 and a lower guide plate 142, respectively, and the upper guide plate 141 and the lower guide plate 142 can guide the upper half film and the lower half film to pass above and below the feeding conveyer belt 140, respectively. The upper and lower film halves are as if the upper and lower film halves were wrapped around the feeding conveyor 140, i.e., the upper and lower film halves are wrapped around the pallet, so that the pallet is already sandwiched between the upper and lower film halves when it is transferred to the wrapping conveyor 110.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the unwinding roll 210 and the rotating roll 220 are both disposed at the left side of the feeding conveyor belt 140 and are both parallel to the conveying direction of the feeding conveyor belt 140, the front side surface of the upper guide plate 141 and the front side surface of the lower guide plate 142 form an acute angle with the conveying direction of the feeding conveyor belt 140, and the front side surface of the upper guide plate 141 and the front side surface of the lower guide plate 142 can respectively abut against the upper half film and the lower half film, so that the conveying direction of the upper half film and the lower half film is the same as the conveying direction of the feeding conveyor belt 140.
The upper half film and the lower half film pass above and below the feeding conveyer belt 140, respectively, and when a tray is placed on the feeding conveyer belt 140, the tray is already positioned between the upper half film and the lower half film. Because the front side of the upper guide plate 141 and the front side of the lower guide plate 142 form an acute angle with the conveying direction of the feeding conveyor belt 140, that is, the front of the front side of the upper guide plate 141 is a vacant area, a tray can be conveniently and directly placed in the vacant area. Because the membrane is folded in half to form the part between the upper half membrane and the lower half membrane, the connection part of the upper half membrane and the lower half membrane is a sealing area. Since the unwinding roll 210 and the rotating roll 220 are both disposed at the left of the feeding conveyor belt 140, the sealing area of the film released from the unwinding roll 210 faces the front of the feeding conveyor belt 140, and since the front side of the upper guide plate 141 and the front side of the lower guide plate 142 form an acute angle with the conveying direction of the feeding conveyor belt 140, the upper half film changes the conveying direction of the upper half film by reversing the inner side and the outer side in the area of the upper guide plate 141, and the lower half film changes the conveying direction of the upper half film by reversing the inner side and the outer side in the area of the lower guide plate 142.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the unwinding mechanism 200 further includes a supporting rod 230, two sliding slots 150 are disposed on the frame 100, the two sliding slots 150 are parallel to each other, the sliding slots 150 and the unwinding reel 210 are located on the same plane, a third elastic member is disposed in one end of each of the two sliding slots 150 far away from the unwinding reel 210, and two ends of the supporting rod 230 are slidably mounted in the two sliding slots 150 and abut against the third elastic member.
Since the chute 150 and the unwinding reel 210 are located on the same plane, that is, the length direction of the chute 150 is perpendicular to the length direction of the unwinding reel 210, the third elastic member pushes the supporting rod 230 toward the unwinding reel 210. When the rolled film is placed on the unwinding roll 210, the third elastic member drives the supporting rod 230 to press on the rolled film, so that the film is pressed, and resistance is provided to the release of the film, so that the film released by the film is kept in a tensioned state. The third elastic member may be a spring.
With further reference to fig. 4, the film drawing mechanism 300 includes a motor and a driven wheel 320 disposed on the frame 100, the motor is provided with a driving wheel 310 engaged with the driven wheel 320, and the driving wheel 310 and the driven wheel 320 are disposed at the right side of the film wrapping conveying belt 110 and can simultaneously clamp and drive the upper half film and the lower half film. The motor drives the driving wheel 310 and the driven wheel 320 to rotate, so that the upper half film and the lower half film are driven to move along the conveying direction of the film wrapping conveying belt 110.
When the upper half film and the lower half film are longitudinally fused and hot-pressed together by the upper electric heating block 400 and the lower electric heating block 500, the upper half film and the lower half film are fused, the upper half film and the lower half film at the part which is not wrapped by the tray are waste films, and the driving wheel 310 and the driven wheel 320 can clamp and pull the waste films.
It can be understood that the film drawing mechanism 300 further includes a first auxiliary wheel 330 and a second auxiliary wheel 340 disposed on the frame 100, a first belt is disposed around the driving wheel 310 and the first auxiliary wheel 330, a second belt is disposed around the driven wheel 320 and the second auxiliary wheel 340, the first belt and the second belt abut against each other and can clamp the upper film and the lower film, and the first belt and the second belt rotate to draw the films to move along the conveying direction of the film wrapping conveying belt 110.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a waste roll 800 is disposed on the rack 100, and the waste roll 800 can be used to receive waste films. Waste rolling 800 rolls up the waste film, avoids the waste film to occupy too much workshop space, makes things convenient for the collection and the unified processing of waste film.

Claims (10)

1. A fresh food packaging machine, comprising:
the fresh food packaging machine comprises a rack (100), wherein a film wrapping conveying belt (110) is arranged on the rack (100), and the film wrapping conveying belt (110) can be used for conveying a tray containing fresh food;
the unwinding mechanism (200) comprises an unwinding roller (210) and a rotating roller (220), the unwinding roller (210) and the rotating roller (220) are both arranged on the rack (100), a plurality of puncturing needles (221) are arranged on the rotating roller (220), the unwinding roller (210) is used for releasing a coiled film, the film is folded to the right to form an upper half film and a lower half film, the rotating roller (220) is used for abutting against the film, and the puncturing needles (221) can puncture the film;
the film drawing mechanism (300) is arranged on the rack (100), and the film drawing mechanism (300) is used for driving the upper half film and the lower half film to move above the film wrapping conveying belt (110) along the conveying direction of the film wrapping conveying belt (110);
the lifting upper electric heating block (400), the upper electric heating block (400) is L-shaped, and the upper electric heating block (400) is arranged on the rack (100) and is positioned in front of and at the right of the film wrapping conveying belt (110);
