3. The wet wipe packaging apparatus of claim 2 wherein the guide portion has a guide surface and the guide surfaces of both guide portions are splayed.

The wet wipe bag packaging apparatus according to claim 2 wherein the fusing unit includes two heat-fusing rollers having heat-fusing surfaces, the two heat-fusing rollers being disposed on both sides of the first conveyor belt in a rotating manner, the two heat-fusing surfaces being disposed opposite to each other.
5. The wet wipe packaging apparatus of claim 2 wherein the wrapping paper tensioning and transporting mechanism includes a plurality of tensioning rollers, a plurality of the tensioning rollers being rotatably disposed below the guide portion.
6. The wet wipe bagging apparatus of claim 1 wherein the bagging mechanism includes a second conveyor belt, the wrapper tensioning conveyor mechanism being disposed between the second conveyor belt and the first conveyor belt.
7. The wet wipe packaging device of claim 6 wherein the packaging mechanism includes a press belt located above the first conveyor belt and between the fusing unit and the cutting unit.
8. The wet wipe packaging device of claim 6 wherein the cutting unit includes a hot melt knife rotatably disposed above the second conveyor belt.
