Since the inner oil seal is provided with a semi-annular structure at the innermost end, that is, the inner bearing ring 101, the disk part 1022 and the flange 1023 of the hub form a semi-annular structure, oil leakage hardly breaks through such a structure and enters the interior of the hub.
