Abstract
The invention provides a glove box and a vehicle, wherein the glove box is applied to the vehicle and comprises: a box body which is arranged below an instrument panel in a vehicle auxiliary cab and is arranged at an interval with a pedal of the vehicle; the box door is hinged with the bottom edge of the box body and is used for enclosing a closed accommodating space together with the box body; the box door and the instrument board are arranged at intervals to form a gap; the locking mechanism comprises a shifting sheet, the shifting sheet is arranged in the gap, and when the shifting sheet is located at a first position, the box door and the box body are closed; when the shifting piece is located at the second position, the box door and the box body are closed and opened. The glove box and the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention can not only reduce the opening difficulty of the glove box in the vehicle, but also save the production cost of the vehicle.

In the related art, the glove box needs to be opened under the condition of power failure of the whole vehicle, a specially-made auxiliary mechanism is needed for opening the glove box, and the operation is complex and the production cost is increased.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a glove box for a vehicle, including:
a case 110 installed below an instrument panel 200 in a passenger compartment of the vehicle and spaced apart from a step of the vehicle;
the box door 120 is hinged to the bottom edge of the box body 110 and used for enclosing a closed accommodating space together with the box body 110; the door 120 and the instrument panel 200 are spaced apart from each other to form a gap;
the locking mechanism 130 comprises a shifting piece 131, the shifting piece 131 is arranged in the gap, and when the shifting piece 131 is located at the first position, the space between the box door 120 and the box body 110 is closed; when the pull tab 131 is in the second position, the door 120 and the box body 110 are closed and opened.

A passenger compartment of the vehicle is provided with a windshield, an instrument panel 200 and a glove box in this order from top to bottom. The glove box is arranged in a passenger compartment of the vehicle, belongs to a storage space in the vehicle and is used for storing small articles for users.
The box 110 of the glove box is provided in front of the passenger compartment and below the dashboard 200, and is suspended above a pedal of the passenger compartment. The box body 110 is a receiving structure with an opening at one side, the door 120 is hinged to a plate body at the bottom of the box body 110, and the door 120 can rotate around a straight line where the hinge is located, so that the door 120 rotates to close the receiving space of the box body 110 or the door 120 rotates to open the receiving space of the box body 110.
The locking mechanism 130 may include a first portion mounted on the cabinet 110, a second portion mounted on the door 120, and a dial 131, wherein the dial 131 is coupled to at least one of the first portion and the second portion, and the coupling relationship between the first portion and the second portion is different when the dial 131 is at different positions, so that the user can change the coupling relationship between the first portion and the second portion by changing the position of the dial 131.
The portion of the instrument panel 200 located in the passenger compartment may include an instrument panel body assembly, and an instrument panel trim disposed around the instrument panel body assembly. In addition, at least one of a display screen, an air outlet, a decoration and an operation key may be further included, which is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 4, the shifting piece 131 is located in the gap, and in case of power failure of the vehicle, a user can insert the shifting piece 131 to open the door 120 of the glove box by inserting any object 300 (such as a key) around into the gap.
In an optional embodiment, the locking mechanism 130 further includes a slot and a clip, the slot is disposed on the top of the box door 120, and the clip is disposed on the top plate of the box body 110 and is adapted to the position of the slot; the poking piece 131 is connected with the card slot, and the card slot is opened when the poking piece 131 is at the second position.
In other words, in this embodiment, the first portion is a clip, and the second portion is a slot. By controlling the position relationship between the clip and the slot, the clip is inserted into the slot to close the door 120 and the box 110, or the clip is separated from the slot to open the door 120 and the box 110.
At least one of the card member and the card slot is connected to the pick 131, and moves due to the position change of the pick 131. The position of the clamping piece can be moved and the position of the clamping groove is fixed, the position of the clamping piece can be fixed and the position of the clamping groove can be moved, and the position of the clamping piece and the position of the clamping groove can be moved.
Taking the example of the connection between the card and the dial 131, in the process of the change of the dial 131 from the first position to the second position, the card gradually moves away from the fixed slot, so that the card is away from the slot to open the door 120 and the box body 110.
Taking the connection between the card slot and the dial 131 as an example, when the dial 131 changes from the first position to the second position, the card slot gradually moves away from the fixed card, so that the card is separated from the card slot to open the door 120 and the box body 110.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the locking mechanism 130 further includes a linkage assembly 132, a driving end of the linkage assembly 132 is connected to the pick 131, and a driven end of the linkage assembly 132 is connected to the card.
In this embodiment, based on the connection between the card and the pick 131, the linkage assembly 132 is disposed between the pick 131 and the card, and the linkage assembly 132 is controlled by the driving end to perform a series of actions and then generates an action corresponding to the driving end at the driven end, so as to drive the card to move.
The positions of the shifting piece 131 and the clamping piece can be flexibly designed through the linkage component 132, and the design difficulty of the shifting piece 131 in the gap is reduced.
In another alternative embodiment, the locking mechanism 130 further includes a latch and a slot, the latch is disposed on the door 120, the slot is disposed on the box body 110, and the latch is adapted to the slot; the pick 131 is coupled to the latch, and the latch retracts when the pick 131 is in the second position.
In other words, in this embodiment, the first portion is a clip, and the second portion is a slot. By controlling the position relationship between the clip and the slot, the clip is inserted into the slot to close the door 120 and the box 110, or the clip is separated from the slot to open the door 120 and the box 110.
At least one of the plug and the slot is connected to the pick 131, and moves due to a change in position of the pick 131. The position of the bolt can be moved and the position of the slot is fixed, the position of the bolt can be fixed and the position of the slot can be moved, and the position of the bolt and the position of the slot can be moved.
Taking the example of the latch being connected to the moving plate 131, the latch gradually moves away from the fixed slot during the process of the moving plate 131 from the first position to the second position, so that the latch is separated from the slot to open the door 120 and the cabinet 110.
Taking the slot connected to the moving plate 131 as an example, when the moving plate 131 changes from the first position to the second position, the slot gradually moves away from the fixed latch, so that the latch is separated from the slot to open the door 120 and the box 110.
Furthermore, the number of the slots is two, and the two slots are respectively arranged on two opposite side walls of the box body 110; the number of the bolts is two, and the two bolts are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the box door 120 and are matched with the positions of the two slots.
The two side walls provided with the slot are two side walls opposite to the left side and the right side of the front passenger seat, and the left end and the right end of the box door 120 are provided with telescopic bolts which are matched with the slot in position. The door 120 and the cabinet 110 are closed by inserting the latch into the slot.
The number of the bolts and the slots is two, and the bolts and the slots are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end, so that the closing stability of the box door 120 and the box body 110 can be enhanced.
Further, the locking mechanism further comprises a transmission assembly 133, and the transmission assembly 133 is respectively connected with the two bolts.
In this embodiment, the transmission assembly 133 is disposed on the box door and connected to the two bolts respectively for controlling the two bolts to extend or retract simultaneously. Specifically, the transmission assembly 133 may be a two-way telescopic mechanism, and both ends of the two-way telescopic mechanism extend or contract simultaneously; or, the transmission assembly 133 may also be a rotating wheel, two bolts are respectively connected to two ends of the diameter of the rotating wheel, the rotating wheel rotates clockwise to drive the two bolts to extend, and the rotating wheel rotates counterclockwise to drive the two bolts to retract.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the locking mechanism 130 further includes a linkage assembly 132, a driving end of the linkage assembly 132 is connected to the pick 131, and a driven end of the linkage assembly 132 is connected to the transmission assembly.
In this embodiment, a linkage component 132 is disposed between the pick 131 and the transmission component, and the linkage component 132 is controlled by the driving end to perform a series of actions and then generates an action corresponding to the driving end at the driven end, so as to drive the transmission component to act.
The plectrum 131 and the transmission assembly can be flexibly designed through the linkage assembly 132, and the design difficulty of the plectrum 131 in the gap is reduced.
Further, the door 120 has a curved structure, so that a space below the glove box in the passenger compartment can be optimized, and a space for placing legs of a passenger seated in the passenger compartment can be increased.

the box door is hinged with the bottom edge of the box body and is used for enclosing a closed accommodating space together with the box body; the box door and the instrument board are arranged at intervals to form a gap;
the locking mechanism comprises a shifting sheet, the shifting sheet is arranged in the gap, and when the shifting sheet is located at a first position, the box door and the box body are closed; when the shifting piece is located at the second position, the box door and the box body are closed and opened.
2. The glove box according to claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a clamping groove and a clamping piece, the clamping groove is arranged at the top of the box door, and the clamping piece is arranged on a top plate of the box body and is matched with the clamping groove in position; the shifting piece is connected with the clamping groove, and the clamping groove is opened when the shifting piece is located at the second position.
3. The glove box as claimed in claim 2, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a linkage assembly, a driving end of the linkage assembly is connected with the plectrum, and a driven end of the linkage assembly is connected with the clamping piece.

The glove box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a latch and a slot, the latch is disposed on the box door, the slot is disposed on the box body, and the latch is adapted to the slot; the shifting piece is connected with the bolt, and the bolt contracts when the shifting piece is located at the second position.
5. The glove box as claimed in claim 4, wherein the number of the slots is two, and the two slots are respectively arranged on two opposite side walls of the box body; the number of the bolts is two, and the two bolts are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the box door and are matched with the positions of the two slots.
6. The glove box as claimed in claim 5, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a transmission assembly, and the transmission assemblies are respectively connected with the two latches.
7. The glove box as claimed in claim 6, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a linkage assembly, a driving end of the linkage assembly is connected with the paddle, and a driven end of the linkage assembly is connected with the transmission assembly.
8. The glove box as in claim 1, wherein the box door is of curved configuration.
9. The glove box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the instrument panel includes an instrument panel body assembly, and an instrument panel trim strip located at a periphery of the instrument panel body assembly.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising a glove box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
