The bottom of the spray head 211 is provided with four plastic grooves 213, through holes at the bottom of the spray head 211 are square, the cross section of each plastic groove 213 is rectangular, and the four plastic grooves 213 are distributed around the through holes at the bottom of the spray head 211 at intervals of 90 degrees along the circumference;
the width of the plastic groove 213 is smaller than that of the through hole at the bottom of the spray head 211, so that the cross section of the sprayed material wire is rectangular. The inventor adopts a scheme of increasing the diameter of the thick material wire to improve the 3D printing speed, but the printing precision is synchronously reduced. For example, the diameter of the previous wire is 0.1-0.2 mm, the corresponding printing precision is 0.1mm, and after the wire with the diameter of 0.5-1 mm is adopted, although the printing speed is greatly improved, the printing precision is also reduced to 0.5mm, and by adopting the scheme, the printing precision can be effectively controlled. Compared with the scheme in the prior art, the ejected material wire is shaped into a standard rectangular shape, and compared with the circular scheme, the printing precision is obviously improved.
In a preferred scheme, as shown in fig. 9, a master control device is further provided, and the master control device is electrically connected with servo motors of the X-direction synchronous belt driving device 203 and the Y-direction synchronous belt driving device 303;
the main control device is also electrically connected with the Z-direction driving motor 306 and the wire feeding servo motor of the wire feeding mechanism 404, and the main control device adjusts the width of the sprayed material wire by adjusting the speed difference between the servo motors of the X-direction synchronous belt driving device 203 and the Y-direction synchronous belt driving device 303 and the wire feeding servo motor. In the spraying process, as in the structure in fig. 9, when printing is performed by using wider material wires, for example, the material wires with the diameter of 0.5mm, the material wires in each layer are arranged in a staggered mode, and the material wires at the edge need to shrink in width to ensure the printing precision. Therefore, when the edge filament is printed, the ejected filament is stretched by adopting the scheme of controlling the filament by adjusting the speed, so that a workpiece with a thinner diameter and a smooth edge can be obtained, the printing precision is improved, and only measurement and calculation are carried out, so that the printing precision can be controlled to be 0.1-0.2 mm. The main control device in this example adopts a single chip microcomputer, preferably an STM32F series single chip microcomputer. Further preferably, the device is further provided with a lower-level single chip microcomputer, and each single chip microcomputer controls X-direction movement of 1-2 spray head trolleys 204 and corresponding wire supply servo motors of the wire supply mechanisms 404. The subordinate single chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer of the main control device.
Example 2:
on the basis of example 1, the printed surgical splint structure is exemplified:
s1, scanning the part of the patient needing to be provided with the splint, obtaining the three-dimensional shape of the part, designing the splint structure, splitting the splint into two parts, and then printing the two parts respectively.
And S2, layering the cross section of the clamping plate, and then dividing each layer into columns according to the number and the distance of the spray heads, wherein the number of the columns is multiplied by 2. Taking 8 nozzles as an example, the nozzles are divided into 16 rows.
And S3, printing the interval columns, namely 1, 3 and 5 … … 15 columns, in each layer, and printing 2, 4 and 6 … … 16 columns after all the columns are printed. Each strand is output in a rectangular arrangement.
S4, for the filament at the edge of the clamping plate, the main control device reduces the rotation speed of the filament feeding servo motor of the filament feeding gear 406, and the speed of the X-direction synchronous belt driving device 203 or the Y-direction synchronous belt driving device 303 is kept unchanged, so that the diameter of the filament at the edge is reduced due to stretching, thereby improving the printing precision.
And S5, when the workpieces of each layer are printed, the distribution of the material wires deviates a distance along the X axis or the Y axis, and the deviation distance is less than the width of the material wires 5, preferably 1/2 of the width of the material wires 5.

the X-direction multi-nozzle printing device (2) is provided with a plurality of X-direction guide rails (202), a plurality of nozzle trolleys (204) are slidably mounted on the X-direction guide rails (202), a plurality of X-direction synchronous belt driving devices (203) are further arranged, the number of the X-direction synchronous belt driving devices (203) is the same as that of the nozzle trolleys (204), and the nozzle trolleys (204) are fixedly connected with X-direction synchronous belts (206) of the X-direction synchronous belt driving devices (203) so that each X-direction synchronous belt driving device (203) can respectively drive one nozzle trolley (204) to reciprocate.
2. The multi-nozzle high-speed 3D printing system of claim 1, wherein: the structure of the Y-direction and Z-direction driving device (3) is as follows:
the Z-direction support frame (301) is fixedly connected with the support frame (1), and the workpiece platform (302) is movably connected with the Z-direction support frame (301) and driven by the Z-direction driving device to reciprocate up and down;
a Y-direction synchronous belt driving device (303) and a Y-direction guide rail (304) are arranged at the top of the Z-direction supporting frame (301),
a Y-direction sliding groove (205) is formed in the bottom of the X-direction multi-nozzle printing device (2), the Y-direction sliding groove (205) is connected with a Y-direction guide rail (304) in a sliding mode, and a Y-direction synchronous belt (307) of a Y-direction synchronous belt driving device (303) is fixedly connected with the X-direction multi-nozzle printing device (2).

The multi-nozzle high-speed 3D printing system of claim 1, wherein: the structure of the Z-direction driving device is as follows: a rotatable Z-direction driving screw rod (305) is arranged on the Z-direction supporting frame (301), the Z-direction driving screw rod (305) is in threaded connection with the workpiece platform (302), a Z-direction driving motor (306) is fixedly connected with the Z-direction driving screw rod (305), and the workpiece platform (302) is driven to reciprocate up and down through the Z-direction driving motor (306).

The multi-nozzle high-speed 3D printing system of claim 1, wherein: the X-direction synchronous belt driving device (203) is structurally characterized in that two synchronous belt wheels are arranged at the positions of two ends of an X-direction guide rail (202), an X-direction servo motor is connected with one of the synchronous belt wheels, and an X-direction synchronous belt (206) bypasses the two synchronous belt wheels.

The multi-nozzle high-speed 3D printing system of claim 5, wherein: the structure of the wire supply mechanism (404) is as follows: the fixed seat (405) is provided with a wire supply gear (406) fixedly connected with a wire supply servo motor, the outer edge of the wire supply gear (406) is provided with teeth, one side of the outer edge of the wire supply gear (406) is also provided with a wire pressing wheel (408), the material wire is used for passing through between the wire supply gear (406) and the wire pressing wheel (408), and the feeding of the material wire is controlled through the rotating speed of the servo motor.

The multi-nozzle high-speed 3D printing system of claim 6, wherein: the structure of the spray head trolley (204) is as follows: the spray head seat plate (207) is connected with the X-direction guide rail (202) in a sliding mode through a sliding sleeve, a spray head heating mechanism (208) is fixedly arranged on the spray head seat plate (207), a spray head (211) is arranged at the bottom of the spray head heating mechanism (208), and the material wires penetrate into the spray head (211) through the spray head heating mechanism (208).
