Claims (8)
1. A traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece screening and packaging device comprises a base (1), a support rod (2) and a fixing frame (3), wherein the fixing frame (3) is installed on the base (1) through the support rod (2), and is characterized in that a decoction piece screening assembly is arranged in the fixing frame (3), the decoction piece screening assembly comprises a screening frame (5), a sliding chute (6), a guide rod (7), a first screening plate (8), a second screening plate (9), a first discharging channel (10), a second discharging channel (11), a push rod (12), a connecting rod (13), a rotary table (14), a telescopic rod (15), a rotating shaft (16) and a driving motor (34), the sliding chute (6) is arranged at the top of the fixing frame (3), the guide rod (7) is fixedly installed in the sliding chute (6), the upper end of the screening frame (5) is slidably installed in the sliding chute (6) and is movably sleeved outside the guide rod (, the first screening plate (8) and the second screening plate (9) are obliquely arranged in the screening frame (5) from top to bottom, the sieve pores of the first screening plate (8) are larger than those of the second screening plate (9), one end of the first discharging channel (10) is communicated with the side wall of the screening frame (5) on one side of the lower end of the first screening plate (8), the other end of the first discharging channel movably penetrates through the side wall of the fixed frame (3), the second discharging channel (11) is positioned in the fixed frame (3), one end of the second discharging channel is communicated with the side wall of the screening frame (5) on one side of the lower end of the second screening plate (9), one end of the push rod (12) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the screening frame, and the other end activity runs through fixed frame (3) and is articulated with connecting rod (13) one end, and connecting rod (13) other end off-centre articulates on carousel (14), and carousel (14) fixed mounting is in pivot (16) upper end, pivot (16) are connected with driving motor (34) output drive.
2. The herbal pieces-screening and packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a feed hopper (4) is connected to the top of the fixed frame (3), and a discharge opening of the feed hopper (4) is directed to the screening frame (5).
3. The herbal pieces-screening equipment for packing of claim 1, wherein a telescopic rod (15) is fixedly installed between both sides of said screening frame (5) and the inner wall of said fixed frame (3), and a return spring is sleeved outside said telescopic rod (15).

The herbal pieces-screening and packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a quantitative packaging component is provided at the bottom of the fixing frame (3), the quantitative packaging assembly comprises a transmission belt (27), a gravity sensor (28), a packaging box (29), a blanking channel (30), a quantitative disc (31), a driving shaft (32) and a quantitative groove (33), the transmission belt (27) is arranged on the base (1), the gravity sensor (28) is arranged on the transmission belt (27), the packaging box (29) is arranged on the gravity sensor (28), blanking passageway (30) are linked together with fixed frame (3) bottom, and drive shaft (32) rotate to set up in blanking passageway (30) and one end is connected with drive power supply, ration dish (31) fixed mounting on drive shaft (32) and with blanking passageway (30) inner wall sliding contact, ration groove (33) are evenly seted up on ration dish (31).
5. The herbal pieces-screening and packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of said screening frame (5) is provided with an opening, and a control valve is disposed in the opening.

The herbal pieces-screening and packaging device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a scrap separating assembly is disposed under the screening frame (5), the scrap separating assembly comprises a first helical gear (17), a second helical gear (18), a driven shaft (19), a driving gear (20), mounting frames (21), an annular rack (22), a rotating drum (23), a feed opening (25) and a collecting plate (35), the two mounting frames (21) are mounted in the fixed frame (3), the rotating drum (23) is rotatably mounted in the two mounting frames (21), the middle of one end of the rotating drum (23) is rotatably connected with the lower end of the second discharge channel (11) through a bearing, the feed opening (25) is formed at the other end, the cylindrical wall of the rotating drum (23) is provided with a plurality of chip outlets, the annular rack (22) is fixedly mounted at one end of the rotating drum (23) and is engaged with the driving gear (20), the driving gear (20) is fixedly installed at one end of the driven shaft (19), the second bevel gear (18) is installed at the other end of the driven shaft (19), the first bevel gear (17) is fixedly installed on the rotating shaft (16) and meshed with the first bevel gear (17), and the gathering plate (35) is installed between the two installation frames (21).
7. The herbal pieces-screening and packaging apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the inner wall of the fixing frame (3) below the feed opening (25) is provided with a buffer pad (26).

A traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece screening and packaging device and a method thereof are characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: 1): the cut decoction pieces are placed in the screening frame (5), the driving motor (34) works, the rotating disc (14) is driven to rotate through the rotating shaft (16), the screening frame (5) is driven to swing left and right along the sliding groove (6) and the guide rod (7) through the connecting rod (13) and the push rod (12), and the decoction pieces larger than the normal decoction pieces and cutting edge materials are discharged from the first discharging channel (10); the decoction pieces with normal size and some scraps fall down from the first screening plate (8), under the action of the second screening plate (9), the decoction pieces with normal size are discharged from the second discharging channel (11), and the scraps and small decoction pieces fall down to the bottom of the screening frame (5) to be gathered; 2): weight is preset on the gravity sensor (28), the lower end of the gravity sensor (28) and the lower end of the blanking channel (30) of the empty packing box (29) are conveyed by the conveying belt (27), the quantitative disc (31) is driven by the driving shaft (32) to continuously discharge the decoction pieces through the quantitative groove (33) and fall into the packing box (29), when the preset weight is reached, the driving shaft (32) stops rotating, and when the next empty packing box (29) reaches the lower end of the blanking channel (30), the next empty packing box (29) rotates again, so that screening and packaging are completed.
