Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The size adjusting method of the handle provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown in the attached figure 1 in the specification, and comprises the following steps:
s1, acquiring palm feature point position data when a user grasps the grasping part of the handle;
s2, obtaining palm size data according to the palm feature point position data;
s3, judging whether the distance between the two grasping parts is within the range of the suitable grasping distance corresponding to the palm size data; if not, the distance is adjusted so that the adjusted distance is suitable for the user.
In step S1, palm size data of one palm (left hand or right hand) of the user may be acquired, and generally, the size of the two palms of the user often does not differ greatly, and the palm size data acquisition step may be performed by arbitrarily selecting one palm.
Meanwhile, the obtained palm feature point position data is the palm feature point position data when the user grasps the grasping portion of the handle, that is, when the user needs to control the handle and grasps the grasping portion of the handle, the palm feature point position data of the user is obtained; according to the arrangement, when the hand grips the gripping part, the palm feature point position data acquired under the state can better reflect the state of the hand when the handle is operated, so that the acquired palm size data is real and reliable.
Aiming at the step S2, obtaining palm size data according to the palm feature point position data; obviously, the size of the palm dimension can be reflected by the position data of the palm feature point, and then the palm dimension data is obtained; specifically, the palm feature point position data may be edge point position data of the whole palm, the edge point position data reflects positions of all edge points, and the outer contour of the palm may be formed according to all edge points, so as to obtain a size of the palm, that is, obtain palm size data.
To step S3, in short, according to the difference of palm size, the interval between two grasping portions of handle can be adjusted to satisfy the control demand of the user of different palm sizes in the operation process, show the promotion travelling comfort.
Obviously, if the obtained palm size data is smaller, the distance between the two grasping parts should be smaller, and if the obtained palm size data is larger, the distance between the two grasping parts should be larger; therefore, users with different palm sizes can comfortably operate the handle without influencing the operation hand feeling due to the different palm sizes, and meanwhile, the applicability of the handle can be greatly improved.
For the above-mentioned palm size data, in addition to the edge point position data which may be the whole palm, to simplify the data processing process, it may be: the position data of a plurality of edge point positions of the palm and the position data of the positions of three webs among the rest four fingers except the thumb can be referred to the specification and shown in the attached figure 5.
It can be seen that the palm size data can exclude the edge point position data of the fingers, the palm size data can be obtained by acquiring a plurality of edge point position data of the palm and position data of three finger web positions between the other four fingers except the thumb, and then whether the distance between the two current grasping parts is within the range of the suitable grasping distance is judged by using the range of the suitable grasping distance corresponding to the palm size data as a judgment basis.
The specific number of the edge points of the palm can be determined according to actual needs, and the distance between two adjacent edge points can be set in different ways as long as all the edge points can approximately reflect the size of the palm.
For different users, the positions of the three webs between the four fingers except the thumb are fixed, and when the user grasps the grasping portion of the handle, the positions of the three webs are determined, and the palm size data can be obtained by matching with the plurality of edge points of the palm, so that the step S3 is performed.
With reference to fig. 2(a) to 2(c) of the specification, in order to further reduce the complexity of the data operation, the palm feature point position data may further include: the data of the positions of the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger and the little finger of the palm can be the positions of the fingertips or the finger bellies of the fingers, and the position of the finger bellies is the best.
As shown in fig. 2(a) of the specification, according to the position data of the four fingers, when it is judged that the index finger and the middle finger are located on the front end surface of the grasping part and the ring finger and the small finger are located on the bottom surface of the grasping part, the palm size data is obtained as preset first palm size data;
as shown in fig. 2(b) of the specification, according to the position data of the four fingers, when it is determined that only the index finger is located on the front end surface of the grasping portion and the middle finger, the ring finger and the little finger are located on the bottom surface of the grasping portion, the palm size data is the preset second palm size data, and the palm size corresponding to the second palm size data is smaller than the palm size corresponding to the first palm size data;
as shown in fig. 2(c), according to the position data of the four fingers, when it is determined that the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger and the small finger are all located on the bottom surface of the grasping portion, the palm size data is the preset third palm size data, and the palm size corresponding to the third palm size data is smaller than the palm size corresponding to the second palm size data.
In summary, since the palm size corresponding to the second palm size data is smaller than the palm size corresponding to the first palm size data, and the palm size corresponding to the third palm size data is smaller than the palm size corresponding to the second palm size data, the suitable gripping interval range corresponding to the second palm size data should be smaller than the suitable gripping interval range corresponding to the first palm size data, and the suitable gripping interval range corresponding to the third palm size data should be smaller than the suitable gripping interval range corresponding to the second palm size data.
It can be seen that the palm feature point position data set up in this way need not to obtain a plurality of edge point position data of palm, and the palm size data can be determined only by judging the positions of the above-mentioned four fingers.
Obviously, three palm size data (first palm size data, second palm size data and third palm size data) can be obtained according to the positions of the four fingers, and the palm sizes corresponding to the three palm size data are different, so that the grasping conditions of most users can be summarized, the data operation process is greatly simplified, the interval between the two grasping parts can be quickly adjusted, and the operation experience is further improved.
With respect to the step S3 of determining whether the distance between the two grasping portions of the handle is within the suitable grasping distance range corresponding to the palm size data, it is considered that each piece of palm size data may correspond to one suitable grasping distance range, and the corresponding relationship between the palm size data and the suitable grasping distance range may be determined according to actual needs.
After acquiring the palm size data of the user, the palm size data corresponds to a suitable gripping distance range, whether the distance between the two gripping parts of the handle is within the suitable gripping distance range is judged, if so, the distance between the two gripping parts of the handle is suitable for the user at the moment, and the distance does not need to be adjusted; if not, it indicates that the distance between the two grasping parts of the handle is not suitable for the user, and the distance needs to be adjusted, so that the distance is adjusted to be within the range of the suitable grasping distance.
Obviously, the step of "determining whether the distance between the two grasping portions of the handle is within the suitable grasping distance range corresponding to the palm size data" implicitly discloses that the distance between the two grasping portions of the handle is acquired, and only after the distance between the two grasping portions of the handle is acquired, the subsequent determination action can be performed.
Therefore, the mode that each palm size data corresponds to a suitable gripping interval range is adopted, the interval between the two gripping parts can be accurately adjusted, and the device is suitable for users with higher requirements on handle control.
Regarding "judging whether the distance between the two grasping portions of the handle is within the suitable grasping distance range corresponding to the palm size data" in step S3, the method may include:
determining a palm size range in which the palm size data is located;
determining a corresponding suitable gripping distance range according to the palm size range;
and judging whether the distance is within the range of the suitable gripping distance.
Here, each palm size range corresponds to one suitable gripping interval range, that is, a plurality of palm size data may correspond to one suitable gripping interval range, and the correspondence between the palm size range and the suitable gripping interval range may also be determined according to actual needs.
The method includes the steps that firstly, the palm size range where palm size data are located needs to be determined, then the suitable gripping interval range corresponding to the palm size range is determined according to the palm size range, and finally whether the interval between the two gripping parts is within the suitable gripping interval range is judged.
Therefore, the mode that each palm size range corresponds to one suitable gripping interval range is adopted, the data storage capacity can be reduced, and meanwhile, the accuracy of the interval adjustment is lower than that of the mode that each palm size range corresponds to one suitable gripping interval range, so that the method is suitable for users with low requirements on handle operation.
Besides, the first grasping portion 1 and the second grasping portion 2 can be grasped by two hands respectively, so as to obtain palm size data of the user, which is as follows:
a step of acquiring palm dimension data of a user while gripping the gripping portion of the handle, comprising:
acquiring palm feature point position data of a left palm and a right palm of a user respectively when the left palm and the right palm grasp different grasping parts of the handle;
the step of obtaining palm size data according to the palm feature point position data includes:
obtaining palm size data according to the palm feature point position data of the left palm and the right palm respectively;
judging the size between two palm sizes corresponding to the left palm size data and the right palm size data respectively;
and taking the palm size data corresponding to the smallest palm size as the palm size data of the user.
It can be seen that when the handle needs to be operated, the user's left hand grasps the first grasping portion 1 and the right hand grasps the second grasping portion 2, and then the palm size data of the left hand and the palm size data of the right hand are obtained.
Then, the size of which hand is smaller is judged according to the palm size data of the left hand and the palm size data of the right hand, namely, the left hand palm size corresponding to the palm size data of the left hand and the right hand palm size corresponding to the palm size data of the right hand are compared, and whether the left hand palm size is smaller or the right hand palm size is smaller is judged.
Finally, the palm size data corresponding to the smallest palm size is used as the palm size data of the user; that is, if the size of the left palm is smaller, the palm size data of the left hand is used as the palm size data of the user, and if the size of the right palm is smaller, the palm size data of the right hand is used as the palm size data of the user, so as to execute the above-mentioned subsequent actions.
It can be seen that, in order to meet the operation comfort of the palm with the smaller size, the operation hand feeling can be further improved by judging the sizes of the two palms and taking the palm with the smaller size as the judgment standard whether the distance between the two grasping parts is proper or not, so that the inconvenience of the operation of the palm with the smaller size is avoided.
The step of "adjusting the distance so that the adjusted distance fits the user" in the step S2 includes:
and adjusting the interval to the middle value of the range of the suitable gripping interval corresponding to the palm size data so that the adjusted interval is suitable for the user.
Whether one palm size data corresponds to one suitable gripping interval range or a plurality of palm size data corresponds to one suitable gripping interval range (that is, each palm size range corresponds to one suitable gripping interval range), if the interval between the two gripping parts does not correspond to the suitable palm size data, the interval between the two gripping parts should be adjusted to the middle value of the suitable gripping interval range.
For example, in the above description, taking three palm dimension data obtained according to the positions of four fingers as an example, if the suitable gripping interval range corresponding to the obtained first palm dimension data is between 150 and 250mm, and the interval between the two current gripping portions is 300mm, and at this time, the interval between the two gripping portions 300mm is not within the suitable gripping interval range corresponding to the first palm dimension data of 150 and 250mm, the interval between the two gripping portions should be adjusted; since the middle value of the suitable grip interval range of 150 mm and 250mm is 200mm, the interval between the two grip portions can be directly adjusted from 300mm to 200mm so that the adjusted interval is suitable for the user.
As long as the distance between the two current grasping parts is not suitable for the palm size data, the distance can be adjusted to the middle value of the suitable grasping distance range corresponding to the palm size data, namely the distance can be in the middle value of the suitable grasping distance range, so that the control hand feeling is improved; also need not artificial participation in the adjustment process, can stop by oneself on the median that is fit for the gripping interval scope, the person of facilitating the use operation, and intelligent degree is high.
Of course, in order to meet the requirements of the user to the maximum extent, the user can also control the adjustment of the spacing, which is as follows:
the step of adjusting the spacing to fit the adjusted spacing to the user, comprising:
and when the distance is adjusted to be within the range of the suitable gripping distance corresponding to the palm size, judging whether a regulating stopping instruction sent by the user is received, if so, stopping regulating the distance, otherwise, continuing regulating the distance, and repeatedly executing the step of judging whether the regulating stopping instruction sent by the user is received.
It can be seen that in the adjusting process, once the distance between the two grasping parts is within the range of the suitable grasping distance, the user can send an adjusting stopping instruction so as to control the distance to stop adjusting; that is, the distance can be stopped at any point within the range of the suitable gripping distance, and the point within the range of the suitable gripping distance completely depends on the will of the user, so that some special requirements of the user can be met, and the using satisfaction degree of the handle is further improved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a size adjustment system of a handle, as shown in fig. 3 of the specification, the function and the working principle of each component of the size adjustment system can refer to the size adjustment method of the handle, and the size adjustment system of the handle includes:
