The elastic membrane 3 will expand with the change of the gas pressure inside the device during the inflation process, thereby showing whether the cuff is inflated normally and the degree of filling inside the cuff. At the moment, medical staff can judge the gas filling degree by adopting an experience judgment method, and comprehensively judge whether the gas with enough pressure is filled into the cuff 4 or not with the pressure displayed by the pressure monitoring display device 1.
The whole working process of the invention is that the whole trachea cannula is connected according to the figure 1, after ensuring that the air leakage phenomenon does not occur, the whole device is inflated from the inflation inlet 12 of the pressure monitoring display device 1, the whole cuff 4 and the elastic film 3 are gradually inflated along with the inflation of the pressure in the inflation process, the pressure sensor 8 in the pressure monitoring display device 1 and the whole cuff 4 are sealed together, the sensed pressure rises in the gradual inflation process, the acquired pressure signal is output, the pressure signal is sent to the digital screen 10 to display the pressure at the moment after being processed by the circuit 9, and simultaneously two LED lamps connected by the circuit 9 prompt and alarm according to the pressure. The rest of the power module 11 supplies power. When the inflation pressure reaches the rated value, the inflation is stopped, and the whole cuff is inflated.
