The nesting mechanism 19 comprises an air cylinder 27, a pushing plate 28, pushing rods 29 and springs 30, the air cylinder 27 is located on two sides of the rotary table 1, the air cylinder 27 provides power for the pushing plate 28, the pushing rods 29 are inserted into two ends of the first horizontal groove 15, the pushing plate 28 is located between the air cylinder 27 and the pushing rods 29 and used for providing pushing force for the pushing rods 29, the springs 30 are sleeved on the pushing rods 29, and the pushing rods 29 are reset through the springs 30 after pushing is completed.
The a-type capsule screening mechanism 20 comprises an air cylinder 27, a pushing plate 28, a pushing rod 29, a spring 30 and an air blowing pipe 31, wherein the air cylinder 27 is located on two sides of the turntable 1, the air cylinder 27 provides power for the pushing plate 28, the pushing rod 29 is inserted into two ends of the second horizontal groove 16, the pushing plate 28 is located between the air cylinder 27 and the pushing rod 29, the spring 30 is sleeved on the pushing rod 29, and the air blowing pipe 31 is arranged at one end, far away from the spring 30, of the left pushing rod 29.
The b-type capsule screening mechanism 21 comprises an air cylinder 27, a pushing plate 28, a pushing rod 29, a spring 30 and an air blowing pipe 31, wherein the air cylinder 27 is located on two sides of the turntable 1, the air cylinder 27 provides power for the pushing plate 28, the pushing rod 29 is inserted into two ends of the third horizontal groove 17, the pushing plate 28 is located between the air cylinder 27 and the pushing rod 29, the spring 30 is sleeved on the pushing rod 29, and the air blowing pipe 31 is arranged at one end, far away from the spring 30, of the right pushing rod 29.
The blanking mechanism 22 comprises an air cylinder 27, a push plate 28, a push rod 29 and a spring 30, the push rod 29 is inserted into one end of the fourth horizontal groove 18, the push rod 29 is used for pushing finished capsules, the spring 30 is sleeved on the push rod 29, the push rod 29 is used for transmitting power, the push plate 28 is located at one end far away from the fourth horizontal groove 18, and the air cylinder 27 is located at the other side of the push plate 28.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the a-type capsule and the b-type capsule respectively enter a left capsule container 13 and a right capsule container 14 through a feeding port 11, a rotating blade 5 is driven by a motor to disturb the capsules, the tail parts of the capsules are in a closed arc shape, most of the capsules enter a vertical groove 4 along the tail parts under the disturbance action, when the annular rotary table 3 drives the capsules to a position of the rotary table 1, the capsules can enter a horizontal groove 6, the annular rotary table 3 rotates to convey the capsules out of the capsule container 2, and when the capsules pass through a brush 12, the capsules completely enter the vertical groove 4 under the slight acting force of the brush 12;
when the annular turntable 3 drives the capsule to rotate to a horizontal groove 15 on the turntable 1, the sleeving mechanism 19 sleeves the a-type capsule and the b-type capsule, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: the pushing rods 29 block the closed ends of the a-type capsules and the b-type capsules, the reverse directions of the a-type capsules and the b-type capsules are the open ends, so that the open directions of the a-type capsules and the b-type capsules are opposite, the pushing plates 28 drive the pushing rods 29 at the two ends to move towards the first horizontal groove 15 at the same time, and the a-type capsules and the b-type capsules are pushed to move oppositely to be sleeved with each other;
the annular turntable 3 continues to rotate until the a-type capsule screening mechanism 20 screens a-type capsules which are not successfully sleeved, specifically: the push rod 29 pushes the capsules after the first screening, the right push rod 29 pushes the capsules to the position e, the left push rod 29 pushes the position f, and meanwhile, the air blowing pipe 31 blows air, so that finished capsules and a-type capsules are blocked by the left push rod 29, and b-type capsules are blown into the b-type material box 24;
the annular turntable 3 continues to rotate until the b-type capsule screening mechanism 21 screens b-type capsules which are not successfully sleeved, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: the push rod 29 pushes the capsules after the first screening, the right push rod 29 pushes the capsules to the position e, the left push rod 29 pushes the position f, and meanwhile, the air blowing pipe 31 blows air, so that finished capsules and a-type capsules are blocked by the left push rod 29, and b-type capsules are blown into the b-type material box 24;
the annular turntable 3 continues to rotate until the blanking mechanism 22 pushes out the finished capsule, specifically: the air cylinder 27 gives power to the pushing plate 28, after two times of screening, the pushing rod 29 pushes the capsules after the second screening, and the pushing rod 29 pushes the capsules to the g position to push the finished capsules into the finished product box 26.
