The push-pull mechanism further comprises push rods 4 which are arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear portion of the control panel assembly 1 and are close to the side plates 3 on the corresponding sides, the middle portions of the push rods 4 are restrained on the side plates 3, and first pin shafts 61 penetrate through the rear ends of the push rods 4 (see fig. 1). In order to shorten the length of the push rod 4 in the horizontal direction, the arc-shaped section 312 is bent downward as shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 8, the push rod 4 is integrally connected to the control panel assembly 1, and the push rod 4 has an upper inclined portion 41 and a horizontal portion 42 in this order from the rear to the front, so that the space occupied by the push-pull mechanism in the horizontal direction can be saved. As shown in fig. 1-2, the horizontal portion 42 of the push rod 4 is provided with a first guide groove 421 having a length substantially equal to a horizontal straight line segment of the track groove 31, and the side plate 3 is fixed with a second pin 62 limited in the first guide groove 421, so that the middle portion of the push rod 4 is constrained on the side plate 3. As shown in fig. 5, when the outer end of the first pin 61 moves forward to the boundary between the horizontal straight section 311 and the arc section 312 of the track groove 31, the second pin 62 slides in the first guide groove 421 to abut against the rear end of the first guide groove 421, so that the second pin 62 becomes a pivot for the rotation of the push rod 4.
In order to simplify the driving device 5, as shown in fig. 1-2, the driving device 5 includes a bracket 51 fixed at the rear of the water tank assembly 2, a motor 52 mounted on the bracket 51, a screw 53 provided at an output end of the motor 52, a slider 54 drivingly connected to the screw 53, and a cross bar 55 fixedly connected to the slider 54. As shown in fig. 1-2, the side plate 3 is provided with a cavity 31 therein, and the left and right sides of the cross bar 55 are inserted into the cavity 31 of the corresponding side plate 3 and are rotatably connected with the push rod 4 through a first pin 61. Specifically, the left and right sides of the cross bar 55 are respectively provided with a second guide groove 551 along the vertical direction, and the first pin 61 is limited in the second guide groove 551 (see fig. 5), so that the cross bar 55 drives the first pin 61 to move in the horizontal direction.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the second motion member is a sector gear 7 rotatably connected to the side plate 3 on the corresponding side, and the sector gear 7 is connected to the corresponding side of the water tank assembly 1 through a transmission device 8. In order to make the structure of the transmission 8 simpler, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the transmission 8 includes a first gear 81a, a worm 82, a transmission rod 83, and a base 84. The first gear 81a meshes with the sector gear 7 on the corresponding side; the worm 82 is disposed coaxially with the first gear 81 a; the front part of the transmission rod 83 is fixedly connected with the water tank assembly 2, the middle part of the transmission rod 83 is provided with a gear part 832 meshed with the worm 82, and the rear part of the transmission rod 83 is provided with a first threaded part 831 (see fig. 7); the base 84 is fixed to the rear of the control panel assembly 1 and is screw-coupled with the first screw portion 831. The sector gear 7 drives the first gear 81a to rotate so as to drive the worm 82 to rotate, and further drive the transmission rod 83 to rotate around the axis of the sector gear, and then the transmission rod 83 moves horizontally while rotating around the axis of the sector gear through the cooperation of the transmission rod 83 and the base 84, so that the rotation of the sector gear 7 is converted into the forward and backward translation of the water tank assembly 2.
The left and right sides of the water tank 22 in this embodiment are respectively provided with a ball 221 (see fig. 1 and 6) extending out of the water tank seat 21, the front portion of the transmission rod 83 is provided with a spiral guide groove 833 (see fig. 1 and 7) into which the ball 221 on the corresponding side is inserted, the water tank seat 21 is fixedly connected with the front end of the transmission rod 83, and the front side of the water tank seat 21 is provided with a mouth 211 (see fig. 1 and 6) through which the ball 221 passes. When the transmission rod 83 moves horizontally, the ball 221 can slide along the spiral guide groove 833, and the water tank 22 and the water tank seat 21 generate a horizontal distance, so that the water tank 22 can be pushed farther forward, and a user can take the water tank 22 more conveniently. In order to prevent the water tank 22 from being separated from the water tank seat 21 when being pushed out, the front part of the transmission rod 83 is further provided with an avoidance groove 834 (see fig. 1 and 7) communicated with the mouth part 211, the rear end of the avoidance groove 834 is connected with the spiral guide groove 833, and a pit 835 (see fig. 1 and 7) is recessed downwards at the junction of the avoidance groove 834 and the spiral guide groove 833. When the ball 221 moves to the front end of the spiral guide groove 833 to enter the depression 835 for positioning, the user lifts the water box 22 to make the ball 221 leave the depression 835 and move along the escape groove 834 to the outlet 211.
As shown in fig. 4, the left and right sides of the bottom of the water tank 22 are respectively provided with a recessed area 222, the recessed area 222 accommodates a circular truncated cone-shaped roller 223 rotatably connected to the corresponding side of the water tank 22, the left and right sides of the accommodating cavity of the water tank base 21 are respectively provided with a step 212 on which the circular truncated cone-shaped roller 223 on the corresponding side is placed, and the step surface of the step 212 is gradually inclined downward from the outside to the inside. The circular truncated cone-shaped roller 223 and the step part 212 are matched, so that the track of the water tank 22 can be automatically adjusted in the moving process, the water tank 22 is enabled to be reset to the original position in the left-right direction, and the normal operation of the water tank 22 and other related parts in the cooking equipment is guaranteed. In order to make the horizontal movement of the water tank 22 smoother, as shown in fig. 4, a cylindrical roller 224 is rotatably connected to both sides of the bottom of the water tank 22, and the cylindrical roller 224 is accommodated in the recessed area 222 and located inside the step 212 on the corresponding side. As shown in fig. 4, the included angle between the step surface of the step part 212 and the horizontal plane is 30 to 60 °, so that the acting force of the step part 212 on the circular truncated cone-shaped roller 223 in the horizontal direction is large, the effect of automatically adjusting the track of the water tank 22 in the moving process is better, and the circular truncated cone-shaped roller 224 is convenient to machine. In this embodiment, the step surface of the step portion 212 forms an angle of 45 ° with the horizontal plane.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the rubber block 10 for abutting against the front side of the water tank 22 is disposed at the bottom of the rear side of the control panel assembly in this embodiment, and the rubber block 10 abuts against the reset water tank 22, thereby ensuring that the water tank 22 is reset to the original position in the front-rear direction.
The cooking apparatus in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, includes a housing 9 and a cooking cavity 91 located inside the housing 9, and the control panel and the extending and returning mechanism of the water tank are disposed inside the housing 9 and above the cooking cavity 91. In order to save space above the cooking chamber 91, the side plate 3 is a partial side wall of the housing 9, and the track groove 31 is opened on the side wall of the housing 9, so that the water tank 22 can be designed to be larger. The cooking device in this embodiment is a steam box.
The working principle of the cooking device in this embodiment is as follows:
when the water tank 22 needs to be filled with water, the touch switch on the control panel assembly 1 is touched, the motor 52 is started, and the driving cross bar 55 pushes the outer end of the first pin 61 to slide along the track groove 31, so as to drive the push rod 4 to move along the track groove 31. When the outer end of the first pin 61 moves in the horizontal straight line segment 311 of the track groove 31, the push rod 4 drives the control panel assembly 1 to move forwards (see fig. 1 and 2); subsequently, when the outer end of the first pin 61 moves to the junction of the horizontal straight line segment 311 and the arc segment 312 of the track groove 31 (see fig. 5), the inner end of the first pin 61 is inserted into the notch 71 on the sector gear 7, so that the push rod 4 drives the control panel assembly 1 to turn up and simultaneously the sector gear 7 drives the water tank assembly 2 to translate forward, in the process, the ball 221 slides along the spiral guide groove 833 to push the water tank 22 out farther forward, and the circular truncated cone-shaped roller 223 is matched with the step part 212 to automatically adjust the moving track of the water tank 22 (see fig. 4); finally, when the outer end of the first pin 61 moves to the rear end of the arc-shaped section 312 of the track groove 31, the ball 221 slides into the recess 835 to be positioned, the motor 52 stops operating, at this time, the control panel assembly 1 and the water tank assembly 2 are in the fully extended state (see fig. 6), and the user only needs to lift the water tank 22 to separate the ball 221 from the recess 835, and move the ball 221 to the through-outlet portion 211 along the avoiding groove 834 to take out the water tank 22 from the water tank seat 21.
When the water tank 22 is filled with water, a user inserts the water tank 22 into the water tank seat 21, pushes the water tank 22 backward to make the ball 221 pass through the opening 211 and move the ball 221 along the avoiding groove 834 into the recess 835, touches the touch switch on the control panel assembly 1, and the motor 52 is started in the reverse direction, and the driving cross bar 55 pushes the outer end of the first pin 61 to slide in the reverse direction along the track groove 31, so as to drive the push rod 4 to move in the reverse direction along the track groove 31. When the outer end of the first pin 61 moves in the arc-shaped section 312 of the track groove 31, the push rod 4 drives the control panel assembly 1 to turn down, and simultaneously the sector gear 7 drives the water tank assembly 2 to move backwards, in the process, the ball 221 is separated from the pit 835 and slides along the spiral guide groove 833, so that the water tank 22 is close to the bottom of the accommodating cavity of the water tank seat 21; then, when the outer end of the first pin 61 moves to the junction of the horizontal straight line segment 311 and the arc segment 312 of the track groove 31, the inner end of the first pin 61 is separated from the notch 71 on the sector tooth 7, the control panel assembly 1 turns over and then translates backwards after finishing turning, the water tank 22 is reset to a preset position in the accommodating cavity of the water tank seat 21, the water tank assembly 2 does not translate backwards, and the rubber block 10 abuts against the front side of the water tank 22; finally, when the outer end of the first pin 61 moves to the rear end of the horizontal straight line segment 311 of the track groove 31, the push rod 4 drives the control panel assembly 1 to translate backwards to the initial position, at this time, the control panel assembly 1 and the water tank assembly 2 are in a complete reset state, and the user can use the cooking device normally.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 10-12, a second preferred embodiment of the present invention.
This example differs from example 1 in that: as shown in fig. 10 to 11, a fixing sleeve 836 fixedly connected to the water tank base 21 and a second screw portion 837 positioned in the fixing sleeve 836 are provided at a front portion of the driving lever 83, and a movable sleeve 20 threadedly connected to the second screw portion 837 is detachably connected to the water tank 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the movable sleeve 20 has a plug 201 extending inward, and the left and right sides of the front end of the water tank 2 are respectively provided with a slot 225 into which the plug 201 on the corresponding side is inserted axially, and the slot opening of the slot 225 faces downward. No relative movement is generated between the water tank 22 and the tank holder 21.
The cooking equipment in the embodiment is a combination machine of a steam box, an oven and a microwave oven.

Fig. 16 shows a fourth preferred embodiment of the invention.
This example differs from example 3 in that: as shown in fig. 16, the transmission 8 includes a fourth gear 81d engaged with the sector gear 7 on the corresponding side, a fifth gear 81e engaged with the fourth gear 81d, and a second rack 87b engaged with the fifth gear 81e and fixedly connected to the water tank assembly 2.
