In this embodiment, the cooking appliance 10 has a cooking cavity 10a, and includes a top plate 1 and a water tank b disposed above the cooking cavity 10a, a panel 2 disposed on the front side of the water tank b, and a panel driving mechanism a for driving the panel 2 to move, where opening and closing of the panel 2 is for taking and placing operations of the water tank b mounted on the rear side thereof, and of course, the water tank b may be replaced by other devices required by the cooking appliance 10, such as seasoning boxes, and the like, see fig. 1-2; the cooking appliance 10 is installed in an installation space 20 provided in a cabinet, as shown in fig. 3, a portion of the installation space 20 above the top plate 1 is an accommodation space 100, the accommodation space 100 has a front port 101, a water tank b is disposed in the accommodation space 100, the panel 2 is vertically disposed at the position of the front port 101, and the panel 2 can be opened and reset by a panel driving mechanism a, so that the front port 101 can be opened or covered.
The panel driving mechanism a of the present embodiment can move the panel 2 forward and upward relative to the accommodating space 100. The front end of the panel driving mechanism a is connected with the panel 2, the rear part of the panel driving mechanism a is arranged on the top plate 1, and the lower edge of the panel 2 is higher than or flush with the upper wall surface of the front port 101 of the accommodating space 100 when the panel driving mechanism a drives the panel 2 to open the front port 101 of the accommodating space 100. The side wall of the water tank assembly b of this embodiment is connected to the side portion of the panel driving mechanism a, when the front port of the accommodating space 100 is opened 101, the panel 2 stops at the front upper portion of the accommodating space 100, and the panel 2 gradually inclines backward from bottom to top, and the front portion of the water tank assembly b is exposed out of the front port of the accommodating space 100. The front side of the water tank component b is provided with a water tank which can be taken out, and the structure is not easy to cause interference to the taking and the placing of the water tank component.
The panel driving mechanism of the present embodiment includes a slider 4, a first link 5, a second link 6, a guide 7, a first guide post 8, and a driving mechanism 9. The sliding part 4 is arranged on the top plate 1 in a back-and-forth moving manner, the first end of the first connecting rod 5 is rotatably connected to the rear end of the sliding part 4, the second end of the first connecting rod 5 extends forwards and is connected with the panel 2, the guide 7 is arranged on the top plate 1 and is arranged close to the front port 101 of the accommodating space 100, the guide 7 is provided with a first guide groove 71 matched with the L-shaped moving track 3 of the panel 2, the first guide pillar 8 is arranged on the side wall of the first connecting rod 5 and is in guide fit with the first guide groove 71, and the driving mechanism 9 is used for driving the sliding part 4 to move back and forth.
The panel driving mechanism a of the present embodiment drives the panel 2 to move along an L-shaped movement track 3 with a smooth transition in the middle, and the shape of the first guide groove 71 matches with the L-shaped movement track 3. Such a motion trajectory enables the panel 2 to move forward and slide upward while moving forward a certain distance, the forward movement of the front section is to provide a certain space for the panel 2 to slide upward, the forward movement of the rear section is to prevent the panel 2 from touching the outer wall of the installation space 20 (e.g. the edge of the table top of the cabinet) during the movement of the front section while moving forward and sliding upward while keeping the displacement of the front section small, when the panel 2 moves to the upper part of the accommodating space 100 through the sliding process of the rear section, the included angle between the panel 2 and the front port 101 of the accommodating space 100 gradually increases from top to bottom, when the panel 2 is completely stopped at the front upper position of the accommodating space 100, a proper included angle is kept between the lower part of the panel 2 and the front port 101 of the accommodating space 100, on the basis that the panel 2 is kept beautiful facing the user, it is more convenient to take out or put in the water tank assembly b installed in the accommodating space 100.
The L-shaped motion trail 3 comprises a horizontal section 31, a vertical section 32 and an arc section 33, wherein the horizontal section 31 extends forwards and backwards on the top plate 1, the vertical section 32 is vertically arranged at the front side of the horizontal section 31, and the arc section 33 is connected between the horizontal section 31 and the vertical section 32 and arches downwards. This structure provides conditions for the formation of the movement locus of the panel 2 and makes the entire movement stroke of the panel 2 smooth. It should be noted that the arrangement of the horizontal section 31 is not required to be completely matched with the horizontal plane, and the arrangement of the vertical section 32 is not required to be completely perpendicular to the horizontal plane, as long as the L-shaped movement track of the panel 2 can be realized. The vertical section 32 in this embodiment is disposed at a slightly forward inclined angle from bottom to top to reduce the force generated to the panel drive mechanism.
Two ends of the first guide groove 71 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 711 extending outwards, and a buffer member 72 capable of buffering the movement trend of the first guide post 8 is arranged in the clamping groove 711. The buffer member 72 has a positioning portion 721 capable of being inserted into the slot 711 and a contact portion 722 located in the first guide groove 71 and capable of contacting with the first guide post 8, and the contact portion 722 is formed in an arc structure extending along an inner end surface of the first guide groove 71, so that the impact of the guide member 7 on the first guide post 8 can be reduced, the service life of the component can be prolonged, and the noise can be reduced.
The first link 5 of this embodiment is provided with a second guide slot 51 near the first end and arranged along the length direction of the first link 5, and the side wall of the sliding member 4 is provided with a second guide post 41 which can be rotatably connected in the second guide slot 51 and can slide back and forth along the second guide slot 51. The first end of the second link 6 is rotatably connected to the side wall of the sliding member 4, and the connection point is located at the rear side of the first guide post 8, and the second end of the second link 6 is rotatably connected to the first link 5 through the first guide post 8. In actual use, the panel 2 can be moved without providing the second link 6, but since the guide 7 generates a large reaction force to the first guide post 8 at the front end of the first link 5, if the second link 6 is not provided, the driving mechanism 9 will bear a large irregular force and the load is large, and the provision of the second link 6 can effectively reduce the load of the driving mechanism 9, so that the panel 2 can be operated more smoothly and stably. In order to make the sliding member 4 slide smoothly, the outer side wall of the sliding member 4 is provided with a guide portion 42 arranged along the length direction, correspondingly, the top plate 1 is provided with a guide rail 11 extending along the front and back direction, and the side portion of the guide rail 11 is provided with a third guide groove 111 for the guide portion 42 to slide back and forth. The rear end of the third guide groove 111 is provided with a stopper post 112 capable of preventing the guide portion 42 from coming off the third guide groove 111.
In the present embodiment, two sliding members 4 are respectively disposed on two sides of the top plate 1, and each sliding member 4 is configured to a set of the first connecting rod 5 and the second connecting rod 6, so as to make the movement of the panel 2 smooth and stable. The driving mechanism 9 includes a motor 91 and a gear and rack transmission assembly 92 capable of connecting an output shaft of the motor 91 with the slider 4. The gear, rack drive assembly 92 includes first rack 921, second rack 922, third rack 923, first gear 924, second gear 925 and third gear 926, first rack 921 is located on the slider 4 of panel 2 one side, second rack 922 is located one side of first rack 921 and moves with first rack 921 synchronization, first gear 924 is connected with the output shaft of motor 91 and meshes the transmission with second rack 922, second gear 925 meshes the transmission with first rack 921 mutually, third gear 926 is connected with second gear 925 and meshes the transmission with third rack 923 through first connecting shaft 927, third rack 926 is located on the slider 4 of panel 2 opposite side. The top plate 1 is provided with support seats 928 disposed adjacent to the two sliders 4, respectively, and both ends of the first connecting shaft 927 are rotatably supported on the support seats 928, respectively. For the convenience of assembly, the sliding member 4 of the panel 2 is formed with a mounting groove 43 extending inward of the top plate 1 for receiving the second rack 925, and the second rack 925 is provided in the mounting groove 43. The first stopper 44 capable of preventing the second rack 922 from being separated from the mounting groove 43 upward is disposed outside the mounting groove 43. The mounting groove 43 is formed in a U shape, a step 9222 arranged lower than the upper edge of the mounting groove 43 is formed on the outer side wall of the second rack 922 close to the center of the top plate 1, a pressing and holding portion 441 capable of pressing and placing on the step 9222 is formed on the top of the first limiting member 44, and the lower portion of the first limiting member 44 is clamped on the buckle 432 on the outer side wall of the mounting groove 43 through the bayonet 442.
A connection assembly c that can keep the horizontal displacement of the water tank assembly b and the panel 2 in the front-rear direction consistent is arranged between the water tank assembly b and the panel driving mechanism a. This structure makes water tank set spare b keep unanimous with panel 2 displacement on the horizontal direction, and restricts water tank set spare b and produce the displacement in upper and lower direction to avoid water tank set spare b to collide with the inner wall or the edge of accommodation space 100 mutually at the in-process of pulling out, influence water tank set spare b's normal pulling out. For the convenience of connection, the connection assembly c includes a connection plate c1, an elastic member c2, one side of the connection plate c1 is connected with the side wall of the water tank assembly b, and the other side of the connection plate c1 is connected with the sliding member 4 and moves synchronously with the sliding member 4. The elastic member c2 is connected between the connection plate c1 and the first link 5 and maintains the tendency of the first link 5 to move forward. The elastic member c2 of this embodiment is a torsion spring, the connecting plate c1 has an extension plate horizontally extending outward from the sidewall of the water tank assembly b, a first end of the torsion spring is connected to the upper surface of the extension plate of the connecting plate c1, and a second end of the torsion spring is connected to the side of the first link 5. With this structure, when the first guide post 8 of the first connecting rod 5 moves to the middle arc section 33 of the first guide groove 71, a large torque is applied to the first connecting rod 5, and at this time, the torsion spring provides a forward pushing force to the first connecting rod 5 to overcome the resistance applied to the first guide post 5 in the middle of the first guide groove 71, so that the moving-out process of the panel 2 is smooth, and the load of the driving mechanism 9 is reduced.
The water tank taking out mechanism of the present embodiment further includes a stopper member d capable of preventing the water tank member b from moving backward in a pulled-out state of the water tank member b. When the panel 2 stops at the front upper part of the accommodating space 100, the front part of the water tank assembly b is exposed out of the front port of the accommodating space 100, but most of the water tank assembly b is still positioned in the accommodating space 100, at this time, the water tank assembly b may move backwards due to artificial careless touch, even the panel 2 is moved downwards to influence use, and by adopting the structure, the problem is avoided. The limiting component d of the embodiment comprises a limiting block d1, a limiting column d2 and a releasing mechanism e, wherein the limiting block d1 is arranged on the top plate 1 and is positioned below the water tank component b, the releasing mechanism e can be rotatably arranged on the water tank component b, the limiting column d2 is arranged on the releasing mechanism e and can synchronously rotate along with the releasing mechanism e, the position of the limiting block d1 on the top plate 1 corresponds to the position of the limiting column d2 under the front pull-out state of the water tank component b, and the limiting column d2 can be matched with the limiting block d1 to limit the position of the pull-out state of the water tank component b. When the water tank assembly b is pushed out, the position of the water tank assembly b can be limited through the limiting block d1 and the limiting column d2, and the water tank assembly b is prevented from moving backwards under the non-artificial subjective operation; when the panel 2 covers the front port of the accommodating space 100, the panel driving mechanism a moves backward and drives the releasing mechanism e to rotate, so as to cancel the limiting function of the limiting block d1 and the limiting column d2, and the water tank assembly b moves back into the accommodating space 100 along with the movement of the panel 2. Specifically, at least the rear part of the limiting block d1 is formed into a first inclined plane d11 which is inclined gradually backward from top to bottom, correspondingly, the bottom surface of the limiting column d2 is formed into a second inclined plane d21 which is inclined gradually backward from bottom to top, the releasing mechanism e is provided with an elastic component d3 which can enable the limiting column d2 to always keep a downward moving trend, and in the state that the water tank component b moves forwards, the second inclined plane d21 of the limiting column d2 is matched with the first inclined plane d11 to slide until the rear side wall of the limiting column d2 is clamped and limited with the front side wall of the limiting block d 1.
The release mechanism e of this embodiment includes a mounting seat e1 and a guiding structure e2, the mounting seat e1 is rotatably disposed on the rear side wall of the water tank assembly b through a rotating shaft e0 and is disposed close to the panel driving mechanism a, a spacing column d2 is disposed on the mounting seat e1 in a vertically movable manner, a guiding structure e2 is disposed on the panel driving mechanism a in a horizontally movable manner, the guiding structure e2 has a spacing opening e21 gradually shifted from the side of the panel driving mechanism a to the spacing block d1, a plug column e11 capable of being inserted into the spacing opening e21 is formed by extending downward the bottom of the mounting seat e1, the plug column e11 is located at the rear of the spacing opening e21, the lower end of the plug column e11 is aligned with the spacing block d1, the plug column e11 is located at the front of the spacing opening e21, the lower end of the plug column 11 is misaligned with the spacing block d1, and the structure can realize the triggering of the release mechanism e. The bottom of the guide structure e2 is provided with a first clamping leg e22 and a second clamping leg e23 which are arranged at intervals in the front-back direction, correspondingly, the panel driving mechanism a is provided with a limiting groove a1 which can limit the guide structure e2 in the area, the plug-in post e11 is positioned at the front part of the limiting opening e21 under the state that the first clamping leg e22 is abutted against the front end wall of the limiting groove a1, and the plug-in post e11 is positioned at the rear part of the limiting opening e21 under the state that the second clamping leg e23 is abutted against the rear end wall of the limiting groove a 1. The guide structure e2 of this embodiment is directly disposed at the front end of the second rack 922 and slightly shifts towards the direction of the water tank assembly b, the second rack 922 can be disposed in the mounting groove 43 in a forward and backward moving manner, the first clamping leg e22 and the second clamping leg e23 are disposed on the bottom surface of the second rack 922, and the limiting groove a1 is formed on the inner bottom wall of the mounting groove 43. Of course, the present embodiment may also separately provide the guide structure e2 at other positions of the panel driving mechanism a and provide a separate driving structure for the movement thereof as long as the moving state of the guide structure e2 can be maintained in conformity with the pulled-out or retracted state of the water tank assembly b. The above structure is mainly for limiting the moving state of the guide structure e2, so that the release mechanism e is in an invalid state in the pulling-out process of the water tank assembly b, and when the water tank assembly b needs to return to the accommodating space 100, the release mechanism e is in an valid state, thereby releasing the limit of the water tank assembly b.
In order to facilitate installation and assembly, the bottom of the installation seat e1 is upwards provided with an installation bin e12 for installing a limiting column d2, the elastic piece d3 is a spring and is arranged at the top of the installation bin e12, the elastic piece d3 abuts against the upper end of the limiting column d2, and one side of the installation seat e1 is provided with a shifting piece d4 capable of preventing the limiting column d2 from being downwards separated from the installation bin e 12.
The toggle piece d4 is rotatably disposed on the mounting seat e1, a notch d22 is opened on the side wall of the spacing post d2 arranged towards the toggle piece d4, and a toggle piece d41 capable of being inserted into the notch d22 is formed on the side wall of the toggle piece d4 in an outward extending manner. The toggle piece d4 has a cylindrical main body part d42, a mounting sleeve e13 for mounting the main body part d42 is formed on the mounting seat e1, a part of the mounting sleeve e13 close to the spacing post d2 is arranged in an open mode, a mounting shaft e14 is arranged in the middle of the mounting sleeve e13, and the main body part d42 is rotatably sleeved on the mounting shaft e 14. The side wall of the main body part d42 is provided with a protrusion d421, the inner wall of the mounting sleeve e13 is provided with a limiting opening e131 for the protrusion d421 to be clamped in, when the elastic piece d3 is stretched, the protrusion d421 is positioned in the notch d22, and when the elastic piece d3 is compressed, the protrusion d421 is positioned in the limiting opening e 131.
In order to improve the stability of the release mechanism e, the rear side wall of the water tank assembly b of this embodiment is provided with a guide post b1 extending outwards, and correspondingly, a guide opening e15 which can cooperate with the guide post b1 to keep the mounting seat e1 in a rotating track is formed on the mounting seat e 1. The rear side wall of the water tank assembly b is provided with a roller b2, and correspondingly, the top of the mounting seat e1 is formed with an arc-shaped guide surface e16 which can be matched with the roller b2 to keep a rotating track.
When the water tank taking out mechanism of the embodiment is used, when the water tank assembly b in the accommodating space 100 needs to be taken out, and the driving mechanism 9 drives the sliding member 4 to move forward, the sliding member 4 drives the first connecting rod 5 to slide forward, and because the front part or the middle part of the first connecting rod 5 can be limited in the first guide groove 71 of the guide member 7 by the first guide post 8 in a sliding manner, along with the forward movement of the first connecting rod 5, the panel 2 at the front end of the first connecting rod 5 moves forward and then slides upward along with the arc section 33 and the vertical section 32 in the movement track of the front end of the first connecting rod 5, so that the panel 2 stays at the upper front side of the accommodating space 100 at a certain angle, in the process, because the water tank assembly b is directly connected with the sliding member 4, along with the movement of the panel 2, the water tank assembly b also moves along with the panel 2 in the horizontal direction until the front part of the water tank assembly b is exposed out of the front port of, the water box can be conveniently taken out from the front end of the water tank component b by a user; in the process that the water tank assembly b moves forwards along with the driving mechanism a, when the water tank assembly b approaches the end point, the second clamping foot e23 is abutted against the rear end wall of the limiting groove a1, the inserting column e11 is positioned at the rear part of the limiting opening e21, at the moment, the contact mechanism e is in an invalid state, the lower end of the limiting column d2 is aligned with the limiting block d1, as the water tank assembly b continues to move forwards, the second inclined plane d21 at the lower end of the limiting column d2 is in sliding fit with the first inclined plane d11 of the limiting block d1 until the rear side wall of the limiting column d2 is clamped and limited with the front side wall of the limiting block d1, and at the moment, the water tank assembly b cannot retreat due to non-artificial subjective operation; when the water tank assembly b needs to be retracted into the accommodating space 100 and the panel 2 closes the front port of the accommodating space 100, the driving mechanism 9 operates to drive the second rack 922 and the guiding structure e2 to move backwards for a certain distance, so that the plugging column e11 is located at the front part of the limiting port e21 under the state that the first clamping leg e22 abuts against the front end wall of the limiting groove a1, at the moment, the mounting seat e1 rotates, the limiting column d2 deflects along with the limiting column e1 and is dislocated with the limiting block d1, namely, the releasing mechanism e takes effect, the limiting effect on the water tank assembly b is cancelled, the panel driving mechanism a continues to operate reversely, and withdrawal of the water tank assembly b and closing of the panel 2 can be completed.

As shown in fig. 12, the gear and rack transmission assembly 92 ' of the present embodiment includes a fourth rack 921 ', a fifth rack 922 ', a fourth gear 923 ', a fifth gear 924 ', and a sixth gear 925 ', wherein the fourth rack 921 ' is disposed on the slider 4 ' on one side of the panel 2 ', the fourth gear 921 ' is connected to the output shaft of the motor 91 ' and is engaged with the fifth gear 922 ', the fifth gear 922 ' is engaged with the fourth rack 921 ' and is connected to the sixth gear 925 ' through a second connecting shaft 926 ', the sixth gear 925 ' is engaged with the fifth rack 924 ', and the fifth rack 922 ' is disposed on the slider 4 ' on the other side of the panel 2 '.
The transmission structure between the motor and the slider according to the present invention is not limited to the gear and rack transmission assembly, and the gear and rack transmission assembly is not limited to the structures described in embodiments 1 and 2, as long as the slider can move forward and backward.

The structure can artificially reset the panel 2 and the water tank assembly b when the panel 2 and the water tank assembly b are moved out but are in a sudden power-off state.

1. A cooking appliance with a water tank capable of being taken and placed comprises a panel (2) positioned on the front side surface of the cooking appliance, a water tank assembly (b) arranged on the rear side of the panel (2), and a top plate (1) arranged below the panel (2) and the water tank assembly (b);
the method is characterized in that: the panel driving mechanism (a) can drive the panel (2) to move towards the upper front side;
the front end of the panel driving mechanism (a) is connected with the panel (2), the rear part of the panel driving mechanism (a) is arranged on the top plate (1), and the side part of the panel driving mechanism (a) is connected with the side wall of the water tank component (b);
in the driven open state of the panel (2), the panel (2) is positioned forward and upward of the position in the reset state thereof, and at least the front side surface of the water tank assembly (b) is exposed to the outside.
2. The water tank accessible cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein: the panel driving mechanism (a) comprises
A sliding member (4) which is provided on the top plate (1) so as to be movable forward and backward;
the first end of the first connecting rod (5) is rotatably connected to the rear end of the sliding piece (4), and the second end of the first connecting rod (5) extends forwards and is connected with the panel (2);
the guide piece (7) is arranged on the top plate (1) and is close to a front port (101) of the accommodating space (100), and a first guide groove (71) matched with the motion track of the panel (2) is formed in the guide piece (7);
the first guide post (8) is arranged on the side wall of the first connecting rod (5) and is in guide fit with the first guide groove (71); and
and the driving mechanism (9) is used for driving the sliding piece (4) to move back and forth.

The water tank accessible cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein: a connecting component (c) which can enable the water tank component (b) and the panel (2) to keep consistent with each other in horizontal displacement in the front-back direction is arranged between the water tank component (b) and the panel driving mechanism (a).

The water tank accessible cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein: the connecting assembly (c) at least comprises a connecting plate (c1), one side of the connecting plate (c1) is connected with the side wall of the water tank assembly (b), and the other side of the connecting plate (c1) is connected with the sliding member (4) and moves synchronously with the sliding member (4).

The water tank accessible cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein: the connecting assembly (c) further comprises an elastic member (c2), wherein the elastic member (c2) is connected between the connecting plate (c1) and the first connecting rod (5) and keeps the trend of forward movement of the first connecting rod (5).
6. The water tank accessible cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein: the elastic piece (c2) is a torsion spring, the first end of the torsion spring is connected to the connecting plate (c1), and the second end of the torsion spring is connected with the side of the first connecting rod (5).
7. The cooking appliance with the water tank capable of being taken and placed as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cooking appliance comprises: the water tank assembly (b) is pulled out, and the water tank assembly (b) is prevented from moving backwards by the limiting assembly (d).
