In the following description of the present application, cooking apparatus 100 is described as an example of a steam box. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cooking apparatus 100 of the present embodiment includes a chamber 10, a waste water box 20, and a connection hose 30. The cavity 10 has a cooking cavity therein, and food can be cooked therein. The front end of the cavity 10 is provided with an opening, and the opening and closing of the opening is controlled by the door 50, so that the cooking cavity can be opened or closed. The door 50 can be disposed at the front end of the cavity 10 in various manners, for example, the door 50 can be rotatably disposed at the front end of the opening of the cavity 10, or the door 50 can be disposed at the front end of the opening of the cavity 50 in a push-pull manner. The bottom of the door body 50 is provided with a waste water box 20, and the waste water box 20 is communicated with the inside of the cavity 10 through a connecting hose 30. The cooking apparatus 100 of this embodiment further includes a steam generator (not shown) disposed outside the cavity 10 and communicated with the inside of the cavity 10, for supplying heating steam into the cavity 10, thereby heating the food in the cavity 10. Heating steam is condensed in the cavity 10 and on the surface of the food material in the heating process to generate a large amount of condensed water, and meanwhile, part of water is also mixed in the steam generated by the steam generating device to directly enter the cavity 10. When the heating is completed, the condensed water is deposited on the bottom of the chamber 10 and is finally discharged into the waste water tank 30 through the connection hose 20.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the bottom of the chamber 10 of the present embodiment is provided with a downwardly extending protruding end 11, and the protruding end 11 includes a first mounting portion 111, a connecting portion 112 and a second mounting portion 113 which are sequentially connected to each other. The condensed water at the bottom of the cavity 10 flows into the U-shaped pipe section 31 of the connecting hose 30 through the water outlet 12, the U-shaped pipe section 31 has an ascending section in the vertical direction, the condensed water can enter the waste water box 20 through the water inlet 21 after filling the ascending section, and certain condensed water is remained and deposited in the U-shaped pipe section 31 and cannot be discharged, so that a water accumulation liquid level is formed, thereby effectively shielding the hot air flowing through the U-shaped pipe section 31, avoiding the hot air generated when the cooking device 100 works from being discharged to the outside of the cavity 10 through the connecting hose 30, preventing heat loss, and further improving the cooking efficiency of the cooking device 100. In other embodiments of the present application, a sufficient amount of water can be retained at the water inlet 21 of the waste water box 20 so as to shield the water inlet 21, and the hot air in the cavity 10 can be prevented from flowing out into the waste water box 20 through the connecting hose 30.
In other embodiments of the present application, the connection hose 30 may further include other types of bent sections besides the U-shaped pipe section, such as a V-shaped pipe section, a W-shaped pipe section, etc., which are capable of forming an effective water accumulation liquid level in the connection hose 30, so as to block the hot air flow in the cavity 10 from flowing into the waste water box 20 through the connection hose 30.
In other embodiments of the present application, the connection hose 30 may also be a rigid pipe, a communication pipe is formed by bending deformation of the rigid pipe or combination connection of a plurality of rigid pipes, the rigid pipe is sleeved outside the extension end 11 or inserted inside the extension end 11 and sealed, and meanwhile, a bending section is provided on the rigid pipe to prevent hot air from flowing out of the cavity 10, reduce heat loss and improve cooking efficiency.
As shown in fig. 7, the waste water box 20 of the present embodiment is provided with a water inlet 21, and the water inlet 21 is vertically disposed below the drain port 12, so that the condensed water in the chamber 10 can be easily flowed into the waste water box 20 through the connection hose 30. The waste water box 20 is provided with an opening at the top thereof, and a cover plate having no cover plate at the top thereof, or a cover plate having a partial opening is provided, so that the air pressure in the waste water box 20 is identical to the external air pressure, thereby constituting a communicating structure between the waste water box 20 and the chamber 10 through the connection hose 30. The bottom surface of waste water box 20 still is equipped with concave part 22, and the bottom of concave part 22 sets up towards the top of waste water box 20 to form in the bottom of waste water box 20 and snatch the space, be convenient for snatch waste water box 20.
According to the cooking device 100 of the present invention, the connecting hose 30 is arranged to connect the water inlet 21 of the waste water box 20 and the water outlet 12 at the bottom of the cavity 10, and the connecting hose 30 is arranged between the water inlet 21 and the water outlet 12 in the vertical direction, so that condensed water deposited at the bottom of the cavity 10 can directly flow into the waste water box 20 through the connecting hose 30, thereby removing the condensed water at the bottom of the cavity 10, preventing the condensed water from being deposited in the cavity 10 for a long time, and meanwhile, a structure similar to a communicator is formed between the cavity 10 and the waste water box 20 through the connecting hose 30, when there is accumulated water in the connecting hose 30 or the waste water box 20, air flow between the cavity 10 and the waste water box 20 can be blocked, thereby preventing hot air flow in the cavity 10 from flowing into the waste water box 20 through the connecting hose 30, and further flowing into other components of the cooking device 100 to cause rusting or damage of the other, reduce the calorific loss among the heating process, and then improve heating efficiency, guarantee the culinary art effect.
