Abstract

The present invention relates to a voice supporting earplug, and more particularly, to a voice supporting earplug including: a housing worn at an ear of a user; the user mobile information grasping module is arranged in the shell and used for grasping the user mobile information; and an output unit for transmitting the user movement information grasped by the user movement information grasping module to the user by voice, so that the user movement information such as the position, time information, speed information, distance information, etc. of the user can be provided.

Currently, as a tool for assisting a user in running, a Global Positioning System (GPS) based mobile phone, a watch, and the like are generally used.

Even if there is the above problem, it is a real situation that visually handicapped marathon athletes who cannot obtain information by vision still use the inconvenient existing running assistance tools.
As described in detail below, since visually handicapped marathons including wheelchair marathons cannot run by themselves, the wheelchair marathons runs while tying their arms with a ribbon together with a non-handicapped running guide.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a voice-supportable ear plug that can assist a blind person in running and allow the blind person to receive speed information, position information, time information, distance information, and the like in voice by a simple operation.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a running support apparatus capable of transmitting information more efficiently.
Means for solving the problems
The running earplug for supporting voice of the present invention for achieving the above object is characterized by comprising: a housing 100 worn at the ear of the user; a user movement information grasping module 200, which is built in the housing 100, for grasping user movement information; and an output unit 300 for transmitting the user movement information grasped by the user movement information grasping module 200 to the user by voice.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the user movement information grasping module 200 includes: a mobile information grasping part 210 for grasping the mobile information of the user; and a moving information storage unit 220 for storing the user moving information grasped by the moving information grasping unit 210.
The user movement information grasping module 200 further includes a communication unit 230 that communicates with the smart device 1.

In describing the embodiments of the present invention, a detailed description of a known function or configuration will be omitted when it is judged that the detailed description may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention. Also, the terms described later are terms defined in consideration of their functions in the embodiments of the present invention, and may be changed according to the intention of a user, an operator, or a convention in the art to which the present invention pertains. The voice supporting earplug 1000 of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
The voice supporting earplug of the invention may represent a voice supporting earpiece or a combined earpiece and microphone voice supporting earplug.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a housing 100 of a voice supporting earpiece 1000 according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is a conceptual diagram showing a state in which user movement information is provided to a user in voice by a user movement information grasping module 200 and an output unit 300 provided inside the housing 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the voice supporting earplug 1000 of the present invention comprises: a housing 100 worn at the ear of the user; a user movement information grasping module 200, which is built in the housing 100, for grasping user movement information; and an output unit 300 for transmitting the user movement information grasped by the user movement information grasping module 200 to the user by voice.
As described in detail below, as shown in fig. 1, the housing 100 includes: a front cover 110 formed with an ear cover 111 of silicon or rubber material for insertion into the ear of the user; and a rear cover 120 assembled with the front cover 110, wherein a space is formed inside the front cover 110 and the rear cover 120, the user movement information grasping module 200 and the output unit 300 are positioned in the space, and a sound transmission channel 112 is formed in the front cover 110, so that the user movement information output from the output unit 300 is transmitted to a user in a voice through the sound transmission channel 112.
In this case, as shown in fig. 2, the user movement information grasping module 200 may include: a mobile information grasping part 210 for grasping the mobile information of the user; and a moving information storage unit 220 for storing the user moving information grasped by the moving information grasping unit 210.
As described in detail below, since the mobile information grasping unit 210 includes the gps module, the user's mobile information such as the user's position information, distance information, speed information, and time information is grasped in real time by communication with the satellite 2 based on the gps, and then transmitted to the user 3 in voice through the output unit 300, so that the user can easily confirm his/her position, moving distance, moving speed, and moving time in real time during running, and thus the user's running can be more stable.
The user movement information grasped by the movement information grasping unit 210 is stored in the movement information storage unit 220, so that the user can confirm the stored user movement information later.
The user can grasp the problem during running by looking at the information about the travel distance, the travel speed, and the travel time stored in the travel information storage unit 220, and establish a new running strategy for improving the problem.
The output unit 300 may provide the user movement information to the user through voice, and the user movement information grasping module 200 may further include a control unit 240, the control unit 240 may store reference data for providing the user movement information to the user, and the control unit 240 may operate the output unit 300 when the stored reference data is reached.
That is, in the voice supporting earpiece 1000 of the present invention, the output part 300 provides the user movement information to the user by voice when the reference data set by the user is reached, in which case the reference data set by the user may be data such as a specific time, a specific distance, or a specific position at which the user movement information is to be acquired.
In other words, the user stores reference data such as a specific time, a specific position, and a specific distance at which the user obtains his/her movement information in the control unit 240, and when the user reaches the stored reference data, that is, the specific time, the specific position, or the specific distance by running, the control unit 240 transmits the user movement information grasped by the movement information grasping unit 210 to the user in voice through the output unit 300.
In this case, the user movement information output by the output unit 300 may be a movement distance from the departure position to the current position, a remaining distance from the current position to the target position, a current movement speed, an average movement speed from the departure position to the current position, a movement time from the departure position to the current position, a time required for reaching the target position from the current position when moving at the current movement speed, the current time, the current position, and the like.
Also, the user movement information grasping module 200 may further include: a data input unit 250 for inputting reference data to the control unit 240; and a screen part 260 for displaying the inputted reference data.
As described in detail below, the user can receive appropriate information in a variety of situations, such as running at a short distance, marathon at a long distance, jogging, walking, etc., by adjusting the reference data stored in the control unit 240 through the data input unit 250.
As shown in fig. 3, the data input unit 250 may include: a numerical value adjusting part 251 located on the rear surface of the rear cover 120 for adjusting the contents of the reference data contents displayed on the screen part 260 and adjusting the numerical value of the selected reference data contents; and a catalog selection section 252 for selecting the reference data catalog displayed on the screen section 260.
In other words, the reference data list to be input is set by the numerical value adjusting part 251, and when the set reference data list is displayed on the screen part 260, the reference data list is selected by the list selecting part 252, and then the numerical value of the reference data list is adjusted by the numerical value adjusting part 251 so that the user can input and store the reference data in the control part 240.
Also, referring to fig. 4, in the present invention, the user movement information grasping module 200 may further include a communication part 230 for communicating with the smart device 1, and the communication part 230 may communicate with the smart device 1 such as a smart phone or a notebook computer in a bluetooth manner.
As described in detail below, the control unit 240 and the smart device 1 may communicate with each other through the communication unit 230, so that the user may adjust the reference data stored in the control unit 240 through the smart device 1.
In this case, the smart device 1 may be provided with an application program linked to the control unit 240, and the user may adjust the reference data stored in the control unit by the application program provided in the smart device 1.
Further, since the smart device 1 can transmit and receive data to and from the control unit 240 through the communication unit 230, the control unit 240 can receive music data, learning data, and the like stored in the smart device 1 and then output the data through the output unit 300.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the voice supporting earpiece 1000 of the present invention further includes a voice information receiving unit 400 for receiving the voice information 4 of the user, and the control unit 240 may set the reference data based on the voice information received by the voice information receiving unit 400.
Further, a plurality of pieces of voice information are stored in the control unit 240, and when the voice information input through the voice information receiving unit 400 matches the stored voice information, user movement information corresponding to the input voice information can be output through the output unit 300.
In other words, when the user confirms his/her movement information without reaching the reference data stored in the smart device 1 or the data input unit 250, the voice information receiving unit 400 may confirm his/her movement information in real time by sending an instruction in voice.
In addition, the user movement information grasping module 200 may further include a switch unit, and the switch unit includes: a driving adjustment switch disposed outside the housing 100 for driving the user movement information grasping module 200; a volume adjusting switch for adjusting the volume of the output part 300; and a real-time confirmation switch, and immediately transmits user movement information such as a user position, a movement distance, a movement speed, and a movement time, which are grasped by the movement information grasping unit 210, to the user through the output unit 300 when clicking.
In detail, when the user presses the driving adjustment switch for about 3 seconds, a Light Emitting Diode (LED) is turned on, and the user movement information grasping module 200 is driven, the user adjusts the volume of the user movement information transmitted to the user through the output part 300 to an appropriate volume by clicking a volume up key and a volume down key constituting the volume adjustment switch, and the control part 240 may immediately transmit the user movement information grasped by the movement information grasping part 210 to the user through the output part 300 when the user clicks the real time confirmation switch in order to immediately confirm the current position, movement distance, movement speed, and movement time information of the user.
In the voice supporting earplug of the present invention, the light emitting portion may be formed outside the housing 100.
As described in detail below, in the case of a match such as marathon, which is played for a long time, since it may become dark during the game, the light emitting portion that blinks in a dark environment is formed to prevent the players from colliding with each other because the players cannot confirm their positions.
Also, the voice supporting ear bud of the present invention may further include a beacon in communication with an adjacent voice supporting ear bud.
As described in detail below, the blind has a problem that it is difficult to accurately grasp the position of another adjacent runner, and thus collision with another runner may occur when performing exercise such as marathon running or running on a specified route, but such a problem cannot be prevented by a position measurement technique such as a global positioning system having a position measurement error value of not less than a predetermined value, and therefore, each voice supporting earplug is provided with a beacon having a communication area of about 3m that can be confirmed before the runner collides, and when another runner enters within 3m, the beacon notifies the user of the grasped position information of the other runner, thereby preventing collision between different users.
Moreover, the voice supporting earplug may further include a battery part, and the battery part includes: a charging terminal combined with an external charging cable; a battery for charging the electric power transmitted from the charging terminal; and a charge confirmation unit for transmitting the electric power input through the charging terminal to the battery and confirming a charged state of the battery.
As described in detail below, the voice supporting earbud of the present invention, which is a device worn during outdoor activities such as running or marathon, needs to have energy for operating the user movement information grasping module 200 and the output unit 300, and thus can be driven outdoors by incorporating a battery unit including: a battery for storing electrical energy; a charging terminal coupled with the external cable to receive power; and a charge confirmation unit that transmits power input to the charging terminal to the battery and confirms a charged state of the battery.
The voice supporting earpiece 1000 of the present invention further includes a power supply unit for supplying power to the user movement information grasping module 200 and the output unit 300, and the power supply unit may include: an energy collecting section for collecting energy; a collecting unit for converting the energy collected by the energy collecting unit into electric energy; and a battery for storing the electric energy converted by the collecting unit.
As described below, the voice-supporting ear plug of the present invention needs to be usable for a long time as a device for providing user movement information to a user in the case where the user moves.
In this case, however, when the user movement information grasping module 200 and the output unit 300 are powered only by the energy stored in the battery, the energy stored in the battery may be consumed in a short time, and thus the device may not be used.

1. A voice-supporting earplug, comprising:
a housing (100) to be worn at an ear of a user;
a user movement information grasping module (200) which is built in the housing (100) and is used for grasping user movement information; and
and an output unit (300) for transmitting the user movement information grasped by the user movement information grasping module (200) to the user by voice.
2. The voice-enabled ear plug according to claim 1, wherein the user mobile information grasping module (200) comprises:
a mobile information grasping unit (210) for grasping the mobile information of the user; and
