acquiring positioning information of a target location;
searching a communication parameter corresponding to the positioning information in a positioning communication parameter library according to the positioning information, and taking the communication parameter as a local communication parameter;
and when the communication with the external terminal is required, establishing communication connection with the external terminal by using the communication parameters of the local machine.

and after receiving the fed back communication parameters, the device takes the communication parameters as local communication parameters, and establishes communication connection with an external terminal by using the local communication parameters when the communication with the external terminal is required.
