The invention provides a reference gateway device and a method for industrial internet gateway test, wherein the reference gateway is connected with a data generator to receive a test data packet packaged by the data generator; the test data packet is internally provided with an identification algorithm unit block; the identification algorithm unit block records identification algorithms; the reference gateway identifies the communication protocol used by the test data packet and the communication protocol packet in the test data packet through an identification algorithm, performs network connection according to the identified communication protocol, analyzes and executes the test task in the communication protocol packet by a protocol analysis method in the communication protocol, takes the execution result data as industrial data to be output, converts the industrial data into an output data packet based on a standard protocol and sends the output data packet to a subsequent data processing link; the invention can test the function and performance of the gateway more intuitively and contrastively and is used for solving the technical problems that the existing gateway test is not unified, the standard test mode is unavailable and the maturity can not meet the market demand.

Background
The industrial internet gateway is a link for connecting an industrial equipment network and a communication network, and plays a very important role in the edge side of the whole internet platform. Manufacturers are continuously accumulating the number of industrial protocols to provide generalized gateway devices and actively exploring more application scenarios of the gateway by adding functions. The influence of the gateway on the industrial internet is gradually deepened, but a unified and standardized testing mode and device for testing the working function of the gateway equipment are still lacked at present, so that the maturity of the gateway equipment in the industrial internet is improved.
In view of this, in order to make an evaluation and specification of the function and performance of the gateway device, the invention provides a reference gateway device and a method for industrial internet gateway testing. The reference gateway not only has all functions required by the current gateway product, but also provides test reference data, and can realize the transmission of industrial data from equipment to a cloud end through protocol analysis and data conversion, so that the functions and the performances of the gateway can be tested more intuitively and contrastively.

The reference gateway device is used for generating standard data by a reference gateway in industrial Internet gateway test operation, and the reference gateway is connected with a data generator to receive a test data packet packaged by the data generator; the test data packet is internally provided with a recognition algorithm unit block which can be analyzed by a reference gateway and an industrial internet gateway; the identification algorithm unit block records an identification algorithm for identifying a data structure of the test data packet; after receiving the test data packet, the reference gateway identifies the communication protocol used by the test data packet and the communication protocol packet in the test data packet through an identification algorithm, performs network connection according to the identified communication protocol, analyzes and executes the test task in the communication protocol packet by using a protocol analysis method in the communication protocol, takes the execution result data of the test task as industrial data to be output by the reference gateway, converts the industrial data into an output data packet based on a standard protocol through a data conversion algorithm, and sends the output data packet to a subsequent data processing link.
The reference gateway is connected with equipment in a subsequent data processing link by a cloud access method; the equipment in the subsequent data processing link comprises a database at a cloud server; and the cloud server performs data processing and display on an output data packet which is sent by the reference gateway and is based on a standard protocol, so as to form standard data which can be used for the test reference of the tested industrial internet gateway.
The type of the communication protocol for testing comprises a field bus network protocol, an industrial Ethernet protocol or an industrial wireless protocol; the data generator encapsulates the test data packet by a protocol driving method; in the protocol driving method, each recognition algorithm unit block seals one recognition algorithm.
The protocol analysis method in the communication protocol for testing specifically comprises the following steps: the reference gateway extracts required information from the test data packet according to the format of the communication protocol for the test identified by the identification algorithm; the operation method adopted when extracting the information comprises protocol adaptation, key parameter extraction, data interception or data temporary storage;
the formats of the communication protocol for testing comprise a target data length field format, a load starting address field format, a header field format, a source address MAC field format, a destination address MAC field format, an Ethernet type field format and IP address information.

if the cloud access method is based on HTTP communication, when the reference gateway establishes connection with the cloud application, a login request is generated through HTTP, and a JSON format character string is returned after login is successful, wherein the JSON format character string comprises a user ID and a signature; the JSON uses the global variable to store the data for subsequent HTTP request, login verification is carried out again, the character string of success is returned successfully, and at the moment, the connection returns a correct value successfully;
if the cloud access method is based on MQTT communication, when the reference gateway establishes connection with the cloud application, the access method is a lightweight communication protocol based on a client-server publishing/subscribing mode, and the protocol is established on a TCP/IP protocol; under the method, the MQTT communication between the reference gateway and the cloud server is also realized based on a client-server mode; the communication process is based on TCP long connection, firstly, long connection is established with an MQTT server, then a login request is sent, and if the long connection is required to be kept, a heartbeat packet needs to be sent at regular time to keep the connection with the server;
and if the cloud access method is based on the Websocket protocol, using the Websocket to perform long connection.
And when the data generator sends a test data packet to the reference gateway, the data generator sends the test data packet to the tested industrial internet gateway at the same time.
The reference gateway has all functions of the industrial internet gateway to be tested.

Compared with the prior art, the method can test the functions and the performances of the gateway more intuitively and contrastively, and can be used for solving the technical problems that the existing gateway test is not unified, the standard test mode is unavailable, and the maturity cannot meet the market demand.
