One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a service control method, apparatus, and system, which can trigger and complete a service operation for a target service by directly sending an instant messaging message for a designated virtual group member in an instant messaging group, so as to implement automatic completion of management and control on the target service based on the instant messaging message, thereby simplifying a service operation process for the target service, and improving management and control efficiency of the target service without management and control of the target service by means of account login; meanwhile, the service operation triggering message and the service operation result message can be displayed in the instant messaging group, so that all members in the group can know all service operations aiming at the target service, and the multi-user interoperability in the service operation process aiming at the target service is improved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic application scenario diagram of a service control system according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the system includes: the system comprises a group member client, a first server corresponding to instant messaging application, a second server corresponding to target service and a service request client, wherein the group member client and the service request client can be mobile terminals such as smart phones and tablet computers, and can also be terminal equipment such as personal computers, and the first server and the second server can be independent servers, and can also be a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers; the second server may be a server corresponding to an independent application, the target service may be an online service provided by a hosted application of the application, and the hosted application may be an applet or an html5 web page.
The specific process of the service control is as follows:
the group member client monitors a first instant messaging message which is sent by a user in a preset instant messaging group and aims at a designated virtual group member; the designated virtual group member can be a group member which is configured in advance and has a preset association relationship with the target service;
the group member client sends the first instant messaging message to a first server corresponding to the instant messaging application;
the first server receives the first instant messaging message and generates a business operation request aiming at the target service according to the first instant messaging message;
the first server side sends the business operation request to a second server side corresponding to the target service;
the second server executes corresponding business operation on the target service based on the received business operation request, generates business operation result information and updates the service state information of the target service;
the second service end sends the business operation result information to the first service end; receiving a service access request sent by a service request client, and responding to a service page access request of the service request client based on the updated service state information;
the first service end receives the service operation result information and sends the service operation result information to each group member client in a preset instant messaging group so that the group member clients display the service operation result information in the preset instant messaging group by using an appointed virtual group member as a message sender;
and the service request client receives service access page data which is returned by the second server and generated based on the updated service state information, and renders a front-end display page based on the service access page data.
In the application scenario, the business operation aiming at the target service can be triggered and completed by directly sending the instant communication message aiming at the appointed virtual group member in the instant communication group, so that the management and control of the target service are automatically completed based on the instant communication message, the business operation process aiming at the target service is simplified, the target service is not required to be managed and controlled in an account login mode, and the management and control efficiency of the target service is improved; meanwhile, the service operation triggering message and the service operation result message can be displayed in the instant messaging group, so that all members in the group can know all service operations aiming at the target service, and the multi-user interoperability in the service operation process aiming at the target service is improved.
Fig. 2 is a first flowchart of a service control method provided in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, where the method in fig. 2 can be executed by a first server corresponding to the instant messaging application in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 2, the method at least includes the following steps:
s202, receiving a first instant messaging message aiming at a designated virtual group member sent by a group member client; wherein, the appointed virtual group member and the target service have a preset incidence relation; the group member client is a client used by any group member in a preset instant messaging group where the designated virtual group member is located;
the target service can be government affairs services such as social security inquiry, public accumulation fund extraction, traffic violation inquiry and the like; the first instant communication message may include: the service operation type information and the service operation parameter information aiming at the target service; for example, the service operation type information may be maintenance on hook or maintenance off hook, and the service operation parameter information may be service identification information; the preset instant messaging group may include service management and control personnel related to the target service, for example, technical support members, software development participating members, business responsible members, and the like related to the target business service.
Specifically, an appointed virtual group member may be constructed in a preset instant messaging group based on the existing robot capability of the instant messaging group, and the appointed virtual group member is associated with at least one target service provided by a first service end, so that an information interaction channel is established between the first service end and a second service end, and any group member will trigger the second service end to execute corresponding business operation processing on the target service which requests management and control of a group member client through @ the appointed virtual group member in the preset instant messaging group and inputting a corresponding business operation instruction.
Specifically, any group member takes the designated virtual group member as the group member for selection reminding in the preset instant messaging group, and sends the service operation instruction input in the group message input box as the first instant messaging message to the preset instant messaging group, and then sends the service operation instruction to the first service end through the group member client.
S204, generating a service operation request aiming at the target service according to the first instant communication message; the service operation request may be an http or https URL carrying a key message field in the first instant messaging message, where the key message field may include service operation type information, service operation parameter information, and identification information of a message sender for a target service;
the first server is a background server providing an instant messaging message receiving and sending function for the client using the instant messaging application, so that the instant messaging message received by the first server can be a daily chat message between the clients or a business operation instruction which is requested by a client of a certain group member to send to a designated virtual group member; in a specific implementation, a corresponding relationship between the unique identifier and the service operation type may be preset, for example, a "-q exhibition booth code" is input in a preset instant messaging group to represent query exhibition booth information, a "-w exhibition booth code | start time | end time" is input to hang maintenance operation for a specific exhibition booth, a "-r exhibition booth code" is input to achieve hang maintenance removal for the exhibition booth, and then the service operation type may be determined based on the corresponding relationship.
Specifically, after receiving an instant messaging message uploaded by a certain group member client, a first service end generates a service operation request aiming at a target service according to the first instant messaging message if the group member selected to be reminded by the instant messaging message is determined to be a designated virtual group member; specifically, the first instant messaging message is converted into an http or https URL, and a service request carrying the http or https URL is generated; wherein the uniform resource locator URL includes: the service operation type information, the service operation parameter information and the identification information of the message sender aiming at the target service.
S206, the business operation request is sent to a second server corresponding to the target service, so that the second server executes corresponding business operation on the target service based on the business operation request;
specifically, after generating a service operation request, a first service end sends the service operation request to a second service end corresponding to a target service, the second service end analyzes the service operation request to obtain service operation type information and service operation parameter information for the target service, and a preset service management and control interface is called to execute corresponding service operation on the target service based on the service operation type information and the service operation parameter information; for example, the service operation type information includes a hang maintenance operation, the service operation parameter information includes a start time and an end time of the hang maintenance, and correspondingly, after receiving the service operation request, the second server executes the service operation of the hang maintenance for the target service, and sets the start time and the end time of the hang maintenance; for another example, the service operation type information includes a hang-up removal maintenance operation, the service operation parameter information includes a start time of the hang-up removal maintenance, and correspondingly, after receiving the service operation request, the second server sets the start time of the hang-up removal maintenance for the target service, and executes the service operation of the hang-up removal maintenance when the current time reaches the start time.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, directly sending an instant messaging message for a designated virtual group member in an instant messaging group may trigger completion of a business operation for a target service, so as to implement automatic completion of management and control of the target service based on the instant messaging message, thereby simplifying a business operation process for the target service, and improving management and control efficiency of the target service without management and control of the target service by means of account login; meanwhile, the service operation triggering message and the service operation result message can be displayed in the instant messaging group, so that all members in the group can know all service operations aiming at the target service, and the multi-user interoperability in the service operation process aiming at the target service is improved.
In order to ensure that the second server can accurately execute the corresponding service operation based on the service operation request, as shown in fig. 3, in a process of generating the service operation request based on the received first instant messaging message by the first server, considering that there may be a case where a service operation instruction input by a group member is incomplete, the step S204 of generating the service operation request for the target service according to the first instant messaging message specifically includes:
s2042, carrying out integrity check on the message field contained in the received first instant messaging message to obtain a field integrity check result;
and S2044, generating a service operation request aiming at the target service according to the first instant messaging message and the obtained field integrity check result.
Specifically, message fields corresponding to different service operation types may be preset, for example, if the service operation type is a maintenance operation, the corresponding message fields include: service identification information to be maintained, starting time of hanging maintenance and ending time of hanging maintenance;
specifically, if the field integrity check result indicates that the message field is not missing, a service operation request for the target service is generated based on the first instant messaging message;
and if the field integrity check result indicates that the message field is missing, reminding the message sender to supplement the message field so as to finally generate a service operation request containing the characteristic values corresponding to all the required fields.
Specifically, the first server converts the instant messaging message meeting the requirement of the integrity of the preset field into an http or https URL, and sends the URL as a service operation request to the second server.
Further, the first service end automatically performs integrity check on the first instant messaging message, and after determining which message fields are missing, the first service end reminds the message sender to perform message field supplementation so as to finally generate a service operation request including feature values corresponding to all required fields, based on which, the S2044 generates the service operation request for the target service according to the first instant messaging message and the obtained field integrity check result, and specifically includes:
step one, if the field integrity check result indicates that the message field is missing, generating field supplementary prompt information aiming at the first instant messaging message;
step two, sending the generated field supplementary prompt information to a group member client so that the group member client displays the field supplementary prompt information in a preset instant messaging group by taking an appointed virtual group member as a message sender; specifically, the field supplement prompt information can be sent to each group member client in a preset instant messaging group, so that each group member client displays the field supplement prompt information in a group window;
receiving a second instant messaging message aiming at the appointed virtual group member sent by the group member client; wherein the second instant messaging message comprises: the characteristic value corresponding to the field to be supplemented indicated by the field supplement prompt information;
and step four, generating a business operation request aiming at the target service according to the first instant messaging message and the second instant messaging message.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, taking the service operation type as maintenance suspension as an example, a group member aaa @ specifies a virtual group member in a message input box of a preset instant messaging group and inputs a service operation instruction, for example, the @ service management and control assistant is to suspend and maintain a service dimension W234234234295; sending a first instant messaging message input in the message input box to a group chat window, and sending the first instant messaging message to a first server by a group member client A used by a group member aaa;
after determining that the group member selected to be reminded by the first instant messaging message is a designated virtual group member (e.g., a service management and control assistant), the first service end determines, by performing integrity check on the first instant messaging message, that the first instant messaging message only includes the service operation type information and the service identification information to be maintained, and thus, may determine that the start time, the end time, and the operation description of the maintenance hanging are absent in the first instant messaging message, and correspondingly generate field supplementary prompt information for the first instant messaging message, for example, the field supplementary prompt message may be "please input the start time, the end time, and the operation description of the maintenance hanging".
The first server side sends the generated field supplementary prompt information to the group member client side so that the group member client side displays 'start time, end time and operation instruction for inputting hanging maintenance' in a preset instant messaging group by using a designated virtual group member as a message sender; the field supplementary prompt information can be sent to all other group member clients except the appointed virtual group member in the preset instant messaging group, so that any group member in the preset instant messaging group requests business operation for the target service, all group members in the preset instant messaging group can acquire the business operation instruction input by any group member, the known requirements of all parties in the business operation process for the target service are met, and the diffusion timeliness of the business operation instruction among all related members is improved; further, in order to remind the sender of the first instant messaging message to complete the supplement of the missing message field in time, the sender of the @ first instant messaging message may be used to remind the sender of the first instant messaging message, for example, a start time, an end time and an operation instruction for requesting the @ group member aaa to input maintenance hanging are displayed in a chat window of the instant messaging group of each group member client.
The group member aaa specifies a virtual group member and inputs a second instant messaging message in the message input box @ of the preset instant messaging group based on the field supplementary prompt information, and sends the second instant messaging message input in the message input box to the group chat window, for example, a' @ service management and control assistant 2020-06-0100: 00: 002020-06-0300: 00:00 service upgrade is displayed in the chat window of the instant messaging group of each group member client; the group member client A used by the group member aaa sends the second instant messaging message to the first server; further, the first service end can continue to perform integrity check on the second instant messaging message based on the field supplementary prompt information, and if the integrity check is passed, the first service end generates a service operation request for the target service based on the first instant messaging message and the second instant messaging message; correspondingly, the service operation request carries service operation type information, service identification information to be maintained, start time and end time of hanging maintenance, and an operation description.
Further, in order to enable all group members in the preset instant messaging group to know the business operation progress for the target service, as shown in fig. 5, after the step S206 sends the business operation request to the second server corresponding to the target service, the method further includes:
s208, receiving the service operation result information returned by the second server aiming at the service operation request;
s210, sending the received service operation result information to each group member client in a preset instant messaging group, so that the group member client displays the service operation result information in the preset instant messaging group by using an appointed virtual group member as a message sender;
specifically, after generating the service operation result information for the service operation request, the second server feeds back the service operation result information to the second server by calling back a preset callback interface configured for the virtual group members, and displays the service operation result information in a preset instant messaging group.
Specifically, on the basis of fig. 4, as shown in fig. 6, still taking the service operation type as maintenance hanging, after the second server performs the service operation on the target service based on the received service operation request, the second server generates service operation result information, and sends the service operation result information to all the group member clients except for the designated virtual group member in the preset instant messaging group, so that any group member in the preset instant messaging group requests the service operation for the target service, and all the group members in the preset instant messaging group can acquire the service operation progress for the target service; for example, a display of "@ group member aaa hang maintenance operation submission success" in the chat window of the instant messaging group of each group member client.
Further, the operation permission setting can be performed on the group members in advance, so that the random triggering of the business operation aiming at the target service is avoided, and based on the operation permission setting, the business operation request comprises: service type information, service parameter information and group member identification information; wherein, the group member identification information is identification information of a sender of the first instant communication message;
correspondingly, in the step S206, the sending the service operation request to a second server corresponding to the target service, so that the second server performs a corresponding service operation on the target service based on the service operation request, specifically including:
and sending a service operation request to a second server corresponding to the target service, so that the second server performs operation authority verification on the group member client based on the group member identification information carried in the service operation request, and executes corresponding service operation based on the service type information and the service parameter information carried in the service operation request when the operation authority verification passes.
Specifically, after receiving a service operation request for a target service, the second server may be an http or https URL carrying a key message field in the first instant messaging message, where the key message field may include service operation type information, service operation parameter information, and identification information of a message sender for the target service (i.e., a group member client requesting to send the first instant messaging message); the second server analyzes the URL, extracts key message fields, and judges whether the group member client requesting to send the first instant messaging message has operation authority corresponding to the service operation type information and the service identification information carried in the service request or not based on the extracted identification information of the message sender; the method includes configuring corresponding business operation authority information for each group member in advance, storing corresponding relations between each group member identification and business operation types and service identification information with operation authorities, namely presetting which group members have operation authorities of which target services or service exhibition stands, and presetting which group members have operation authorities of which target services or service exhibition stands for which business operation types, and when authority verification is conducted on group member clients, determining whether the group member clients requesting to send first instant messaging messages have operation authorities corresponding to the business operation type information and the service identification information carried in the business requests or not based on the corresponding relations.
Further, considering that the user may not be able to accurately input the service identification information, the method may provide a function of querying the service related information of the target service, and then the user may input the service operation instruction based on the queried service related information, so that the user may complete the input of the first instant messaging message by performing operations such as copying and pasting on the queried service related information without memorizing too much information such as the service identification, and based on this, as shown in fig. 7, the S202 receives the first instant messaging message for the designated virtual group member sent by the group member client, specifically includes:
s2022, receiving a third instant messaging message aiming at the appointed virtual group member sent by the group member client; wherein the third instant messaging message comprises: querying keywords for information of the target service;
s2024, sending service related information corresponding to the information query keyword to the group member client; the service related information may be pre-stored in the first service end, or the first service end may send an information query request to the second service end in real time, and the second service end returns the information query request;
s2026, receiving a first instant messaging message aiming at a designated virtual group member, which is sent by the group member client based on the service related information; wherein the characteristic value of the partial field in the first instant communication message is obtained based on the copy and paste operation of the displayed service-related information.
Specifically, a group member who needs to request for business operation aiming at a target service appoints a virtual group member in a message input box of an instant messaging group through a corresponding client and inputs a third instant messaging message containing an information query keyword, the third instant messaging message input in the message input box is sent to a group chat window, and the group member client who needs to request for business operation aiming at the target service sends the third instant messaging message to a first server; the method comprises the steps that a first server side obtains service related information corresponding to an information query keyword, the service related information is sent to a group member client side, the group member client side displays the service related information, a group member copies and pastes partial content in the service related information, specifies a virtual group member in an information input box of an instant messaging group and inputs a first instant messaging message, and sends the first instant messaging message input in the information input box to a group chat window, so that the group member can use the service related information displayed in the group chat window as an input reference of a business operation instruction, the input of the business operation instruction can be finished by simply copying and pasting, the user use experience is improved, the group member memory difficulty is reduced, and meanwhile, the input accuracy of the business operation instruction is improved.
In the process of acquiring the service related information by the second server, in step S2024, the sending the service related information corresponding to the information query keyword to the group member client includes:
step one, based on the information query keyword, sending an information query request to a second server corresponding to a target service;
specifically, a first server sends a query request carrying an information query keyword sent by a group member client to a second server, so that the second server queries service related information corresponding to the information query keyword;
step two, receiving service related information corresponding to the information query keyword, which is returned by the second server in response to the information query request;
and step three, sending the received service related information to the group member client so that the group member client displays the service related information in a preset instant messaging group by taking the appointed virtual group member as a message sender.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, still taking the service operation type as maintenance hanging as an example, the group member aaa designates a virtual group member at @ in the message input box of the preset instant messaging group and inputs an information query keyword, for example, the @ service management and control assistant queries the page 1 of the service exhibition stand information; sending the information query key words input in the message input box to a group chat window, and sending the information query key words to a first service end by a group member client A used by a group member aaa;
the first server side obtains service related information corresponding to the information query keyword, for example, the service related information in a service exhibition stand list (page 1), and sends the service related information to a group member client side A, and the group member client side A displays the service related information, for example, displays the service related information in an' @ group member aaa service exhibition stand list (page 1) in a chat window of an instant messaging group;
the group member aaa copies and pastes a service identifier (such as a service code) in the service related information, specifies a virtual group member in an instant messaging group message input box at @ and inputs a first instant messaging message containing the service identifier, and sends the first instant messaging message input in the message input box to the group chat window;
the group member client A sends a first instant messaging message to a first server, and the first server generates a business operation request aiming at a target service according to the first instant messaging message; specifically, the first server may perform integrity check on the first instant messaging message, and if the field integrity check result indicates that the message field is missing, the message sender is prompted to perform message field supplementation, so as to finally generate a service operation request including the feature values corresponding to all the required fields.
Further, in order to improve the efficiency of text replication of group members, considering that one service identification information is used as a whole and does not use only a part of content in a certain service identification information, based on this, the service-related information includes: a plurality of service identification information, each service identification information being marked as an integral replication object; in this way, when the group member client detects the copy operation of the group member aiming at any character in a certain service identification information, the service identification information is directly used as a whole copy object, so that the copy operation of one service identification information can be completely carried out without the need of the group member to select a copy starting position and a copy ending position;
correspondingly, in the step S2026, receiving the first instant messaging message, which is sent by the group member client based on the service related information and is directed to the designated virtual group member, specifically includes:
receiving a first instant communication message aiming at a designated virtual group member, which is sent by a group member client aiming at the copying operation of at least one target overall copying object; and the target overall copy object is determined by the detected copy operation of any character information in the service identification information.
Specifically, after the second server side obtains the service related information corresponding to the information query keyword, marking each service identification information in the service related information as an integral copy object respectively;
the second service end returns the marked service related information to the first service end; the first service end returns the marked service related information to the group member client;
the method comprises the steps that a group member client displays received service related information in a preset instant messaging group, monitors the copying and pasting operation of the group member on the basis of the service related information, specifically, if the copying operation of the group member on any character in certain service identification information is detected, the service identification information is directly used as an integral copying object, and after the pasting operation of the group member in a message input box is detected, the service identification information is pasted in the message input box to be used as a part of a first instant messaging message;
and the first service end receives a first instant communication message aiming at the appointed virtual group member sent by the group member client.
It should be noted that, in one or more embodiments of the specification, for a process in which the first service end sends feedback information related to a business operation process for the target service to the group member clients, the response information may be sent to each group member client in the preset instant messaging group, so that each group member client displays the response information in a chat window of the preset instant messaging group, where the response information may include: any one of field supplementary prompt information, business operation result information and service related information corresponding to the information query keyword.
As shown in fig. 9, before the step of receiving, at S202, a first instant messaging message sent by the group member client and directed to the designated virtual group member, the creating process for the virtual group member further includes:
s212, after detecting the virtual group member establishing request, establishing an appointed virtual group member in a preset instant communication group;
s214, acquiring function configuration information aiming at the designated virtual group member; wherein the function configuration information includes: at least one item of identification information, integrity check rule information and interface configuration information for information interaction with a second server corresponding to the target service;
specifically, the first service end configures a corresponding information interaction interface based on the interface configuration information for performing information interaction with the second service end corresponding to the target service, and sends a service operation request to an external system (such as the second service end) through the information interaction interface, and receives service-related information and operation result information returned by the external system (such as the second service end).
S216, configuring the designated virtual group members based on the acquired function configuration information to obtain the designated virtual group members having the preset association relation with the target service.
Further, considering that a corresponding business operation is performed on a target service based on a business operation request, the front-end page display information of a client requesting the target service needs to be updated, for example, the business operation request may include: hanging or releasing the maintenance request; correspondingly, in the step S206, the sending the service operation request to a second server corresponding to the target service, so that the second server performs a corresponding service operation on the target service based on the service operation request, specifically including:
and sending the business operation request to a second server corresponding to the target service, so that the second server executes corresponding business operation based on the business operation request and updates the service state information of the target service, and responding to a service page access request of the service request client based on the updated service state information.
Specifically, after receiving a service operation request for a target service, the second server determines whether a service operation type corresponding to the service operation request belongs to a preset operation type, and if so, executes a corresponding service operation based on the service operation request and updates service state information of the target service;
after receiving a service access request of a service request client, a second server generates front-end page rendering data based on the updated service state information and sends the front-end page rendering data to the service request client; and the service request client performs page rendering based on the front-end page rendering data and displays the corresponding service access page.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, still taking the service operation type as maintenance on hook as an example, after receiving a maintenance on hook operation request for a target service, a second server performs maintenance on hook setting on the target service, and sets a maintenance on hook time period in service state information of the target service based on a maintenance on hook start time and a maintenance on hook end time carried in the maintenance on hook operation request, so that after receiving a service access request from a service request client, the service request client is triggered to display an information prompt box in a service access page, for example, if the service on hook is unavailable due to an organization system, the maintenance time is: 2020-06-0100: 00: 002020-06-0300: 00:00 and other service state prompt information.
Further, the target service is a condition of handling services for online services of users in multiple areas, and in order to facilitate management and control of the area services, multiple service exhibition stands may be set, where different areas correspond to different service exhibition stands, so that corresponding service operations may be performed for the online service handling services of some service exhibition stands, for example, at least one area corresponds to one service exhibition stand, and the service operation request carries identification information of at least one service exhibition stand to be operated;
correspondingly, the step S206 of sending the service operation request to a second server corresponding to the target service, so that the second server performs a corresponding service operation on the target service based on the service operation request includes:
and sending the business operation request to a second server corresponding to the target service, so that the second server executes corresponding business operation on at least one service exhibition stand based on the identification information of the at least one service exhibition stand carried in the business operation request.
The service exhibition stand refers to the release of a target service on a front-end page, the target service and the service exhibition stand are in a one-to-many relationship, and one target service can be used on a plurality of service exhibition stands, for example, a accumulation fund business handling service is a target service and can be used on a service exhibition stand corresponding to an XX area and a service exhibition stand corresponding to a YY area.
Wherein the first instant messaging message comprises: identification information of the target service and identification information of a service exhibition stand corresponding to at least one area to be operated by the service;
for example, still taking the service operation type as hanging maintenance as an example, after receiving a hanging maintenance operation request executed by a service exhibition stand corresponding to at least one area, the second server executes corresponding service operation on the service exhibition stand corresponding to the at least one area based on the hanging maintenance operation request and updates service state information of the service exhibition stand corresponding to the at least one area;
after receiving a service access request of a service request client, a second server judges whether identification information of a service exhibition stand carried in the service access request belongs to a service exhibition stand set for hanging maintenance or not, if so, front-end page rendering data are generated based on updated service state information, and the front-end page rendering data are sent to the service request client; and the service request client performs page rendering based on the front-end page rendering data and displays the corresponding service access page.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, a specific implementation process of the service control method includes:

The foregoing description has been directed to specific embodiments of this disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical blocks. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), Cal, jhdware Description Language, langua, mylar, pams, hardlanguage (Hardware Description Language), vhlanguage, Language, HDL, software Language (Hardware Description Language), and vhjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjg Language, which are currently used in most fields. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
